Description
The present invention
Divided into multiple split center console boxes in the longitudinal direction,
The present invention relates to a center console box in which the divided end portions of the adjacent divided center console boxes are connected to each other.
Patent Document 1 discloses a waterproof structure for an electrical component in a center console box of a vehicle such as a heavy machine in which a driver's seat is easily exposed to wind and rain. In this technique, the electrical components are arranged away from the floor surface, and are devised so that the electrical components are not immersed in the accumulated water for a long time. However, the electrical components in the center console box for automobiles have not been conventionally waterproofed because they are not exposed to wind and rain unlike electrical components for heavy machinery.
The center console box passes between the driver seat and the passenger seat from near the center of the instrument panel in the vehicle compartment, and extends on the vehicle floor to the vehicle rear side. In such a center console box that is long in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, if the whole is constituted by one part, the molding die is expensive, and the work for assembling to the vehicle becomes difficult. Therefore, the center console box is divided into a plurality of divided center console boxes in the longitudinal direction, and the divided end portions of the adjacent divided center console boxes are connected to each other.
Electrical components such as an idling stop controller and an air bag controller are often arranged in the center console box. In addition, the center console box is often provided with a storage portion for a beverage container such as a cup holder, and beverages may spill over the center console box when the beverage container is taken in or out, or due to vibration during travel. Cheap.
And when a drink spills on a center console box, there exists a possibility that a drink may infiltrate into a center console box from between the division | segmentation edge parts of a some division | segmentation center console box, and may wet an electrical component. Such a situation causes a failure for the electrical component.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a center console box that can reliably prevent the electrical components in the center console box from getting wet and can prevent malfunction of the electrical components.
As described above, the

Further, the height dimension of the
According to the above configuration, the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
Further, a
