Description

The present invention relates to a neutral detergent composition for hard surfaces.

In kitchens, food processing factories, etc., oil frequently scatters to the equipment and the surrounding area at the food processing stage, and there is a need to perform a lot of cleaning. As the cleaning agent used at this time, a cleaning agent containing an alkali agent or a surfactant as a main component and a solvent is used (Patent Documents 1 and 2). In general, it is desirable to use an alkaline cleaning agent in order to increase the cleaning power against oil stains adhering to a hard surface. Moreover, the acidic cleaning composition containing a terpene solvent and a specific organic acid is disclosed (Patent Document 3). For these cleaning agents, use of protective equipment (glasses, rubber gloves) is recommended from the viewpoint of safety, but safety considering damage to the base material constituting the hard surface and influence on fingers. In the field where simplicity and workability are strongly demanded, development of a neutral detergent is highly expected. From this point of view, neutral detergent compositions have been proposed (Patent Documents 4 and 5).

A test piece with model oil stains was set in a Leanut improved washing machine, and a temperature of 25 ± 2 ° C. with a 1% cleaning solution (100-fold diluted aqueous solution) in which 693 g of ion-exchanged water was mixed with 7 g of the cleaning composition shown in Table 1. Wash with. After 3 minutes, the test piece is taken out, air-dried, the weight (weight after washing) is measured, and the washing rate is calculated by the following formula. The cleaning rate of 4 sheets per cleaning agent was calculated by the following formula, and the average value was evaluated.

Experimental method 2 (cleaning test)
As another evaluation of detergency, a heat-denatured oil wiping test was conducted.
Oil obtained by heat-treating rapeseed oil under air contact conditions at 180 ° C. for 24 hours was defined as heat-denatured oil. 0.6 g of this modified oil and 0.06 g of Sudan III (oil-soluble dye) are weighed and a solution adjusted to 300 g with chloroform is prepared. 2 mL of denatured oil chloroform solution is applied onto a 100 mm × 200 mm × 1 mm size SUS plate previously washed with hexane, and uniformly applied with a glass rod. A plate dried at room temperature for 1 day is used as a test piece. A 12 cm × 21.5 cm Kimwipe (manufactured by Nippon Paper Crecia Co., Ltd.) is impregnated with 1 mL of a test solution diluted to a width of 2 cm and a length of 2.5 cm and diluted 100 times. With this cleaning liquid impregnated paper, the SUS plate is wiped once in the horizontal direction (100 mm). Place the wipe in a glass container. Then, 20 mL of hexane is added to dissolve the wiped oil, the absorbance of the liquid at a wavelength of 500 nm is measured, and the value is defined as A0. This value indicates the oil content wiped off. Then, 20 mL of hexane is newly put in a container different from the above, and the absorbent cotton is dipped, and the remaining oil portion of the portion wiped off by the SUS plate wiping test is wiped off with the absorbent cotton. The absorbent cotton is returned to the container containing hexane to dissolve the wiped oil, and the absorbance of the liquid at a wavelength of 500 nm is measured, and the value is defined as A1. By the way, this value shows the oil that has been wiped off. The wiping cleaning rate was calculated from the above measured values by the following formula.

Experiment Method 3 (Wipe remaining test)
5 g of an aqueous solution of a cleaning composition diluted 100 times is impregnated into Kim Towel (manufactured by Nippon Paper Crecia Co., Ltd.) folded to a width of 9 cm and a length of 10 cm. Using this liquid-impregnated paper, a glass plate having a size of 150 mm × 150 mm × 2 mm, which has been washed with ethanol in advance, is wiped twice in both vertical and horizontal directions. After drying at room temperature for 1 day, the presence or absence of wiping lines on the glass surface was visually determined, and then the slip feeling was evaluated by 5 people in a sensory test in 5 stages. Table 1 shows the average value of four people.
5: Good without slipping, no wiping lines 4: Slightly sliding, no wiping lines 3: Slightly sliding, some wiping lines are observed 2: Sliding well, some wiping lines are observed 1: Good sliding, wiping lines are also observed . A finishing wipe is required.
