The bullet ball gaming machine is provided with a game board on which a game ball is launched, a frame body on which the game board is mounted, and an opening / closing body mounted on the frame body so as to be openable and closable. A frame-shaped decorative component mounting member to which decorative components such as a substrate on which a plurality of LEDs are mounted and a decorative cover for mounting a game effect according to the progress of the game by the game ball is mounted is provided on the front surface of Yes. The decorative component mounting member is manufactured as an integral product by molding a synthetic resin material with a mold.

In the case where the decorative part mounting member is formed of a synthetic resin molded product as an integral member, the molding die becomes large and complicated, and the production cost is high.
Therefore, it is conceivable that the decorative component mounting member is constituted by a plurality of frame divided bodies. However, since the plurality of conductive lines are also divided, a connector that connects the plurality of conductive lines at a joint portion that couples the frame divided bodies to each other. It is necessary to provide. In this case, a plurality of conductive lines extending from the male connector are connected to a plurality of conductive circuits on one board, and a plurality of conductive lines extending from the female connector are connected to a plurality of conductive circuits on the other board. The side connector and the female side connector are connected.

However, when the connector as described above is provided, the cost of connecting the plurality of conductive wires and the parts of the connector, the cost of connecting the plurality of conductive wires to the conductive circuit of the substrate, etc. is high, and the manufacturing cost is high, and the vicinity of the substrate A space for accommodating a plurality of conductive wires and male connectors and a plurality of conductive wires and female connectors is also required in this narrow space, and there are many restrictions on the design of the decorative component mounting member. The work of connecting a plurality of conductive wires is also complicated.

An object of the present invention is to provide a gaming machine that can reduce the manufacturing cost by configuring the decorative component mounting member with a plurality of frame divided bodies and that can easily connect a plurality of conductive lines at the joint of the frame divided bodies. Is to provide.

The present invention has the following configuration. A connecting portion 15c is formed at the upper end on the right end side of the dish unit mounting portion 15, and a stepped connecting portion 14c for coupling with the connecting portion 15c is formed at the lower end of the right side frame portion 14, and this connecting portion. A plurality of plate-like projecting pieces 14d projecting forward are formed on 14c, and by engaging these projecting pieces 14d with a plurality of groove portions 15d formed in the connecting portion 15c, the lower end portion of the right side frame portion 14 is connected. The part 14c is brought into contact with the connecting part 15c of the dish unit mounting part 15 from the rear and positioned so as to be closely bonded (see FIG. 6).

A substrate 40 extending over the entire length is mounted on the vertical front surface of the right side frame portion 14, a plurality of LEDs 40 a and a plurality of conductive lines are provided on the substrate 40, and a decorative cover 20 that covers the front side of the right side frame portion 14 is provided. Installed. When assembling the upper side frame part 12 from the front with respect to the right side frame part 14, the connection part 12b is joined to the connection part 14a from the front side.

As shown in FIG. 10, a substrate facing surface 42 is formed on the lower end side portion of the substrate 30 of the left side frame portion 13 so as to protrude forward from the lower end of the decorative cover 19, and the substrate facing surface 42 is the same as described above. The five pin blocks 43 are mounted in a row. Each pin block 43 is provided with four spring pins 43a having the same conductivity as described above, and each spring pin 43a is connected to a conductive line of the substrate 30 and functions as a terminal of the conductive line.

As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 8, and 16 to 19, on the front surface of the upper end portion on the left end side of the dish unit attachment portion 15, a substrate attachment member 50 that accommodates the substrate 51 is provided with two screws 52. It is fixed. The transparent synthetic resin substrate mounting member 50 includes a case body 50a and a cover 50b. The substrate 51 is provided with LEDs 51a and conductive lines.

The upper end portions on the left end side of the substrate mounting member 50 and the substrate 51 protrude about 15 to 20 mm upward from the connecting portion 15 a of the dish unit mounting portion 15, and the protruding substrate portion is formed on the substrate facing surface 42 of the substrate 30. A substrate facing surface 52 facing from the front is formed, and a rectangular opening 50 c for exposing the substrate facing surface 52 is formed in the case body 50 a of the substrate mounting member 50.

Two pin holes 44 are formed on the substrate facing surface 42 of the substrate 30 of the left side frame portion 13 with a space therebetween, and the upper end portion on the left end side of the substrate mounting member 50 is fitted into the two pin holes 44. The two positioning pins 53 for positioning the left side frame portion 13 with respect to the dish unit mounting portion 15 are integrally formed so as to protrude rearward. On the board portion exposed forward from the rectangular opening 50c of the board mounting member 50, a connector 54 on the male side or female side of the connector for electrically connecting a plurality of conductive lines is mounted.

