前記カバーの長手方向両端部内面に、カバーの外周面から既設電柱の外周面に向かって形成され既設電柱の外周面に可及的密に当接する同等の鍔部が形成され、前記カバーの適所に少なくとも1つの充填材注入口が設けられている
