Description
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの電気素子と、固体絶縁材料とを含む、高電界/高電圧ユニットであって、
前記固体絶縁材料は、当該高電界/高電圧ユニットの外部シェル又は容器を提供するよう形成され、且つ、前記少なくとも1つの電気素子を収容するための少なくとも1つの第一キャビティを含む内部構造を有し、
前記シェル又は容器は、少なくとも、第一ピース部分と、第二ピース部分とから成り、前記第一ピース部分及び前記第二ピース部分は、一体的に組み合わされてケーシングを形成し、
前記少なくとも1つの第一キャビティは、前記少なくとも1つの電気素子をプレス嵌めし或いはスナップ取付けするよう寸法取られ、
接触領域が、前記少なくとも1つの電気素子のための前記少なくとも1つの第一キャビティ内に設けられ、
前記内部構造は、流体状及び/又はガス状の絶縁材料を収容するための少なくとも1つの、前記流体状及び/又はガス状の絶縁材料を案内するためのチャネルの形態の第二キャビティを含み、前記シェル又は容器は、液密及び/又は気密ケーシングの形態でもたらされる、
高電界/高電圧ユニット。 - 前記絶縁材料は、100μmまでの直径を備える複数の球状の粒子を含む硬質フォームである、請求項1に記載の高電界/高電圧ユニット。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電気素子は、変圧器、コンデンサ、分圧器、整流器、又は、抵抗器のような能動的及び/又は受動的な電気素子、又は、少なくとも1つのそのような能動的及び/又は受動的な電気素子を含む少なくとも1つの成形ユニット又は統合又は混成回路である、請求項1に記載の高電界/高電圧ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に伝導的な相互接続が、前記電気素子を電気的に接続するために前記ケーシング内に設けられる、請求項1に記載の高電界/高電圧ユニット。
- 前記相互接続は、前記絶縁材料の及び/又は前記絶縁材料内の内表面上の少なくとも部分的に伝導的な材料によってもたらされる、請求項4に記載の高電界/高電圧ユニット。
- 前記相互接続は、前記絶縁材料内に挿入される金属スティック又はワイヤによってもたらされる、請求項4に記載の高電界/高電圧ユニット。
- 前記相互接続は、少なくとも1つの可撓なプリント回路基板、及び/又は、前記絶縁材料の内表面上に取り付けられる且つ/或いはそれを通じて走る可撓な伝導性箔の形態でもたらされる、請求項4に記載の高電界/高電圧ユニット。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の高電界/高電圧ユニットを含むX線システム又はコンピュータ断層撮影システム。