Five flat contact blocks 55 corresponding to the five pin blocks 43 are provided on the substrate facing surface 52 of the substrate 51 of the dish unit mounting portion 15, and each of the contact blocks 55 has four pin blocks 43. Four conductive contact pieces 55a that can contact the spring pin 43a are mounted. Each contact piece 55a is connected to the conductive line of the substrate 51 and functions as a terminal of the conductive line.

When the left side frame portion 13 is assembled to the dish unit mounting portion 15 from the rear, the substrate facing surface 42 of the substrate 30 of the left side frame portion 13 approaches the substrate facing surface 52 of the substrate 51 of the dish unit mounting portion 15 from the rear. is allowed, the two pin holes 44 are fitted with two positioning pins 53, when coupling the coupling portion 13 b to the connecting portion 15a, five pin block 43 approaches the five contact blocks 55, each spring pin The distal end portion of 43a is pressed against and electrically connected to the corresponding contact piece 55a.

As shown in FIG. 11, a substrate facing surface 45 protruding from the decorative cover 20 and facing forward is formed at the lower end portion of the substrate 40 of the right side frame portion 14. The pin blocks 56 are provided in a line, and each pin block 56 is provided with four spring pins 56a having the same conductivity as described above. Each spring pin 56a is connected to a conductive line of the substrate 40 and functions as a terminal of the conductive line.

As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 9, and 20 to 23, a substrate mounting member 60 that accommodates a substrate 61 is provided with two screws 71 at the upper end on the right end side of the dish unit mounting portion 15. It is movably attached in the left-right direction in parallel with the surface of. The transparent synthetic resin substrate mounting member 60 includes a case body 60a and a cover 60b. The upper right portion and the right portion of the substrate mounting member 60 and the substrate 61 protrude upward from the connecting portion 15c of the dish unit mounting portion 15, and the protruding substrate portion has a substrate facing surface 62 that faces the substrate facing surface 45. A rectangular opening 63 is formed in the substrate mounting member 60 so as to expose the substrate facing surface 62 .

The substrate facing surface 62 is provided with two flat contact blocks 64 corresponding to the two pin blocks 56 on the lower end side of the substrate 40, and each contact block 64 has a pin block 56 of the substrate facing surface 45. Four conductive contact pieces 64a that can contact the four spring pins 56a are formed. Each contact piece 64 a functions as a terminal of the conductive line of the substrate 61. A rectangular opening 65 is formed in the front surface of the board mounting member 60, and a male or female connector 66 of a connector that contacts a plurality of conductive lines is attached to the board portion exposed from the opening 65. The plurality of terminals of the tool 66 are connected to the plurality of conductive lines of the substrate 61.

Here, since the reinforcing frame member 11 made of a steel plate is provided on the back side of the decorative part mounting frame 10, the positional relationship between the left side frame part 13 and the right side frame part 14 with respect to the dish unit mounting part 15 depends on the reinforcing frame. It is restrained by the member 11. Therefore, since the amount of the synthetic resin material constituting the dish unit mounting part 15 is large, the amount of thermal shrinkage in the left-right direction when the dish unit mounting part 15 is injection-molded tends to increase, and the production including the heat shrinkage is likely to occur. If the error becomes large, when the decorative part mounting frame 10 is assembled, the eight spring pins 56a may be displaced from the eight contact pieces 64a and cannot be electrically connected.

Therefore, when the right side frame portion 14 is assembled to the dish unit mounting portion 15, the tip ends of the eight spring pins 56 a of the two pin blocks 56 come into contact with the eight contact pieces 64 a of the two contact blocks 64, respectively. Thus, a positioning mechanism 70 capable of positioning by moving the substrate mounting member 60 is provided.

The positioning mechanism 70 includes two screw holes 72 formed in the board mounting member 60, two screws 71 that are inserted through the screw holes 72 to mount the board mounting member 60 to the dish unit mounting portion 15, and the board mounting member. The two positioning pins 73 formed on the substrate 60 and the two positioning pin holes 74 formed on the substrate facing surface 45 of the substrate 40 are configured.

