Description

The present invention relates to an electronic device storage box that stores rack-mounted electronic devices and communication devices, and more particularly to an electronic device storage box that is installed on a wall surface.

Some boxes for storing electronic devices and communication devices, particularly boxes for storing rack mount type HUB devices, LAN devices, and the like, are installed on a wall surface where it is easy to secure an installation space. The electronic device storage box installed in such a place is configured to store the device sideways in order to facilitate wiring and maintenance of the stored device and to reduce the forward protrusion amount. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In addition, since such a box is installed at a high place, the device has been devised so as not to burden the contractor. For example, the present inventor has proposed an electronic device storage box as shown in Patent Document 2. This was formed by dividing the box, and by dividing it, it was possible to reduce the weight when installing on the wall surface. In addition, when assembling the equipment, it was possible to work without a side plate that would easily get in the way, so the assembling work was easy.

特開2005−26372号公報JP 2005-26372 A 特開2006−351629号公報JP 2006-351629 A

However, the conventional electronic device storage box shown in Patent Document 2 can be easily installed and stored in the device. However, since the front plate and the left and right side plates are integrally formed, maintenance is performed. When doing so, it is necessary to attach and detach the box-shaped front plate to which the side plates and the like are connected each time, and the operation after installation becomes troublesome.

Therefore, in view of such problems, the present invention has an object to provide an electric equipment storage box that can easily perform maintenance work in addition to installation of boxes on a wall surface and work of assembling equipment.

Further, as shown in the enlarged view of part C of FIG. 8, the screws for screwing the screw holes 34 (shown in FIG. 7) provided in the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 at the upper and lower ends of the front end of the left side plate 4. An insertion hole 32 is formed. However, FIG. 8 shows a state where the screw 33 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 32.

The right side plate 5 is formed with a large opening 35 at the center, and a window 36 is formed for visually recognizing the device 11 installed inside by assembling a transparent resin plate. Further, as shown in the enlarged view of the D part in FIG. 9, a rotating shaft 37 is projected from the upper and lower ends of the rear part. The rotation shaft 37 is provided so as to be immersible in the side plate, and is configured to be easily inserted into a shaft hole (not shown) formed in the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3.

The front plate 6 is a door plate that can be opened and closed in the assembled state. As shown in the enlarged view of the E portion of FIG. 10, a rotating shaft 39 is projected from the upper and lower ends of the left end. The rotating shaft 39 is provided so as to be able to be immersed in the front plate 6 and is configured to be easily inserted into a shaft hole (shown in FIG. 7) 40 formed in the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3. In addition, a handle 41 is provided at the center of the right side, and a locking piece 42 that locks to the right side plate 5 by operation of the handle 41 is configured to appear and disappear at the center of the right end.

The electronic device storage box configured as described above is assembled as follows and attached to the wall surface. First, a wall is marked on the electronic device storage box. In this method, the back plate 1 in a state where no device is assembled is applied to the wall surface, and scribing is performed using the Dalma hole 16 and the screw insertion hole 15 formed in the back plate 1. At this time, a screw or the like is screwed into the wall surface in accordance with the Dalma hole 16 formed in the upper center, and a stop projection is provided, so that the back plate 1 can be removed by engaging the Dalma hole 16 with the screw or the like. It can be temporarily fixed, and the left and right sides can be easily parallelized, and only the relatively lightweight back plate 1 needs to be applied to the wall surface, and the ruled work can be done without difficulty.

When the marking is completed, the back plate 1 is once removed and the device is assembled to the back plate 1. Thereafter, the back plate 1 is attached to the wall surface. At this time, it is easy to screw the four corners by engaging the central dharma hole 16 with the screw in the same manner as in the scoring operation. Thus, the back plate 1 is fixed to the wall surface by screwing the four corners. In addition, before screwing back plate 1, necessary processes, such as a screw hole process of a wall surface, are performed according to a ruled line.

When the back plate 1 is attached to the wall surface, the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 are assembled to the back plate 1. This assembly is also performed by temporarily fixing to the back plate 1. The screw of the screwing portion 24 of the back plate 1 can be loosened, the collar piece 22 can be locked to the back plate 1, and the dharma hole 23 can be temporarily fixed by engaging the loosened screw of the screw fixing portion 24, Then tighten the screws to complete the assembly.
In addition, it is good to perform the wiring to the apparatus 11 assembled | attached to the backplate 1 in the state which installed the backplate 1 in the wall surface, before assembling | attaching the top plate 2 and the baseplate 3. FIG. In this state, the operation of inserting the wiring into the wiring insertion hole 7 is not necessary, and therefore the wiring connection operation can be performed with a simple operation. Then, by assembling the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3, the wiring enters and exits through the wiring insertion holes 7 formed between the back plate 1 and the top plate 2 or between the back plate 1 and the bottom plate 3.

Next, the left and right side plates 4 and 5 are assembled. The left side plate 4 first engages the claw piece 31 with the back plate 1, and then inserts the whole into a predetermined space between the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3. If it arrange | positions in a predetermined position, the assembly | attachment will be completed by screwing in the top plate 2 and the baseplate 3 with the screw | thread 33 attached to the upper and lower sides of the front-end part.
On the other hand, the right side plate 5 is assembled by inserting the rotation shaft 37 into the shaft holes of the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3. The rotating shaft 37 can be easily inserted into the shaft hole by being immersed in the plate.

Finally, the front plate 6 is assembled. Also in this case, like the right side plate 5, first, the rotation shaft 39 is inserted into the shaft holes of the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3. Then, the handle 41 is operated to engage the collar piece 42 with the right side plate 5. As a result, the box shown in FIG. 1 is completed.

In this way, the rack-mounted device 11 can be assembled with only the back plate 1. Therefore, the assembling work can be performed without the side plates that obstruct the assembling of the equipment 11 and the wiring work, and the assembling work is easy. Further, when the box is attached to the wall surface, only the back plate 1 is first fixed to the wall surface, and the rear side plate or the like may be assembled, and the installation work on the wall surface can be performed in a lightweight state. And since the back plate 1 is lightened by making the closing plate 18 thinner, it is easier to handle.
In addition, after the box is formed, the front plate 6 can be opened, and the right side plate 5 that is the open end side of the front plate 6 can be opened and closed, so that it can be opened continuously from the front side to the side, and wiring work can be performed without removing the side plate etc. And maintenance work is easy.
Furthermore, if wiring work is performed before the top plate 2 or the bottom plate 3 is assembled, there is no need to insert through the insertion hole and the like, wiring can be performed with simple operation, and the corner of the electronic device storage box is made of a resin corner. Since the member 29 is arranged, it can be formed softer than a corner portion made of metal, and can have a buffering action when a person contacts.
Further, it may be assembled on site, in which case the volume to be delivered can be minimized and the delivery cost can be reduced.

In the above embodiment, the back plate 1 is fixed to the wall surface after the device 11 is assembled to the back plate 1. However, the device 11 may be assembled after the back plate 1 is fixed to the wall surface.
In addition, the front plate 6 is configured to open the right side, but if the front plate 6 is turned upside down and the left and right side plates 4 and 5 are replaced, the left side is opened and the work space on the right side of the box is small. Should be reversed in this way.
Moreover, although the notch 27 is provided in both the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3, and the electric wire insertion hole 7 is provided up and down, it is good also as only either one.
