Description

The present invention relates to a transport vehicle having a foldable tent that supports a waterproof cover sheet with a plurality of arched columns.

A conventional transport vehicle having this type of folding tent is shown in FIGS. The transport vehicle 100 is provided with a foldable tent (hereinafter referred to as a tent) 102 on the loading platform of the vehicle body 101. The tent 102 includes a plurality of arched columns 123 each having a waterproof cover sheet (hereinafter referred to as a sheet) 120 that forms a roof portion 121 and a side surface portion 122 of a tent space, which are arranged substantially parallel to each other and adjustable in interval. It is folded in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 2 by forming a tent space by supporting it and narrowing the interval between the arch-type support columns 123.

When the transport vehicle 100 stores a transported object (not shown) in the tent 102 when it rains and travels outdoors, the tent 102 is in a state where the rainwater 200 remains on the surface of the roof 121 when the transported vehicle 100 is taken out immediately. It will be folded. At this time, as the tent 102 is folded, the rainwater 200 accumulates in the valley 124 formed between the arched columns 123 of the roof 121 and gradually increases along the valley 124 toward the side surface 122. In particular, when the tent 102 is vigorously folded at a certain speed, the tent 102 is scattered over the side surface portion 122 to a position relatively far from the vehicle body 101. For this reason, there is a problem that the rainwater 200 may be inadvertently applied to the product 130 or the like placed away from the transport vehicle 100 in the warehouse, and the stored product or the like gets wet and is damaged.

By the way, a plurality of foldable X frames forming a trust structure are bridged between the four tent columns, and the edges of the roof curtain are connected along the X frames to form valley lines. A tent roof curtain structure is known in which rain water is allowed to flow down so that rain water does not collect on the roof curtain (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, in a folding tent that uses this roof curtain structure, rainwater flows along the valley line and scatters away from the tent when rainwater folds the tent that remains on the roof curtain, such as after use in rainy weather. There is.

Also known is a tent having a drainage structure that connects a drainage hole provided in the vicinity of the most hanging part of a sheet stretched between two ropes and a drainage pipe disposed on the back side of the sheet. (For example, refer to Patent Document 2). Further, a tent having a water guide structure that drains water by a concave groove formed by attaching a linear weight member along an inclined surface of a sheet facing the tent eaves is known (for example, see Patent Document 3). Further, an eaves tent having a rain removal sheet in which a drainage opening is provided in a water collecting groove formed by extending the bottom of the sheet downward and turning outward is known (for example, see Patent Document 4). There is also known a tent with a rain gutter in which a telescopic rain gutter is attached at a position where rain gutters hang before and after the tent or all around the tent (see, for example, Patent Document 5).

However, these various tents shown in Patent Document 2 to Patent Document 5 can prevent rainwater from collecting in the roof curtain when the tent is stretched, but the tent structure is not a folding type but is an assembly type that is installed at the time of use. Therefore, the tent cannot be folded and stored after use, or can be opened and used immediately when necessary.

The present invention solves the above problem, and provides a transport vehicle having a foldable tent that can prevent rainwater accumulated on the tent from being scattered when the tent is folded. Objective.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a transport vehicle provided with a folding tent in a loading platform of a vehicle body, wherein the folding tent includes a waterproof cover sheet that forms a roof portion and a side portion of a tent space; A plurality of arched struts that support the cover sheet to form a tent space and are arranged substantially parallel to each other and adjustable in spacing, the arched struts being It is movable in the left-right direction and the interval between the arched struts is arbitrarily adjustable, and the cover sheet is configured to be folded with the interval between the arched struts being narrowed, and for guiding water cord portion is provided, the string section, between the arched struts adjacent the roof portion of the cover sheet, the roof portion of the cover sheet can by narrowing the distance between the arched struts contacting該隣One end side is fixed to the valley portion, the other end side is along the side surface portion, but is not closely contacted, and is arranged so as to hang down, the rain water of the roof portion falls along the entire periphery of the side surface of the string portion, It is characterized by that .

According to the invention of claim 1, when the tent is folded in a state where rainwater has accumulated on the cover sheet, the rainwater is guided by the string portion so as to flow in a direction along the string portion. Can prevent the rainwater from splashing. Also, when the tent is folded indoors after running outdoors in the rain, rainwater collected on the roof of the cover sheet travels along the string part along the side of the roof and the side near the vehicle body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tent from being scattered far away from the tent, and to prevent people and objects away from the tent from being wet carelessly.

