Claims (11)
- ろ過対象の媒体に対して透過性のある少なくとも1つの層(3)を有するフィルタシステムであって、
少なくとも1つの不織部と、
前記不織部の1つの側面の少なくとも一部領域に溶接または焼結され、エキスパンドメタルまたは目打ちされた金属薄板からなる少なくとも1つの圧延された支持部(5)と、
1つの支持層(1)とを備え、
前記支持部(5)が前記支持層(1)と前記不織部との間に設けられることを特徴とする、フィルタシステム。 - 前記支持部(5)および/または前記不織部は、鉄および/またはニッケルを含有する合金からなる群から選択される材料で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフィルタシステム。
- 前記不織部は、配向繊維および/またはランダム繊維を含む不織部であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のフィルタシステム。
- 前記不織部は、1または複数の、ランダム繊維の層からなることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のフィルタシステム。
- 前記ランダム繊維は、異なる繊維径を有することを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載のフィルタシステム。
- さらに、少なくとも1つのエキスパンドメタルからなっており前記不織部に対して前記支持部(5)の反対側に設けられた中間層(2)、および/または少なくとも1つの、前記中間層(2)に対して前記不織部の反対側に設けられた外部層(4)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のフィルタシステム。
- ろ過対象の媒体は、機器に供給され、当該機器に割り当てられた請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のフィルタシステムを通過し、前記機器から流れ出ることを特徴とする、ビスコースろ過方法。
- 前記機器は、バックフラッシュフィルタとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ろ過対象の媒体は、前記機器内の温度が10℃〜55℃で、前記フィルタシステムに供給されることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルタシステムによって実施され、差圧200Paで測定された前記透過性のある層(3)の通気が、40l/(dm 2 *min)〜900l/(dm 2 *min)の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のフィルタシステムを備えることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか1つに記載の方法でビスコースろ過を行うビスコースろ過機器。
