Description
Claims (12)
- 主電極と、前記主電極から離間し、それに対して略平行に延びる対向電極(5)との間に、電界を印加することで繊維を電気紡糸し、微細繊維を製造するための方法であって、
前記主電極の少なくとも動作面が、高分子溶液(3)で被覆され、十分な大きさの電界が、前記主電極と対向電極との間に生成され、前記電極の間の間隙部に微細繊維(9)を形成させ、
高分子溶液で被覆される主電極の動作面が、トラフ(2)又はトレイ、又は他の一以上の支持部材(12、18、22)の底部上に支持された多数の動作可能なように半浸漬される遊動(未固定)要素(1、11、17、21)の表面の適切な部分からなり、
遊動要素の露出面に高分子溶液を塗布するために、それらを高分子溶液内で回転させ、それらの表面を高分子溶液の薄い層で被覆することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記要素が、少なくとも一方向から見たとき円形であり、球体、円筒、楕円形状から選択される請求項1に記載の微細繊維の製造方法。
- 遊動要素の露出面に高分子溶液を塗布する目的で、高分子溶液内でそれらを回転させるために含まれる機能が、その中でトレイ、トラフ又は他の支持部材を傾斜させ、それらを高分子溶液内で回転させるための手段(7、8)を含んでいる請求項1又は2のいずれか一方に記載の微細繊維の製造方法。
- 遊動要素の露出面に高分子溶液を塗布する目的で、高分子溶液内でそれらを回転させるために含まれる機能が、ロッド(18)又はフレームを含んでいる請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の微細繊維の製造方法。
- 遊動要素の露出面に高分子溶液を塗布する目的で、高分子溶液内でそれらを回転させるために含まれる機能が、前記高分子溶液に半浸漬される要素を回転させるように移動可能な、前記要素の下の幅広の無端ベルト(22)を含んでいる請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の微細繊維の製造方法。
- 遊動要素の露出面に高分子溶液を塗布する目的で、高分子溶液内でそれらを回転させるために含まれる機能が、鉄鋼要素又は他の磁性材料からなる要素の場合、磁界の変化の影響下で前記要素を回転させるように調整した磁界生成手段を含んでいる請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の微細繊維の製造方法。
- 前記要素が、1〜300mmの範囲内のサイズを備えている請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の微細繊維の製造方法。
- 前記要素が、3〜30mmの範囲内のサイズを備えている請求項7に記載の微細繊維の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法による微細繊維の製造装置であって、
主電極が、対向電極に対して間隙を介して配置され、それに対して略平行であり、
使用中、高分子溶液で被覆される主電極の動作面が、トラフ又はトレイ又は他の一つ以上の支持部材の底部上に支持された多数の動作可能なように半浸漬される遊動(未固定)要素の表面の適切な部分からなり、それらを高分子溶液内で回転させ、それらの表面を高分子溶液の薄い層で被覆することによって、遊動要素の露出面に高分子溶液を塗布するための機能が含まれていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記要素が、少なくとも一方向から見たとき円形であり、球体、円筒及び楕円形状から選択される請求項9に記載の装置。
- 遊動要素の露出面に高分子溶液を塗布する目的で、それらを高分子溶液内で回転させるために含まれる機能が、その中でトレイ、トラフ又は他の支持部材を傾斜させ、それらを高分子溶液内で回転させるための手段を含んでいる請求項9又は10のいずれか一方に記載の装置。
- 遊動要素の露出面に高分子溶液を塗布する目的で、それらを高分子溶液内で回転させるために含まれる機能が、ロッド、フレーム、又は前記要素の下の幅広の無端ベルトを含み、いずれの場合も、高分子溶液に半浸漬される要素を回転させるように移動可能にされた請求項9又は10のいずれか一方に記載の装置。
