Description

前記送配管構造の下流端部へ延伸する第2燃料供給経路が前記送配管構造に設けられると共に、燃料インジェクション(fuel injection)用のローブ(lobe)を有するミキサが前記下流端部に設けられている。
Claims (15)
- ガスタービンの燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ(58)であって、
当該燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ(58)の中心軸に設けられた送配管構造(44)と、
前記送配管構造(44)に設けられた第1燃料供給経路(43)と、
前記送配管構造(44)周囲のシュラウド(57)と、
前記送配管構造(44)と前記シュラウド(57)との間に設けられたスワールベーン(46)と、
前記第1燃料供給経路(43)に連通する、前記スワールベーン(46)内の放射状通路(45)と、
前記放射状通路(45)と前記スワールベーン(46)の外側面(48)との間に開いた一組の穿孔(47)と、
を備え、
前記送配管構造(44)の下流端部(51)へ延伸する第2燃料供給経路(50)が前記送配管構造(44)に設けられると共に、燃料インジェクション用のローブ(55)を有するミキサ(52)が前記下流端部(51)に設けられている、
燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。 - 前記送配管構造(44)は、同軸の円筒状内側及び外側管を備え、該内側管内に前記第1燃料供給経路(43)が設けられると共に、前記内側管と前記外側管との間に環状の前記第2燃料供給経路(50)が形成される、請求項1に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。
- 前記ミキサ(52)の各ローブ(55)が、前記スワールベーン(46)の下流間近に位置する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。
- 前記ローブ(55)の個数が前記スワールベーン(46)と同数である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。
- 前記ローブミキサ(52)がねじりを有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。
- 前記ローブミキサ(52)のねじりが、前記スワールベーン(46)により引き起こされるスワールに追従する、請求項5に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。
- 前記ローブミキサ(52)のねじり角度は45°までとされる、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。
- 前記ローブ(55)の高さは、前記シュラウド(57)の環状高さの0.5倍までとされる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。
- 前記ローブ(55)の高さと幅との比率は、0〜8の間とされる、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。
- 前記ローブミキサ(52)の中心軸にグレイン(54)が設けられる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ(58)を少なくとも1つ備える燃焼システム。
- 請求項11に記載の燃焼システムを備えるガスタービン。
- 第1燃料供給経路(43)、第2燃料供給経路(50)、放射状通路(45)、スワールベーン(46)、ローブミキサ(52)、及びシュラウド(57)を有する燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ(58)を組み立てる組み立て方法であって、
前記ローブミキサ(52)を前記第1燃料供給経路(43)へロウ付け又は溶接し、
少なくとも、中心の前記第1燃料供給経路(43)と前記放射状通路(45)との間、前記第2燃料供給経路(50)と前記放射状通路(45)との間、及び前記第2燃料供給経路(50)と前記ローブミキサ(52)との間に、ロウ付け材を適用し、
当該燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ(58)を炉内で1サイクル、ロウ付けする、組み立て方法。 - 前記炉内で燃料インジェクタ及びスワーラアセンブリ(58)をロウ付けする前に、前記スワールベーン(46)と前記シュラウド(57)との間にもロウ付け材を適用する、請求項13に記載の組み立て方法。
- 前記シュラウド(57)を、前記スワールベーン(46)に溶接する、請求項13に記載の組み立て方法。
