Description
図1は、この発明の実施形態にかかる光源装置を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1中の光源装置のコネクターを示す分解斜視図である。図1と図2とにおいて、光源装置10は、搭載板100と、複数の発光素子200と、コネクター300とを含む。発光素子200とコネクター300とが互いに電気接続され、搭載板100上に全て配置される。この実施形態において、搭載板100が例えば回路板であり、発光素子200が例えばLEDである。更に、発光素子200が基準直線に沿って回路板上に配列される。コネクター300は、絶縁ベース310と、2つの電極ロッド320と、2つのL形電極シート330とを含む。絶縁ベース310は、第1側表面312と、第2側表面314と、下表面316と、2つのスルーホール318とを有する。第2側表面314が第1側表面312の向かい側に配置されるとともに、下表面316が第1側表面312および第2側表面314に連接する。

Claims (9)
- 第1側表面と、前記第1側表面に対向する第2側表面と、前記第1側表面および前記第2側表面に連接する下表面と、2つのスルーホールとを有し、そのうち前記第1側表面から前記第2側表面に延伸される前記2つのスルーホールに貫通される絶縁ベースと、
それぞれ前記2つのスルーホールを貫き、それぞれが第1端、および前記第1端に対向する第2端を備えるとともに、前記第1端が前記第1側表面から突き出される、2つの電極ロッドと、
それぞれが、前記下表面に配置される底部、ならびに前記底部に連接されるとともに前記第2側表面に配置される連接部を含み、そのうち、前記連接部が前記電極ロッドの第2端にそれぞれ接続される、2つのL形電極シートと
を含むコネクター。 - 前記電極ロッドの前記第2端が、それぞれ、前記L形電極シートの前記連接部にリベット留めされるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクター。
- 前記した各L形電極シートが、前記下表面の下方に位置し、かつ前記下表面から離れる方向に突き出されるピンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクター。
- 前記第1側表面が、前記2つのスルーホールにそれぞれ連通する2つの陥凹部を含み、前記各電極ロッドが前記第1端および前記第2端間に位置するフランジを含むとともに、前記電極ロッドの前記フランジがそれぞれ前記陥凹部中に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクター。
- 搭載板と、
前記搭載板上に配置される少なくとも1つの発光素子と、
前記搭載板上に配置されて、前記発光素子に電気接続されるコネクターであって、
第1側表面、前記第1側表面に対向する第2側表面、前記第1側表面および前記第2側表面に連接する下表面、2つのスルーホールを有し、そのうち前記第1側表面から前記第2側表面に延伸される前記2つのスルーホールに貫通される絶縁ベースと、
それぞれ前記した2つのスルーホールを貫き、それぞれが第1端、および前記第1端に対向する第2端を備えるとともに、前記第1端が前記第2側表面から突き出される、2つの電極ロッドと、
それぞれが、前記下表面に配置されるとともに前記搭載板に連接される底部、ならびに前記底部に連接されるとともに前記第2側表面に配置される連接部を含み、そのうち、前記連接部が前記電極ロッドの第2端にそれぞれ接続される2つのL形電極シートと
を備えるコネクターと
を含む光源装置。 - 前記電極ロッドの前記第2端が、前記L形電極シートの前記連接部にそれぞれリベット留めされることを特徴とする請求項5記載の光源装置。
- 前記連接部が、前記搭載板に実装されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の光源装置。
- 前記各L形電極シートが、前記下表面の下方に位置し、前記下表面から離れる方向に突き出し、前記搭載板を貫通するピンを含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の光源装置。
- 前記第1側表面が、2つの陥凹部をそれぞれ備えて前記した2つのスルーホールと連通し、前記した各電極ロッドが、前記第1側表面および前記第2側表面間に位置するフランジを有するとともに、前記電極ロッドの前記フランジがそれぞれ前記陥凹部中に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項5記載の光源装置。
