Description
患者が携行する携帯型記録装置に対して結合される典型的には電極である医療センサを着用する。該記録装置は、センサによって検出される心電図(「ECG」)信号を記録する。心臓監視/記録装置の一例は、「ホルター」型心電計である。該心電計は、例えば24時間という時間枠(期間、period of time)にわたって患者のECGを記録するよう使用され、長時間にわたる心臓の活動の記録が得られ得る。
Claims (12)
- 心臓モニタであって:
患者の動作を検出し且つ患者の動作を示す出力を生成するよう作動する、モーションセンサと;
患者の心電図(ECG)を記録するよう作動する、心電図(ECG)記録回路と;
前記モーションセンサの前記出力と患者ECGを示すデータを記憶するよう作動する、データ記憶回路と;
前記モーションセンサ、ECG記録回路、及びデータ記憶回路に対して結合される、プロセッサと;
を有し、
該プロセッサは、前記モーションセンサの前記出力を監視し、前記モーションセンサの前記出力に基づくトリガイベントの発生を判別することに応じて前記モーションセンサの前記出力及び前記患者ECGのうち少なくとも一方を処理するよう、作動し、
前記モーションセンサの前記出力に基づくトリガイベントの発生を判別することに応じて前記モーションセンサの前記出力及び前記患者ECGのうち少なくとも一方を処理するよう作動する前記プロセッサは、無活動があとに続く動作又は力の方向における急激な変化を示す前記モーションセンサの前記出力から失神発作を判別することに応じて前記モーションセンサの前記出力及び前記患者ECGのうち少なくとも一方を処理するよう作動するプロセッサを有する、
心臓モニタ。 - 前記モーションセンサの前記出力から失神発作の前記発生を判別することに応じて前記モーションセンサの前記出力及び前記患者ECGのうち少なくとも一方を処理するよう作動する前記プロセッサは、前記モーションセンサの前記出力から失神発作を判別することに応じて前記ECGに関連して前記トリガイベントが発生した時間を示す前記データを前記データ記憶回路において記憶するよう作動するプロセッサを有する、
請求項1記載の心臓モニタ。 - 前記データ記憶回路において記録された患者ECGの時間枠を示すデータを記憶するよう作動する前記プロセッサは、前記失神発作の前記発生の前後に時間を有する時間枠を示すデータを記憶するよう作動するプロセッサを有する、
請求項1記載の心臓モニタ。 - モーションセンサ記録回路を更に有し、
該モーションセンサ記録回路は、前記プロセッサ及び前記モーションセンサに対して結合され、前記モーションセンサの前記出力を連続的に記録するよう作動する、
請求項1記載の心臓モニタ。 - 前記モーションセンサは、加速度計を有する、
請求項1記載の心臓モニタ。 - 心臓監視システムであって:
患者心電図を検出するよう適合される電極と;
患者の動作を検出し、且つ患者の動作を示す出力を生成するよう作動する、モーションセンサと;
前記電極に対して結合され、患者ECGの時間枠を連続的に記録するよう作動し、また更には、前記モーションセンサの出力を監視し、且つ無活動があとに続く動作又は力の方向における急激な変化を示す前記モーションセンサの前記出力から失神発作の発生を判別することに応じて患者ECGの前記記録された時間枠を記録するよう作動する、ループレコーダと;
を有する、
心臓監視システム。 - 前記モーションセンサは、前記ループレコーダにおいて有されるモーションセンサを有する、
請求項6記載の心臓監視システム。 - 前記ループレコーダにおいて有される前記モーションセンサは、プリント回路組立体上に位置決めされる圧電性モーションセンサを有する、
請求項7記載の心臓監視システム。 - 患者ECGを記録する方法であって:
患者ECGを記録する段階と;
患者の動作を監視する段階と;
前記患者の動作に基づくトリガイベントの発生を判別することに応じて前記記録された患者ECGの少なくとも一部分を記憶する段階と;
を有しており、
前記患者の動作に基づくトリガイベントの発生を判別することは、無活動があとに続く動作又は力の方向における急激な変化を示す監視される患者動作から失神発作を判別することを含む、
方法。 - 前記患者ECGに関連する前記失神発作のタイミングを示すデータを記憶する段階を更に有する、
請求項9記載の方法。 - 患者の動作を監視する段階は、患者の動作を検出するよう作動するモーションセンサの出力を監視する段階を有する、
請求項9記載の方法。 - 前記患者の動作に基づくトリガイベントの発生を判別することに応じて前記記録された患者ECGの少なくとも一部分を記憶する段階は、前記トリガイベントの前記発生の前後に時間枠を有する記録された患者ECGの時間枠を記憶する段階を有する、
