Description

The present invention relates to a temporary hair dye for temporarily coloring hair by attaching a dye to the surface of the hair, and more specifically, having excellent water resistance and drying properties, low viscosity, and various color development properties. The present invention relates to a temporary hair dye that can be suitably used for a batting type hair dye applicator.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, temporary hair dyes that temporarily color hair by attaching colorants such as dyes and pigments to the surface of the hair have been accepted and used by many consumers because of their ease.
Various pigments and dyes are used as the colorant for the temporary hair dye depending on the intended hue and application.

As a temporary hair dye using a pigment, for example, a hair temporary colorant composition containing an amine oxide group-containing resin having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 1,000,000, a pigment, and a hydrophilic solvent (for example, see Patent Document 1) is known. ing.
However, temporary hair dyes using this pigment have disadvantages in that the pigment adheres to the clothes and towels that are the objects to be contacted, and the secondary adhesion that stains the skin and clothes due to the pigment flowing down with sweat or water. Since the specific gravity is large, precipitation and aggregation of the pigment occurs in the hair dye, the product stability may be reduced, and the coloring may become uneven. Further, the precipitation of the pigment is likely to occur. There exists a subject that it cannot use with the applicator which has a container.

On the other hand, as temporary hair dyes using dyes, for example, (A) direct dyes selected from nitro dyes, anthraquinone dyes, acid dyes, oil-soluble dyes, basic dyes and disperse dyes, and (B) amine oxide groups Temporary hair dyes containing a containing resin and (C) an aromatic ether compound having specific physical properties (for example, see Patent Document 2) are known.
However, this temporary hair dye has problems such as poor water resistance, color drop when wet with rain, and sweat. In Comparative Example 4 of Patent Document 2, 0.3% by mass of an acidic dye (black 401), 1% by mass of a betaine amphoteric polymer, 50% by mass of ethanol, 0.5% by mass of lactic acid, 0. Temporary hair dye containing 1% by mass and 48.1% by mass of purified water is disclosed, but the evaluation results indicate that it is inferior in dyeability, secondary adhesion, etc., and the intended temporary hair dyeing effect Is not preferable.

On the other hand, at least one kind of water-soluble dye, 0.1 to 3% by weight, amphoteric alkali resin 0.01 to 2.4% by weight, hair dyeing assistant such as benzyl alcohol 2 to 20% by weight, and lower alcohol 20 A hair dye having a cumulative hair-dyeing property (for example, the present application), characterized in that it contains ˜80 mass%, the viscosity is adjusted to 2.6 to 15 mPa · s, and the pH is adjusted to 2 to 5. Human patent document 3), acid dyes 0.0001 to 0.2% by mass, alkanediols 0.01 to 10% by mass such as 1,2-octanediol, and an acid, and the pH is 1.5 to An acid hair dye composition of a type that does not wash away is characterized by being 4.5 (for example, see Patent Document 4).

However, since the hair dye of Patent Document 3 is intended to have cumulative hair dyeing properties by using a hair dyeing assistant (penetration assistant) such as benzyl alcohol, water resistance and drying properties are sacrificed. The object and technical idea of the present invention are different from those of the present invention.
In addition, the acidic hair dye composition described in Patent Document 4 described above has a low acid dye content of 0.0001 to 0.2% by mass in order to obtain an acidic hair dye composition that does not wash away. Even if there is an alkanediol penetrating aid, the hair is dyed, it is inferior in water resistance, and in addition to the temporary hair dye that does not use the penetrating aid of the present invention, it is inferior in hair dyeing property, In addition, the present invention is different from the present invention in its purpose and technical idea.

The present invention is to solve this problem in view of the above-mentioned problems and the present state of the art, and since it does not contain a hair dyeing assistant such as benzyl alcohol or alkanediol, even if an acid dye is used as a colorant, cumulative dyeing is performed. Temporary hair dye that does not have hair properties, is excellent in water resistance and drying properties, has low viscosity and has various color development properties, and can be suitably used for a batting type hair dye applicator. An object is to provide a temporary hair dyeing method and a temporary hair dye applicator.

