Claims (15)

選択された調整が行われた後に前記気体流の前記複数の特性のうちの前記選択された1つが前記被験者にとっての人工呼吸の安全性を維持する前記所定の許容範囲内に留まることになる場合に、前記気体流の前記複数の特性のうちの前記選択された1つに対して前記選択された調整を実行する手段;及び
前記選択された調整の後に前記気体流の前記複数の特性のうちの前記選択された1つが前記所定の許容範囲内に留まらないことになる場合に、前記気体流の前記複数の特性のうちの前記選択された1つに対して前記選択された調整を行うことを拒否し、それにより、前記被験者を健康上及び/又は安全上の危険に晒す不適切な調整を防止する手段;
を有し、

- 前記患者インタフェースとは別個の介護者インタフェースを更に有し、前記所定の許容範囲は該介護者インタフェースを介して介護者によって設定可能である、請求項8に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記気体流の前記複数の特性に関する情報と、選択された調整に関する情報とを、当該人工呼吸器から遠隔配置された計算要素に送信する送信器、を更に有する請求項8に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記患者インタフェースを介して調整可能な前記気体流の前記複数の特性のうちの前記選択された1つは、呼吸速度、1回換気量、吸入圧、トリガー感度、又は吐出圧を有する、請求項8に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記患者インタフェースを介して調整可能な前記気体流の前記複数の特性のうちの前記選択された1つは、時間に対する前記気体流の圧力のプロットである波形のパラメータを有する、請求項8に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記患者インタフェースを介して調整可能な前記気体流の前記複数の特性のうちの前記選択された1つは、時間に対する前記気体流の流量のプロットである波形のパラメータを有する、請求項8に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記選択された調整が行われた後に前記気体流の前記複数の特性のうちの前記選択された1つが前記所定の許容範囲内に入らないことになる場合に、前記被験者に警告を与えるように構成される、請求項8に記載の人工呼吸器。