Hereinafter, a transport vehicle having a folding tent according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. FIG.1 and FIG.2 shows the structure of the conveyance vehicle (henceforth a conveyance vehicle) 1 with the folding-type tent in this embodiment. The transport vehicle 1 includes a vehicle body 2 including a cargo bed 21 having a rectangular plane substantially parallel to the ground, and a folding tent (hereinafter referred to as a tent) 3 mounted on the cargo bed 21.

The vehicle body 2 is formed along a wheel 22 that supports the loading platform 21, an operation drive unit 23 provided on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the loading platform 21, and both edges in the longitudinal direction of the loading platform 21. And an L-shaped groove portion 24. The operation drive unit 23 controls the vehicle body 2 to move according to a preset flow line of a road, for example, based on a user operation. The transport vehicle 1 is a load transport vehicle used in, for example, a factory, a warehouse, and the like, and includes a guide line sensor that detects a guide line laid on the road surface of the travel route. It is possible to run unattended and automatically. The groove portion 24 is a guide groove for guiding the folding movement of the tent 3 on the loading platform 21, and is not limited to an L-shape, and may be a concave groove or the like.

The tent 3 includes a waterproof cover sheet (hereinafter referred to as a sheet) 4 that forms a roof portion 41 and a side surface portion 42 of the tent space, and a plurality of arched columns 5 that support the sheet 4 to form a tent space. With. The arched columns 5 are arranged substantially at right angles on the loading platform 21 so as to be substantially parallel to each other and adjustable in interval. The arched columns 5 are provided so as to be movable in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2 and the interval between the arched columns 5 can be arbitrarily adjusted.

The seat 4 is structured to be folded with the interval between the arched columns 5 narrowed, and includes a plurality of water guiding string portions 6 made of vinyl or cloth. Each of the string portions 6 is arranged such that one end side is fixed on a substantially intermediate line between the arch-type support columns 5 adjacent to each other on the roof portion 41, and the other end side is suspended along the longitudinal side surface portion 42 of the tent 3. ing. Further, the string portion 6 may be bent linearly so as to be in close contact with the side surface portion 42 from the roof portion 41, but here, the string portion 6 is arranged so as to form a certain curve and not in close contact with the side surface portion 42. ing. Further, the string portion 6 may be a rope of a predetermined thickness knitted with a thin vinyl or cloth string or a vinyl tube, or a plurality of strings arranged substantially in parallel, or one end side of the string You may make it fall and hang in a strip shape.

The arched column 5 is made of a pipe-like member, and includes a mountain-shaped portion 51 that supports the roof portion 41, linear column portions 52 that are erected substantially perpendicular to the loading platform 21 from both ends of the mountain-shaped portion 51, and these linear columns And a beam portion 53 that supports upper portions between the portions 52 at regular intervals. The straight column portion 52 includes a top portion 50 that allows the arched column 5 to be moved at the foot. The top part 50 has a top wheel having a rotation stop, and allows the arch-type column 5 to be moved and locked along the groove part 24 of the loading platform 21.

FIG. 3 shows the inner side surface of the tent as seen from the side of the tent 3 in the longitudinal direction. The tent 3 has a multistage pantograph mechanism 7 that is opened and closed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body 2 in order to fold the seat 4. The multistage pantograph mechanism 7 is formed by sequentially attaching a pair of two rectangular frames 71 each having an X shape to each arched column 5 so as to be rotatable. Here, the linear column part 52 of each arch type | form support | pillar 5 is provided with the upper latching | locking part 54 and the lower latching | locking part 55 for latching each end of the flame | frame 71 on the upper and lower sides, respectively.

The upper locking portion 54 has a rectangular housing fixed to the upper portion of the linear column portion 52, and the housing is provided with a vertically elongated slot hole 56 in the vertical direction on the side surface facing the inside of the tent 3. . The upper locking portion 54 is locked by screwing the upper end side of the frame 71 so as to move up and down and rotate in the slot hole 56. The lower locking portion 55 is formed by a screw hole and a screw provided in the linear column portion 52, and the lower end side of the X-shaped frame 71 is rotatably fixed to the linear column portion 52 by screwing.

Here, each set of frames 71 having an X-shape is crossed at an intermediate point 72 between them and is screwed freely. Further, both ends of each frame 71 are mutually rotatable with a single screw so as to be freely rotated by the lower locking portions 54 and 55 on the adjacent arch-shaped column 5 except for the columns at both ends of the arch-shaped column in a row. It is tightened. At this time, a rhombus frame 70 (four frames 71 that are screwed by two at the upper and lower locking portions 54 and 55, respectively, are surrounded by four sides that are approximately ½ of the length of the frame 71. Are formed sequentially).

