Description

The present invention provides an exterior structure capable of easily attaching a new exterior structure such as a solar cell panel, a greening panel, and a new roof on an existing roof without forming screw holes or bolt holes in the existing roof , and its construction. Regarding the law .

When constructing a new exterior structure on an existing roof, a structure is adopted in which a new foundation is constructed by arranging fixtures and support materials on the existing roof, and a new exterior structure is installed on the foundation. The fixture and the support material are assembled on the existing roof by fastening with screws or bolts.

However, when fixed with screws, the “cutting powder” generated at the time of fastening leads to the generation of rust, which may deteriorate the existing roof.
In addition, fixing by bolting that does not generate the “cutting powder” is also employed, but in this case, it is necessary to provide “holes” in advance, which is troublesome and difficult to manage at the time of manufacture.
Furthermore, when a screw hole or bolt hole is provided, the distance (length) from the end to the hole is limited or the material thickness is limited in order to prevent breakage in the vicinity of the hole. It was also a factor to raise the cost.

Accordingly, the present invention provides an exterior structure that can easily attach a new exterior structure such as a solar cell panel, a greening panel, and a new roof on the existing roof without forming screw holes or bolt holes in the existing roof , and The purpose is to propose the construction method .

The existing vertical thatched roof in the first embodiment is formed with rising portions 12 and 12 rising in an inclined manner on the left and right side edges of the substantially horizontal face plate portion 11, and substantially at the upper ends of the rising portions 12 and 12. It consists of the exterior material 1 in which the horizontal base-shaped parts 13 and 13 and the substantially vertical upright pieces 14 and 14 were extended, the rising parts 12 and 12 of the exterior materials 1 and 1 adjacent to right and left, and a trapezoidal part 13 and 13, the mountain-shaped portion 1 </ b> A is formed, and the upper ends of the standing upright pieces 14 and 14 are engaged to form a substantially cylindrical convex portion 10.

As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the fixture 2A according to the first embodiment has a substantially rectangular center portion of one metal plate material as an upper surface portion 21, and a piece extending to the left and right is provided. A pair of left and right holding portions 22 is bent while being squeezed downward and inward, and a piece extending forward and backward is extended substantially horizontally through a step 211 downward, and an outer end thereof is folded back and extended. It consists of a single member having the configuration of 23 and 23 ′. In addition, the piece extended to the left and right which comprises the said clamping part 22 is formed so that it can expand a little.

As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the holding portion 22 includes a holding portion 221 that holds the convex portion 10 formed on the top of the mountain-shaped portion 1A of the existing roof from the left and right with a pair of left and right concave surfaces. The fastening portion 222 fastens the lower end of the convex portion from the left and right with a pair of left and right convex surfaces, and a bolt nut (tightening mechanism) 223 that can be fastened in the left-right direction.

As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the extending portions 23 and 23 'are groove-shaped that are folded back at the ends extending in the flow direction from the upper surface portion 21 through a step 211 downward to release the inside. It is the structure formed in the dish shape which formed the to-be-latched part 231 and 231 'and opened upwards.
These extending portions 23 and 23 'are respectively provided with flange portions 33 and 33 of a support member 3A described later, but are further fixed only to the extending portion 23 formed on the water side (left side in the figure). Attach so that the tool 5 is inserted. The extending portion 23 formed on the lower side (left side in the drawing) is formed wider than the extending portion 23 ′ formed on the upper side (right side in the drawing). The bottom surface is formed higher on the outer side than on the inner side.

As shown in FIG. 2 (c), the support material 3A in the first embodiment is a substantially symmetric gate-side frame material, and includes a support portion 31 that supports a greening panel as a new exterior structure, which will be described later, and a side wall. This is a threading member having portions 32, 32 and flange portions 33, 33 located below the side wall portions 32, 32 and disposed on the extending portions 23, 23 ′ of the fixture 2A.

