Description
The present invention is an oil-based ink for penetrating seals that is used for penetrating stamps using a porous printed body having open cells and for making printed characters such as addresses and names printed on printed matter such as direct mail unreadable. About.
Information related to privacy that you do not want others to know, such as your address, name, and card number, is printed on your direct mail and various debit details.
When discarding such direct mail or the like, it was necessary to cut with a shredder or the like, or to manually break the privacy information portion.
Therefore, the present applicant has proposed an oil-based ink containing limonene as means for easily and surely erasing and concealing the privacy information portion desired to be hidden.
However, the oil-based ink of the invention of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-232392 has a limonene citrus-based odor and was liking and disliked by people. Further, since a glycol-based solvent is used as the solvent, the ink viscosity changes due to the volatilization of the solvent, and clogging may occur in the porous printed body of the penetrating mark.
Using a penetrating seal containing a penetrating oil-based ink containing a mixture of methyl ricinoleate, a colorant, a resin soluble in the methyl ricinoleate, and an antioxidant, the privacy information is printed on the privacy information section. A method in which methyl acid dissolves a resin fixing printed toner characters and mixes with a colorant of a printed character from which the colorant has been peeled to make the privacy information portion indistinguishable.
Osmotic oil for osmotic printing, further comprising a single or two or more lower alcohols selected from methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, i-propanol, n-butanol and i-butanol as viscosity modifiers. The method of making the privacy information location of Claim 1 using ink indistinguishable.
When printing on privacy information such as direct mail and various withdrawal details using the penetrating seal with ink of the present invention, methyl ricinoleate dissolves the resin fixing the printed toner character, and the colorant for the printed character Peeled off from the page, and the privacy information part could be erased securely.
In addition, since the colorant of the ink of the present invention is mixed with the colorant of the peeled printed characters, the privacy information location is indistinguishable, and privacy can be reliably protected.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
As the main solvent used in the present invention, methyl ricinoleate is used. Esters of other higher fatty acids and lower alcohols such as ethyl ricinoleate, butyl ricinoleate, and methyl stearate cannot be used because they cannot dissolve the resin fixing the printed toner characters. The blending ratio of methyl ricinoleate to the ink of the present invention is 50 to 99% by weight, preferably 70 to 90% by weight in the ink composition.
Moreover, in order to adapt to a use condition, an environment, etc., lower alcohols, such as methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, i-propanol, n-butanol, i-butanol, can be further mix | blended as a cosolvent as a viscosity modifier. When a lower alcohol is used in the ink of the present invention, the above solvents can be used alone or in combination of two or more so that the resulting ink has an appropriate viscosity, and the blending ratio is about 1 to 30% by weight in the ink composition. And preferably 5 to 20% by weight.

In order to obtain the present invention, an appropriate amount of the above-mentioned substances are selected and mixed and dispersed for about 2 hours at room temperature to 100 ° C. with a stirrer. In this invention, although a viscosity can be set freely, it is preferable to adjust to 100-1000 mPa * s (25 degreeC) especially. This is because it takes too much time for the seal impression to dry above this range, and it is difficult to prevent bleeding below this range. The most preferable viscosity range of the present invention is 200 to 2000 mPa · s (25 ° C.).
