Description

The present invention relates to a spray can simple treatment apparatus for safely removing residual contents (liquid matter, gas) of used spray cans (aerosol cans) such as insecticides, deodorants, and cosmetics.

Used spray cans (aerosol cans) for insecticides, deodorants, cosmetics, etc. are discarded when they are used, but some of them are discarded with some gas or liquid remaining inside, and incinerated as they are Or compression treatment may cause explosion or rupture. Therefore, conventionally, the cans are physically punched one by one to release the residual gas (flammable gas such as LPG) in the can to the atmosphere, and the residual liquid (ethanol etc.) is appropriately treated. is the current situation. However, in general, the work of drilling holes in used spray cans is complicated, and the work environment is not only bad due to the scattering of liquids and gases, but also health problems, as well as accidents such as ignition and explosions. Could occur.

Therefore, conventionally, various devices for automatically making a hole in a used spray can have been proposed (Patent Documents 1 to 3). Among these, the ones described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 are systems in which the spray can is laid sideways and punched with a perforating pin from the top, and the one described in Patent Document 3 is lower than the spray can that is laid sideways. This is a method of drilling with a drill pin.

実開平6−66997号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-66997 特開平8−133357号公報JP-A-8-133357 特開2009−274175号公報JP 2009-274175 A

However, among the conventional spray can drilling devices described above, the one that lays the spray can on its side and punches it with a punch pin from the top, the residual gas or residual liquid material blows upward at the time of drilling, and the surrounding environment deteriorates. There is a problem that the risk of ignition / explosion of scattered gas cannot be avoided. On the other hand, in the case of a method that pierces with a piercing pin from the bottom to a spray can that has been laid down, residual gas and residual liquid in the can are ejected downward at the same time as piercing, and the ejected liquid is recovered below the spray can Although it is possible, there is a problem that deterioration of the surrounding environment due to scattering of the ejected gas cannot be avoided because there is no means for collecting the ejected gas without scattering it around.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and prevents the scattering of residual gas and residual liquid material during drilling, can significantly improve the working environment, and is free from the risk of gas ignition and explosion.

It is attached and has a can presser member 8-2a at the tip of the piston rod.

The hermetically sealed liquid / gas receiving part 3 for receiving the residual liquid substance and the residual gas has a cylindrical part 3-1 having a gas outlet 3-1a on the side surface and a box part having a liquid outlet 3-2a on the lower side. 3-2 and the base plate 1-2 of the machine base 1 so that the cylindrical part 3-1 surrounds the lower cylindrical body 7-1b of the support outer cylinder 7-1 of the spray can piercing mechanism part 2. It is fixed airtight. A gas suction pipe 3-1 b is connected to the gas outlet 3-1 a, and the gas in the liquid material / gas receiving unit 3 is sucked and discharged to the atmosphere by the suction / exhaust device 5 including a suction fan or the like. . A liquid material recovery container 4 is disposed below the liquid material discharge port 3-2a of the liquid material / gas receiving portion 3.

The perforating fluid pressure cylinder 8-2 and the suction / exhaust device 5 are configured to be ON / OFF controlled by button operation.