Since these rhombus frames 70 have the fixed points at the upper locking portion 54 and the lower locking portion 55 as vertices in the vertical direction and the X-shaped intermediate points 72 as the vertices in the horizontal direction, Can move in conjunction with each other in a freely deformable manner, and can perform a pantograph operation. Therefore, when the arch-type support columns 5 are connected and supported by the rhombus frame 70, the tent 3 is connected to the arch-type support column 5. By expanding and contracting, the seat 4 is folded and smoothly opened and closed. That is, the arch-type support columns 5 are arranged in a line in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2 and are foldable to be freely movable, so that the interval between the arch-type support columns 5 can be arbitrarily adjusted. In addition, each arch type | form support | pillar 5 can be arranged in the left-right direction of the vehicle body 2, and can also be folded similarly to the above.

FIG. 4 shows the inner side surface of the tent 3 in a folded state. Here, the tent 3 is folded to one end side in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2, and the multistage pantograph mechanism 7 is contracted in the longitudinal direction. Here, when the sheet 4 is folded, a V-shaped valley portion 41a is formed along the intermediate line in the roof portion 41 between the arch-type support columns 5 adjacent to each other. At this time, the string portion 6 is positioned so as to crawl the bottom side of the valley portion 41a. In addition, the string part 6 may be previously fixed along the substantially middle line of the roof part 41 used as the vicinity of the bottom part of the trough part 41a.

Here, the fall state of the rainwater from the sheet | seat 4 when the tent 3 to which rainwater adhered is folded is demonstrated with reference to FIG.5 and FIG.6. After the transport vehicle 1 stores a transported object (not shown) in the tent 3 in the rain and travels outdoors, the tent 3 is folded to take out the transported object in the tent 3 indoors such as in a warehouse. . At this time, the rainwater 200 remains on the surface of the roof portion 41 of the sheet 4. Therefore, the rainwater 200 of the roof portion 41 flows into the valley portion 41a that becomes deeper as the seat 4 is folded, and along the string portion 6 that lies on the bottom side of the valley portion 41a. It flows toward the eaves side of the tent 3 that is bent toward the part 42 side.

Furthermore, the rainwater 200 that flows along the string part 6 on the roof part 41 is folded on the eaves side of the tent 3 vigorously with a certain speed due to the surface tension with the string part 6. In addition, it flows down to the ground along the string portion 6 that hangs down along the side surface portion 42. Since the string portion 6 does not adhere to the side surface portion 42 and hangs down slightly, the rainwater 200 falls near the vehicle body 2 along the entire periphery of the side surface of the string portion 6.

Thus, according to the transport vehicle 1 of the present embodiment, the rainwater 200 is provided on the roof portion 41 by providing the water guiding string portion 6 that hangs down from the roof portion 41 of the tent 3 along the side surface portion 42 to the ground. When the tent 3 is folded in a pooled state, the rainwater 200 is guided so as to fall to the ground side near the vehicle body 2 through the string portion 6, so that it is prevented from being scattered far away from the tent 3. The rainwater 200 does not inadvertently wet a person who is far away from the vehicle body 2 or a stored product in the warehouse.

Further, conventionally, since it is difficult to predict the scattering distance of the rainwater 200, it is necessary to keep the baggage in the warehouse away from the vehicle body 2 with a sufficient distance so as not to get wet with the rainwater scattering, which is relatively wide. Although a warehouse is required, in this embodiment, since the rainwater 200 hardly scatters far from the vehicle body 2, it is possible to unload it even in a narrow warehouse without being affected by the scatter of rainwater.

Further, by extending the length of the string portion 6 to near the ground, it is possible to further suppress the scattering of the rainwater 200 falling on the ground. In addition, the string part 6 may be folded and made small in fine weather, and may be fixed to the roof part 41 or the side part 42 of the tent 3 by using an adhesive tape or the like. Only occasionally it may be attached to the tent 3.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the structure of the said various embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible suitably in the range which does not change the meaning of invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the tent 3 is disposed on the vehicle body 2 and used as a hood. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the tent 3 is directly on the ground such as a storeway or a hotel entrance / exit. It can also be used as a folding arcade to avoid rain installation. The tent 3 has been shown to be manually folded. For example, a sprocket (gear) is provided on the top wheel of the top portion 50 of the arched column 5, and a chain is combined with the sprocket. It may be an automatic folding type by transmitting power to automatically adjust the distance between the arch-type support columns 5.