The support portion 31 has a substantially flat (horizontal plane) shape and includes groove portions 311 and 311 that open upward and forward (left and right in the drawing). The groove portion 311 has an open upper edge narrower than the inside. The mounting bolt as the fastener 4 shown in FIG. 2D can be moved in the length direction in the groove 311 formed.
More specifically, in order to dispose the mounting bolt as the fastener 4 in the groove portion 311 of the support portion 31, the inner width of the groove portion 311 is slightly smaller than the head 41 of the fastener (attachment bolt) 4 in advance. The width of the open upper edge of the groove portion 311 may be slightly larger than that of the male screw portion of the mounting bolt 4, and the mounting bolt 4 moves (adjusts) in the groove portion 311 in a sliding manner in the length direction. be able to.

The side wall portion 32 has a substantially vertical plane that hangs downward from the support portion 31, and a flange portion 33 extends substantially horizontally from the lower end to the outside, and further outwards above the flange portion 33. A protruding piece that protrudes is provided, and a groove-like engaged portion 321 is provided between the protruding piece and the flange portion 33.

Further, the fixture 5 attached only to the extending portion 23 formed on the underwater side (left side in the drawing) of the fixture 2A (after the flange portion 33 of the support member 3A is disposed) is shown in FIG. ) Is a piece material having locking portions 51, 51 extending substantially horizontally in the front-rear direction (left and right in the figure), and having a gripping portion 52 protruding upward at a substantially center, The length xL from the end edge of the locking part 51 to the end edge of the inner locking part 51 is one end (front side or back side in the figure) and the other end (back side or front side in the figure). The bottom shape of both the locking portions 51, 51 is formed in a taper shape.

In order to attach these fixtures 2A and support material 3A onto the existing roof, first, as a first step, the fixture 2A is attached and fixed to the convex portion 10 formed on the top of the mountain-shaped portion 1A of the existing roof. To do.
At that time, as described above, the left and right pieces constituting the sandwiching portion 22 are formed so as to be slightly expanded, so that the convex portion 10 of the existing roof is held in a state where this is expanded. And tightening with bolts and nuts (tightening mechanism) 223 to fix.

Next, as a second step, the support member 3A is placed on the extension portions 23 and 23 'of the fixture 2A attached to the existing roof so that the flange portions 33 and 33 of the support member 3A are positioned and covered. The fixture 2A and the support member 3A are assembled by attaching (inserting) the fixture 5 between the locking portion 231 and the side wall portion 32.
More specifically, when the support member 3A is arranged, the flange 33 on the water upper side (right side in the figure) faces downward, and the extension part on the water upper side (right side in the figure) of the fixture 2A. 23 'is engaged with the locked portion 231', and then the supporting member 3A is tilted so that the flange portion 33 on the underwater side (left side in the drawing) is placed on the extending portion 23 on the underwater side (left side in the drawing). Place.
In addition, the length of the flange portion 33 of the support member 3A is made to be substantially equal to the dimension of the extending portion 23 ′ of the fixture 2A (= the distance between the water-side step 211 and the locked portion 231 ′). Therefore, at this time (before the fixture 5 is disposed), the side wall portion 32 on the underwater side is close to the step 211 and the flange portion 33 at the lower end thereof is placed near the inside of the extension portion 23 ( Grounded).
In this state, the fixture 5 faces the extending portion 23 on the underwater side (left side in the figure), and the fixtures 51 and 51 are positioned between the locked portion 231 and the side wall portion 32. Install so that 5 is inserted. In the first embodiment, since the groove-like engaged portion 321 is provided as described above, the fixture 5 is stably locked between the engaged portion 231 and the engaged portion 321. Will be.
More specifically, in a state where the outer locking portion 51 of the fixture 5 is locked to the locked portion 231 of the fixture 2A, the engaged portion 321 of the support member 3A is held by the inner locking portion 51. By pressing, the side wall part 32 in which the engaged part 321 is secondarily formed is pressed against the step 211, and a stable attachment state is maintained.

