第1材料と第2材料との両方が、それぞれの繊維に沿って長手方向に延在している、態様1に記載の適応断熱材。
(態様5)
第1材料と第2材料とのうちの少なくとも一方の、相対位置、形状及び大きさのうちの少なくとも1つが、それぞれの繊維に沿った長手方向において変化している、態様4に記載の適応断熱材。
(態様6)
複数の繊維の各々が中立温度を有し、繊維が、中立温度からの温度変化に伴って形状変化するよう構成されており、且つ、複数の繊維が、第1の中立温度と、それとは異なる第2の中立温度とをそれぞれ有する繊維の第1の組と第2の組とを含む、態様1に記載の適応断熱材。
(態様7)
少なくとも第1構成要素が、第1材料から形成されているシートを含む、態様1に記載の適応断熱材。
(態様8)
第2構成要素が、シート上に配置されて、互いに離間している複数の第2材料の細片を含む、態様7に記載の適応断熱材。
(態様9)
第1構成要素と第2構成要素とのうちの少なくとも一方が、断熱材料の形状変化に応じて開放構成と閉鎖構成との間で変化する少なくとも1つの開口を画定する、態様8に記載の適応断熱材。
(態様10)
第2構成要素が、シートの一部のみに接合されており、且つ第2構成要素を形成する第2材料が、第1材料とは異なる熱膨張率を有する、態様7に記載の適応断熱材。
(態様11)
第2構成要素が、第1材料のシートに沿って延在する繊維の縫い目を含む、態様10に記載の適応断熱材。
(態様12)
少なくとも第1構成要素と第2構成要素とから形成されている断熱材料が、非適応断熱材料の部分に接着されている、態様1に記載の適応断熱材。
(態様13)
適応断熱材の形成方法であって、
少なくとも第1構成要素と第2構成要素とから断熱材料を形成することであって、第1構成要素と第2構成要素とをつなぎ合わせ、且つ第1構成要素と第2構成要素とが熱膨張率の異なる第1材料と第2材料とからそれぞれ構成されていることにより、断熱材料が温度変化に応じて形状が変化するよう構成されることと、
少なくとも第1構成要素と第2構成要素とから形成された断熱材料を非適応断熱材料と一体化することと
を含む、適応断熱材の形成方法。
(態様14)
断熱材料を形成することが、複数の繊維から断熱材料を形成することを含み、繊維の一部が第1構成要素と第2構成要素とから形成されている、態様13に記載の方法。
(態様15)
複数の繊維の一部が中立温度を有し、繊維が、中立温度からの温度変化に伴って形状変化するよう構成されており、且つ、複数の繊維から断熱材料を形成することが、第1の中立温度と、それとは異なる第2の中立温度とをそれぞれ有する繊維の第1の組と第2の組とから断熱材料を形成することを含む、態様14に記載の方法。
(態様16)
第1構成要素が第1材料から形成されているシートを含み、第2構成要素が複数の第2材料の細片を含み、且つ、断熱材料を形成することが、シートに対し、互いに離間された状態の複数の細片を接合することを含む、態様13に記載の方法。
(態様17)
第1構成要素と第2構成要素とのうちの少なくとも一方に少なくとも1つの開口を画定することをさらに含み、この少なくとも1つの開口が、断熱材料の形状変化に応じて開放構成と閉鎖構成との間で変化するよう構成されている、態様16に記載の方法。
(態様18)
第1構成要素が、第1材料から形成されたシートを含み、断熱材料を形成することが、シートの一部のみに第2構成要素を接合することを含み、且つ、第2構成要素を形成する第2材料が、第1材料とは異なる熱膨張率を有する、態様13に記載の方法。
(態様19)
適応断熱材料を非適応断熱材料と一体化することが、少なくとも第1構成要素と第2構成要素とから形成されている適応断熱材料を非適応断熱材料の部分に接着することを含む、態様13に記載の方法。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも第1構成要素と第2構成要素(18,20)とから形成されている適応断熱材料(14)であって、第1構成要素と第2構成要素(18,20)とがつなぎ合わされており、且つ、第1構成要素と第2構成要素とが、熱膨張率の異なる第1材料と第2材料とからそれぞれ構成されていることにより、温度変化に応じて形状が変化するよう構成されている適応断熱材料(14)を含む、適応断熱材であって、
少なくとも第1構成要素(18)が第1材料から形成されたシート(24;30)を含み、
第2構成材料(20)がシート(24;30)の一部のみに接合されており、
スリット又は開口(28)が開放構成と閉鎖構成との間で遷移するように第1構成要素と第2構成要素とのうちの少なくとも一方により画定されており、
第1構成要素が、互いに分離し且つ第2材料から形成された中間部材(34)によって接合されている2枚のシート(30)を含む適応断熱材。 - 第1材料と第2材料との両方が、長手方向に延在している、請求項1に記載の適応断熱材。
- 第1材料と第2材料とのうちの少なくとも一方の、形状及び大きさのうちの少なくとも1つが、長手方向において変化している、請求項2に記載の適応断熱材。
- 第2構成要素が、シート上に配置されて、互いに離間している複数の第2材料の部分を含み、
第2構成要素の第2材料の部分間の相対位置が、長手方向において変化している、請求項2に記載の適応断熱材。 - 第2構成要素が、シート上に配置されて、互いに離間している複数の第2材料の部分を含む、請求項1に記載の適応断熱材。
- 第2構成要素が、第1材料のシートに沿って延在する繊維の縫い目を含む、請求項1に記載の適応断熱材。
- 少なくとも第1構成要素と第2構成要素とから形成されている断熱材料が、非適応断熱材料の部分に接着されている、請求項1に記載の適応断熱材。
- 第2構成要素(20)が第2材料から形成されたシートを含み、且つ各シートが1つ以上のタブ(32)を画定する、請求項1に記載の適応断熱材。