A purified aqueous acid dye prepared by using each of the acid dyes as an aqueous toner can also be used.

Content of these (A) components is 0.5-2.0 mass% (henceforth "%" only) with respect to temporary hair dye whole quantity.
When the content of the component (A) is less than 0.5%, the hair dyeing effect is not sufficiently exhibited. On the other hand, when the content exceeds 2.0%, the water resistance is deteriorated and precipitation tends to occur. It is not preferable.

The (B) component (methacryloyloxyethylcarboxybetaine / alkyl methacrylate) copolymer used in the present invention is contained in order to improve water resistance and drying property.
The (methacryloyloxyethyl carboxybetaine / alkyl methacrylate) copolymer used is a copolymer of methacryloyloxyethyl carboxybetaine and alkyl methacrylate, and when this copolymer is dissolved in water, the pH of the system also dissolves on the acidic side, It is difficult to be influenced by the additive, and particularly has characteristics such that the polymer is hardly precipitated even when an electrolyte is added to the aqueous solution.
Examples of the (methacryloyloxyethylcarboxybetaine / alkyl methacrylate) copolymer that can be used include commercially available RAM resins 1000, 2000, 3000, and 4000 (all of which are 30% ethanol solutions), (above, manufactured by Osaka Organic Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), Yucaformer-SM, 202, 510 (above, manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation) and the like can be mentioned.

Content of the said (B) component in this invention needs to be 0.2-6.0% with respect to temporary hair dye whole quantity in conversion of solid content.
When the content of the component (B) is less than 0.2%, the water resistance is weak, and when it exceeds 6.0%, the viscosity increases, which is not preferable.

In the present invention, the acidic dye as the component (A) and the (methacryloyloxyethylcarboxybetaine / alkyl methacrylate) copolymer as the component (B) can be used within the above ranges of the contents. The content ratio of the component and the component (B) [(A) / (B)] needs to be 0.5 or less on a mass basis from the viewpoint of water resistance and room temperature / low temperature stability, It is desirable to set it as 0.03-0.5.
If the content ratio [(A) / (B)] exceeds 0.5 on a mass basis, the stability is deteriorated, or the sedimentation is likely to occur, or the water resistance is deteriorated. It is not preferable.

The ethanol component (C) used in the present invention is contained from the viewpoint of improving drying properties and solubility of acidic dyes.
The content of the component (C) needs to be 40 to 80% with respect to the total amount of the temporary hair dye.
If the ethanol content is less than 40%, the drying property is lowered. On the other hand, if it exceeds 80%, the hair dyeing effect is not sufficiently exhibited, which is not preferable.

The remainder of the temporary hair dye in the present invention is adjusted with water as component (D), for example, purified water, ion-exchanged water, pure water, ultrapure water, distilled water, etc. can be used. It is desirable to set it as 20 to 55% with respect to the total amount of temporary hair dye.
If the content of the component (D) is less than 20%, the hair dyeing effect is lowered, and if it exceeds 55%, the drying property is lowered, which is not preferable.

The pH (25 ° C.) of the temporary hair dye of the present invention needs to be adjusted to 4.0 to 7.0 from the viewpoint of highly achieving temporary hair dyeability, water resistance and stability, preferably From the point that the water resistance is further improved in the weakly acidic region without impairing the temporary hair dyeing property, it is desirable to be 4.0 to 6.5.
If the pH of this hair dye is less than 4.0, temporary hair dyeing properties may be impaired or skin irritation may occur. If the pH exceeds 7.0, water resistance and stability deteriorate. This is not preferable.
In the present invention, the pH can be adjusted by containing an acid in addition to the components (A) to (D), for example, lactic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid. In addition, an organic acid such as glycolic acid, an inorganic acid such as hydrochloric acid or a salt thereof, and in some cases an alkali can be used.
