Description
The present embodiment relates to an escalator.
The escalator has a truss installed between a pedestal on the upper floor of the building and a pedestal on the lower floor. Due to the seismic structure of this truss, the support angle of either the upper or lower floor truss is fixed to the pedestal of the building beam by welding or the like, and the other end is not It is fixed.
According to the guideline for seismic design of elevators, the length of the part where the support angle of the non-fixed truss overlaps the pedestal of the building beam is long enough to prevent the truss from dropping due to the shaking of the earthquake. It is stated that it must be. This overlapping portion is referred to as “cost”.
Therefore, it is very important to manage this cost when a new escalator is installed and to check this cost after a major earthquake. In particular, the amount of this allowance is stipulated in the guideline for the elevator seismic design, and increases depending on the floor height.
However, this cost depends on the environment of the installation site, but usually it can not be easily measured just from above, and if the floor is covered with mortar covering this support angle part, There was a problem that it could not be confirmed unless the floor was demolished.
Then, this embodiment aims at providing the escalator which can confirm easily the allowance of the support angle of a truss in view of the said problem.
The present embodiment includes an escalator truss installed between a pedestal on the upper floor side of the building, a pedestal on the lower level side of the building beam, and upper and lower ends of the truss, respectively. A support angle placed on each of the cradle, passing through one of the support angles , a plurality of openings at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the truss, and the upper surface of the cradle being visually observed An escalator having a measurement hole.
Hereinafter, the
(1) Structure of
The
A pair of left and
An upper
A
(2) Upper
Next, the
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIG. 4, a
On the upper surface of the
As shown in FIG. 3, a
(3) Checking method for L of the

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the operator looks into the
Next, when the worker satisfies the length defined by the start allowance L, the worker puts on the
(4) Effect With the
In addition, since the mortar is not applied to the
In addition, since the phosphorescent paint is applied to the upper surface of the
Further, since the plurality of
