Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態の概要について図1乃至図3を参照して説明し、その後、本実施の形態の構成および処理等について詳細に説明する。図1は、本実施の形態の基本原理を示すフローチャートである。本実施の形態は、概略的に、以下の基本的特徴を有する。
次に、本実施の形態におけるパーソナルゲノム情報環境提供装置100の構成の詳細について、図4および図5を参照して以下に説明する。
まず、本実施の形態におけるパーソナルゲノム情報環境提供装置100の構成の一例について、図4を参照して以下に説明する。図4は、本実施の形態におけるパーソナルゲノム情報環境提供装置100の構成の一例を示すブロック図であり、該構成のうち本発明に関係する部分のみを概念的に示している。
次に、本実施の形態におけるパーソナルゲノム情報環境提供装置100の構成の一例について、図5を参照して以下に説明する。図5は、本実施の形態におけるパーソナルゲノム情報環境提供装置100の構成の一例を示すブロック図であり、該構成のうち本発明に関係する部分のみを概念的に示している。
次に、このように構成された本実施の形態におけるパーソナルゲノム情報環境100の処理の詳細について、以下に図6乃至図39を参照して詳細に説明する。
次に、本発明を用いたCitizen Scienceプロジェクトの具体的事例について、以下に説明する。
さて、これまで本発明の実施の形態について説明したが、本発明は、上述した実施の形態以外にも、特許請求の範囲に記載した技術的思想の範囲内において種々の異なる実施の形態にて実施されてよいものである。
本実施の形態における提案手法によれば、ユーザへの気づき、発想支援、および、メンタルモデル等の提供により、従来のコーチング、または、発想支援システムとの差別化をしている。
また、本実施の形態における提案手法によれば、従来の感性情報の視覚化と共有化システムとの差別化をしている。

- イベントデータおよび感情情報を含むユーザの習慣情報、ならびに、生体信号情報をセルフトラッキングするモニタリングデバイス部と出力部と制御部と記憶部とを少なくとも備えたパーソナルゲノム情報環境提供装置であって、
上記記憶部は、
発達障害に関連する、上記ユーザの遺伝子情報と、遺伝的知識情報と、を対応付けたパーソナルゲノム情報を記憶するパーソナルゲノム情報記憶手段、
を備え、
上記制御部は、
上記モニタリングデバイス部にて検出された、上記習慣情報と、上記生体信号情報と、を統合したセルフトラッキング情報を取得するセルフトラッキング情報取得手段と、
上記パーソナルゲノム情報記憶手段に記憶された上記パーソナルゲノム情報と、上記セルフトラッキング情報取得手段により取得された上記セルフトラッキング情報と、を統合した統合情報を取得する情報統合手段と、
上記情報統合手段により取得された上記統合情報に対する遺伝子統計解析を用いたデータマイニングにより、上記遺伝子情報と、上記セルフトラッキング情報と、の相関に関する相関情報を含む対話的知識情報を取得するデータマイニング手段と、
上記データマイニング手段により取得された上記対話的知識情報を含む上記ユーザの認知特性に関する特性情報を上記出力部を介して出力する情報出力手段と、

上記生体信号情報は、
脳波、心拍数、睡眠波形、血糖値、体重、および/または、運動量に基づく情報であることを特徴とするパーソナルゲノム情報環境提供装置。 - イベントデータおよび感情情報を含むユーザの習慣情報、ならびに、生体信号情報をセルフトラッキングするモニタリングデバイス部と出力部と制御部と記憶部とを少なくとも備えたパーソナルゲノム情報環境提供装置において実行されるパーソナルゲノム情報環境提供方法であって、