Two screw holes 72, which are elongated holes in the left-right direction, are formed in the vicinity of the left end and the lower end of the upper end side of the board mounting member 60, and two screws 71 inserted from the front into these screw holes 72 respectively are countersunk. The board mounting member 60 is screwed into the screw hole of the unit mounting portion 15 and is mounted so as to be movable about 2 to 3 mm in the left-right direction parallel to the surface of the board 61.

Two positioning pins 73 facing in the front-rear direction are integrally formed on the upper end portion of the board mounting member 60 so as to protrude rearward, and the connecting portion 14 c of the right side frame portion 14 is connected to the connecting portion 15 c of the dish unit mounting portion 15. When the board mounting member 60 is assembled from the rear side, the board mounting member 60 moves slightly in the left-right direction through the screw holes 72, the two positioning pins 73 are fitted into the two pin holes 74, and the two pin blocks 56 are The tip ends of the eight spring pins 56a are pressed against the eight contact pieces 64a of the two contact blocks 64, respectively.

Next, the operation and effect of the gaming machine 1 described above will be described.
In order to configure the decorative part attachment member 10 attached to the opening / closing body 4 by combining the upper side frame part 12, the left side frame part 13, the right side frame part 14, and the dish unit attachment part 15, which are a plurality of frame division bodies. Although a plurality of sets of molding dies are required, since the plurality of frame division bodies can be molded with a mold having a small size and a simple structure, the production cost of the decorative component mounting member 10 is greatly reduced. can do.

In addition, a pin block 56 is provided on the substrate facing surface 45 of the substrate 40 of the right side frame portion 14 at the connecting portion of the right side frame portion 14 and the dish unit mounting portion 15, and a plurality of conductive springs projecting forward to the pin block 56. A pin 56 a is provided, a substrate mounting member 60 is provided in the dish unit mounting portion 15, and a substrate facing surface 62 facing the substrate facing surface 45 is formed on the substrate 61 mounted on the substrate mounting member 60. The contact block 64 is provided, and the contact block 64 is provided with a plurality of conductive contact pieces 64a to which the tip ends of the plurality of spring pins 56a of the pin block 56 are pressed, and the connecting portion 14c of the right side frame portion 14 is a dish. When abutting and connecting to the connecting portion 15c of the unit mounting portion 15 from behind, the tip portions of the plurality of spring pins 56a are pressed against the plurality of contact pieces 64a. Accordingly, the plurality of spring pins 56a and the plurality of connection pieces 64a are conductively connected in parallel with the connection between the connection portions 14c and 15c, so that a plurality of the substrates 40 are connected. The conductive lines can be electrically connected to the plurality of conductive lines on the substrate 61. Thus, a conductive connection can be achieved by a simple coupling operation.

Compared with the case where the plurality of conductive lines of the substrate 40 are connected to the plurality of conductive lines of the substrate 61 via a normal connector, the connector and the conductive lines connected thereto can be omitted, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. Since the space for accommodating the connector and the conductive wire can be omitted, there is no restriction on the design of the decorative component mounting member 10.

In addition, the substrate mounting member 60 is mounted on the pan unit mounting portion 15 through a pair of screw holes 72 made of elongated holes so as to be movable in the left-right direction parallel to the surface of the substrate 61. When the frame portion 14 is assembled, the substrate mounting member 60 can be moved and positioned so that the tips of the plurality of spring pins 56a on the substrate facing surface 45 abut on the contact pieces 64a on the substrate facing surface 62, respectively. Since the positioning mechanism 70 is provided, even if a slight misalignment occurs in the relative positional relationship between the dish unit mounting part 15 and the right side frame part 14 due to manufacturing errors of the dish unit mounting part 15 and the right side frame 14, a plurality of positions The tip of the spring pin 56a can be reliably brought into contact with the plurality of contact pieces 64a.

Similarly to the above, when connecting the connecting portion 13b of the left side frame portion 13 to the connecting portion 15a of the tray unit mounting portion 15, a plurality of spring pins 43a of the substrate 30 are attached to the tray unit in parallel with the connecting operation. The plurality of contact pieces 55a of the substrate 51 in the substrate mounting member 50 of the portion 15 can be conductively connected. Further, when connecting the connecting portion 13a of the left-side frame portion 13 to the connecting portion 12a of the upper surface frame portion 12, a plurality of conductive lines on the substrate of the upper surface frame portion 12 is also performed in parallel with the connecting operation. Can be conductively contacted with a plurality of conductive lines of the substrate 30 of the left side frame portion 13.
