Description
天然繊維を主成分とする基紙(銘柄「はまゆう」、紀州製紙社製、坪量40g/m2)の片面に、スチレン−アクリル樹脂を主成分とする防湿剤(T−XP276、星光PMC社製)を乾燥塗工量として15g/m2になるように、エアナイフコーターを使用して塗工後、150℃で25秒の条件で熱処理して防湿紙を得た。
防湿剤の塗工後、150℃で30秒の条件で熱処理したほかは、実施例1と同様にして防湿紙を得た。
防湿剤の塗工後、150℃で35秒の条件で熱処理したほかは、実施例1と同様にして防湿紙を得た。
防湿剤を乾燥塗工量として10g/m2になるように塗工したほかは、実施例1と同様にして防湿紙を得た。
防湿剤をブタジエン−スチレン樹脂(L−1432、旭化成社製)に変更したほかは、実施例1と同様にして防湿紙を得た。
防湿剤の塗工後、125℃で25秒の条件で熱処理したほかは、実施例1と同様にして防湿紙を得た。
防湿剤の塗工後、150℃で15秒の条件で熱処理したほかは、実施例1と同様にして防湿紙を得た。
防湿剤を乾燥塗工量として7.5g/m2になるように塗工したほかは、実施例1と同様にして防湿紙を得た。
防湿剤の塗工後、100℃で25秒の条件で熱処理したほかは、実施例1と同様にして防湿紙を得た。
ダイナミックヘッドスペース法を用いた。発生ガス濃縮導入装置を(MS−TD−258、ジーエルサイエンス社製)を用い、試料約0.3gを99.999%のHe気流(流量50ml/min)中で80℃、1時間加熱し、試料から発生したアウトガスを吸着剤(TENAX TA)で捕集濃縮し、270℃で再脱離させたガスをクライオフォーカスユニットでサンプルバンドを狭めた後、ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析計(GCMS−QP5050A、島津製作所社製)に導入して定量した。キャピラリーカラムは、TC−1(ジーエルサイエンス社製、0.25mm×60m、膜厚0.25μm)を用い、質量分析計のイオン化方法を電子衝撃法(イオン化電圧70eV)とした。このときの単位時間当たりのアウトガス発生量をアウトガス発生速度として、n−ヘキサデカン検量線によって相対評価した。したがって、数値が小さいほどアウトガス発生し難いことを表す。
JIS Z 0208:1976「防湿包装材料の透湿度試験方法(カップ法)」による条件B(40±0.5℃、90±2%RH)に従い、防湿剤の塗工面を外側にして測定した。したがって、数値が小さいほど湿度を透し難いことを表す。
無作為に選出した8名の人員によって、サンプルからの臭気の有無を評価した。
○:8名中7名以上の人が臭気を感じない。
△:8名中2〜6名が臭気を感じる。
×:8名中7名以上の人が臭気を感じる。
Claims (2)
- 天然繊維を主成分とする基紙の少なくとも一方の面に、スチレン−アクリル系樹脂を主成分とする防湿剤を塗工する防湿紙を製造する方法において、該防湿剤を、天然繊維を主成分とする基紙の少なくとも一方の面に乾燥塗工量として10g/m2〜30g/m2塗工後、140℃〜200℃で20〜120秒の条件で熱処理してなる防湿紙の、アウトガス発生速度(オーブンで80℃の加熱条件下において1時間アウトガスを捕集し、GC−MSにて分析、定量した質量1g当たりの数値)が100,000ng/g/h以下であり、かつ、透湿度[JIS Z 0208(カップ法)による条件B(40℃、90%RH)]の値が10g/m2・24hr以下であることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 防湿紙が洗剤、タバコ、又は食品用の包装材として使用するための防湿紙である、請求項1に記載の方法。