The attachment (insertion) of the fixture 5 will be specifically described. The width of the fixture 5 (the length from the edge of the outer locking portion 51 to the edge of the inner locking portion 51). xL is formed so that the length is different at one end (front side or back side in the figure) and the other end (back side or front side in the figure), and the bottom surface shape is tapered.
Therefore, one end (front side in the drawing or the front side in the drawing) is formed so that the holding portions 52 of the fixing device 5 are held and the locking portions 51 and 51 are directed inward and outward (left and right in the figure) and the width dimension xL is reduced. Only the back side is arranged in the extension part 23, and the other end (the back side or the near side in the figure) is struck with a hammer or the like so that the extension part 23 is slid to extend the entire fixture 5. It attaches so that it may insert in 23, arrange | positions so that the latching | locking parts 51 and 51 may face inward and outward directions, and latches stably between the to-be-latched part 231 and the to-be-engaged part 321. FIG.
Moreover, it is good also as a structure which the front-end | tip of the latching | locking parts 51 and 51 of the fixing tool 5 forms in a substantially wave-tooth shape, and latches so that it may bite into the to-be-latched part 231 or the to-be-engaged part 321.

Thereafter, as a third step, the new exterior structure 6 is arranged on the attached support member 3A.
Specifically, since a mounting bolt is attached as a fastener 4 to the groove 311 in the support member 3A, a greening panel provided with a mounting hole through which the mounting bolt 4 is inserted is used as the new exterior structure 6 to support the greening panel. It is placed on the support portion 31 of the material 3A, and the holding face material 7 is arranged on the upper surface thereof and fastened with a fastening nut 42.
Note that the mounting bolt as the fastener 4 can be adjusted in a sliding manner in the length direction of the groove 311 as described above, and may be adjusted appropriately according to the arrangement of the greening panel 6. By tightening the nut 42, the greening panel 6 can be fixed in a sandwiched manner, and the mounting bolt 4 itself can be fixed at an appropriate position of the groove 311.
Further, the holding face material 7 has a total of four long holes 71 as shown in FIG. 2 (f), and is disposed across four greening panels 6 adjacent to each other in the front, rear, left and right as shown in FIG. .

In the exterior structure of the first embodiment constructed in such a procedure, the fixture 2A and the support material 3A are assembled by attaching (inserting) the fixture 5, so that the screws are fixed as in the conventional structure. Since the installation can be carried out without any problems, the work is easy.
In addition, since the screw holes and bolt holes are not formed in the material unlike the conventional structure, the “cutting chips” are not generated, and rust is not generated. It can be removed for flexibility.

In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the existing roof, the newly installed exterior structure (greening panel) 6 and the like are exactly the same as those in the first embodiment, and the description is omitted with the same reference numerals, but the fixture 2B. Is formed by integrating a plurality of members before construction, and after the flange portions 33, 33 of the support material 3B are disposed on the extended portions 24, 24, respectively, the fixtures 5, 5 are further attached to the flange portions 33, 33, respectively. This is an example of being inserted (inserted).

As shown in FIGS. 4 (c) and 4 (d), the fixture 2B in the second embodiment includes a left member 20L, a right member 20R, an upper surface portion 21 and an extending portion extending forward and backward. The upper member 20O is provided with 23 and 23, and the connecting members 20B and 20N are connected to each other.
Each of the left member 20L and the right member 20R includes a substantially horizontal lower surface portion, an upper surface portion, and a semicircular arc portion therebetween, and the semicircular arc portion holds the convex portion 10 from the left and right sides. And the lower end thereof is a tightening portion 222, and the connector 20B. 20N becomes the tightening mechanism 223.
The upper member 20O is a longitudinally symmetric material in which end portions extending in the flow direction are folded back to form locked portions 231 and 231 and the extending portions 23 and 23 are formed in a dish shape with the upper portion opened. The left and right end edges are raised upward in a substantially vertical shape to form a receiving piece, thereby forming held portions 24 and 24 that can hold and hold a support member 3B to be described later from above. The held portion 24 is formed in a substantially fan shape having concave portions 241 and 241 below.
And these multiple members 20L, 20R, 20O, 20B, 20N are desirably handled as a fixture 2B as a single member by assembling them in an integrated manner so as not to separate in advance. 20L and the right member 20R may be loosely connected by the horizontal connecting tools 20B and 20N, and the right member 20R and the upper member 20O may be loosely connected by the vertical connecting tools 20B and 20N.

