Description
The present invention relates to a temperature detection unit mounting member, and more particularly to a member for mounting a temperature detection unit for detecting the temperature of a coil core to a coil.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a device for driving a motor which is a drive source such as a compressor or a fan in an air conditioner, a motor drive device disclosed in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-15169) is known. It has been. This motor drive device includes a rectification unit that rectifies an AC power supply, one reactor connected to the rectification unit, and an inverter unit that is connected to the subsequent stage of the reactor and drives the motor.
By the way, in the motor driving device described above, for example, when the temperature of the core of the reactor is detected and the motor control is performed based on the detected core temperature, the reactor core is configured so that the temperature of the reactor core can be detected. It is necessary to install a thermistor. However, when a thermistor fixed to the reactor by screwing is used, when the thermistor is screwed to the reactor core, the positional relationship between the reactor and the thermistor core may be shifted.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to securely fix the thermistor at a position where the temperature of the core of a coil of a reactor or the like can be measured when the thermistor is attached.
The temperature detection part attachment member which concerns on the 1st viewpoint of this invention is provided with an attachment member main body and a rotation prevention part. The attachment member main body is fixed to the core of the coil, and a screw hole for screwing a temperature detection unit that detects the temperature of the coil core is formed. The anti-rotation portion supports the temperature detection portion so that the temperature detection portion does not rotate around the screw hole when the temperature detection portion is screwed to the attachment member body.
In this temperature detection unit mounting member, the temperature detection unit is screwed to the mounting member main body in a state in which the temperature detection unit is locked by the rotation preventing unit. Therefore, when the temperature detection unit is attached to the attachment member main body fixed to the coil core by screwing, the position of the detection part of the temperature detection unit with respect to the coil core is not shifted by screwing. Therefore, it is possible to accurately detect the temperature of the coil core while maintaining the state of the detection portion of the temperature detection unit in contact with the attachment member main body fixed to the coil core.
Moreover, in the temperature detection part attachment member which concerns on the 1st viewpoint of this invention , an attachment member main body is comprised with the plate-shaped member extended in plate shape. The anti-rotation portion is constituted by a protruding member that protrudes from the attachment member main body toward the temperature detection portion. And since a protrusion member is wound around a temperature detection part, a rotation prevention part stops rotation of a temperature detection part with respect to an attachment member main body.
In this temperature detection unit attachment member, since the rotation prevention part protrudes from the attachment member main body, it becomes easy to prevent the temperature detection part from rotating. Therefore, when the temperature detection unit is screwed to the attachment member main body, the state of the detection portion of the temperature detection unit in contact with the attachment member main body fixed to the coil core can be reliably maintained.
In the temperature detection unit mounting member according to the second aspect of the present invention, in the temperature detection unit mounting member according to the first or second aspect, the mounting member main body and the rotation preventing unit are integrally formed.
In this temperature detection unit mounting member, since the mounting member main body and the rotation preventing part are integrally formed, the strength is increased as compared with the case where the mounting member main body and the rotation preventing part are constituted by separate parts. .
As described above, according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
According to the temperature detection unit attachment member according to the first aspect of the present invention, the temperature of the coil core is accurately detected while maintaining the state of the detection part of the temperature detection unit in contact with the attachment member main body fixed to the coil core. can do.
Moreover, according to the temperature detection part attachment member which concerns on the 1st viewpoint of this invention, when screwing a temperature detection part to an attachment member main body, the detection part of the temperature detection part which contact | connects the attachment member main body fixed to the core of a coil The state can be reliably maintained.
According to the temperature detection unit attachment member according to the second aspect of the present invention, the strength is increased as compared with the case where the attachment member main body and the rotation stopper are formed of separate parts.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a temperature detection unit mounting member according to the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

-Motor drive controller for compressor-
Next, the configuration of the above-described compressor motor
The compressor motor

One end of each of the

The smoothing capacitor 54 is positioned after the rectifying
The inverter unit 55 is connected to the subsequent stage of each of the
The
-Abnormality judgment part-
The
However, conversely, when the calculated reactor relative temperature ΔTd is smaller than the predetermined difference ΔTx (ΔTd <ΔTx), not only when the core temperatures of both
Note that the above-described temperature abnormality determination is performed at predetermined time intervals determined in advance by, for example, desktop calculation, simulation, experiment, or the like. Further, the predetermined difference ΔTx and the predetermined value Ty are determined in advance by desktop calculations, simulations, experiments, etc., depending on the number of windings of the
Here, in the present embodiment, the reason why the
-Operation control unit-
The
On the other hand, when it is determined that the

Next, the configuration of the
The
The attachment member

The
The
Temperatures Th1 and Th2 of the cores of the
Further, as described above, in the present embodiment, the thermistor attachment members

(1)

(A)

6 is the same as FIG. 5 except that the content of step S16 is different from the content of step S6 of FIG. That is, steps S11 to S15 and S17 in FIG. 6 are the same as steps S1 to 5 and S7 in FIG. Therefore, description of steps other than step S16 according to FIG. 6 is omitted.
(C)

If the present invention is used, the position of the detection part of the temperature detection part with respect to the coil core is not displaced when the temperature detection part is attached to the attachment member body fixed to the coil core by screwing. The temperature of the core of the coil can be accurately detected while maintaining the state of the detection portion of the temperature detection unit that is in contact with the attachment member main body fixed to the core. Therefore, the temperature detection unit attachment member according to the present invention is applicable when a temperature detection unit for detecting the temperature of the core is attached to the coil having the core.