Further, the support member 3B in the second embodiment is a substantially symmetric gate-side frame member as shown in FIG. 4 (e), and the groove portions 311 and 311 are formed in the support portion 31 having a substantially flat (horizontal plane) shape. The configuration in which flange portions 33, 33 are extended to the side wall portions 32, 32 hanging downward from the support portion 31 in a substantially vertical plane is the same as that of the first embodiment, but in this second embodiment The flange portion 33 is different in that the flange portion 33 extends through a holding portion 34 that is bent inwardly at the lower end of the side wall portion 32 and extends outward. In addition, the outer surface side of the curved holding portion 34 is an engaged portion 321 having a substantially horizontal U-shaped groove shape.

In order to lay the new exterior structure 6 using the fixture 2B and the support member 3B having such a configuration, the construction may be performed in substantially the same construction procedure as in the first embodiment. The fixture 2B composed of the plurality of members 20L, 20R, 20O, 20B, and 20N is assembled in advance and attached and fixed to the convex portion 10 formed on the top of the mountain-shaped portion 1A of the existing roof.

Next, as a second step, the mounting member 2B mounted on the existing roof is mounted on the extending portions 23, 23 such that the flange portions 33, 33 of the support member 3B having the above-described configuration are positioned. In this second embodiment, when the support member 3B is faced and pressed from above, the curved holding portions 34, 34 provided at the lower ends of the side walls 32, 32 are provided in the receiving piece shape provided on the fixture 2B. The side walls 32, 32 are lowered while expanding against the elasticity while being in contact with the held parts 24, 24, and the held parts 24, 24 are fitted into the recesses 241, 241 provided below ( = Recovered elastically)
At this point (before the fixture 5 is disposed), the side wall portions 32 and 32 are elastically attached to the steps 211 and 211, and the lower flange portion 33 is placed inside the extension portion 23. (Grounded).
In this state, the fixture 5 faces the extending portions 23 and 23 of the fixture 2B, and the fixture 5 is positioned so that the locking portions 51 and 51 are positioned between the locked portion 231 and the side wall portion 32. Install it so that it plugs in. The attachment (insertion) of the fixture 5 may be performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, since the engaged portion 321 having a substantially U-shaped groove shape is provided as described above, the fixture 5 is stable between the engaged portion 231 and the engaged portion 321. It will be locked to.

Thereafter, as a third step, the new exterior structure 6 is arranged on the attached support material 3B.
Specifically, since a mounting bolt is attached as a fastener 4 to the groove 311 in the support material 3B, a greening panel provided with a mounting hole through which the mounting bolt 4 is inserted is used as the new exterior structure 6. The material 3B is placed on the support portion 31, and the holding face material 7 is arranged on the upper surface thereof and fastened with the fastening nut 42.

The exterior structure of the second embodiment constructed in such a procedure can achieve the same effects as the first embodiment, and is supported by the fixture 2B by attaching (inserting) the fixtures 5 and 5. Since the material 3B is assembled, installation work can be performed without screwing or the like as in the conventional structure, so that the work is easy.

In the third embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the existing roof and the new roof structure (greening panel) 6 are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the fixture 2 </ b> C is also shown in FIGS. 5 (c) and 5 (d). As shown in FIG. 5 (e), the support member 3C is exactly the same as in the second embodiment, except that the groove 311 provided in the support part 31 is changed from the front and rear two rows to the center one row. Since it is almost the same as the second embodiment, the same reference numerals are given and the description thereof is omitted. Also in the third embodiment, the first to third steps are performed in the same manner as the second embodiment. Thus, the exterior structure can be easily constructed.

The exterior structure of the third embodiment can also achieve the same effects as those of the first and second embodiments. By attaching (inserting) the fixtures 5 and 5, the fixture 2C and the support material 3C can be connected. Since it can be assembled and mounting can be performed without screwing or the like as in the conventional structure, the work is easy.
