Description
The present invention relates to a construction machine.
Conventionally, a power shovel device having a swinging body that is supported on a traveling body so as to be pivotable about a vertical axis and that is swung by driving a swinging motor, and that has a swingable boom attached to the front of the swiveling body is attached. There is a known construction machine (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this construction machine, a large number of batteries constituting the power storage means are stored side by side in a battery storage section formed in a bottomed rectangular frame. And this battery storage part is comprised so that extraction / insertion is possible with respect to a turning body.
However, in the above publication, since the rigidity of the battery storage unit is not taken into consideration, there is a possibility that the battery storage unit may be crushed and the battery may be damaged, particularly when the revolving body is swung, for example, hits something and receives an impact. Yes, if the battery is damaged in this way, the construction machine cannot be operated.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and even if an impact acts in the turning direction when the turning body turns, the container containing the cells constituting the power storage means is not crushed. An object of the present invention is to provide a construction machine that can sufficiently protect a cell.
A construction machine according to the present invention includes an engine, a power generation unit that generates power by driving the engine, a power storage unit that stores power generated by the power generation unit, and an electric drive unit that is driven by power from the power storage unit. in the construction machine, the power storage unit is installed in a revolving body to pivot by driving the electric driving means, said storage means are facing each other multiple cell area is larger surfaces as the facing surface, and, from the opposite surface The sub-module is mounted with a small area facing downward, and a plurality of sub-modules are juxtaposed in one direction, and these juxtaposed sub-modules are connected via a pedestal and an anti-vibration rubber. It is characterized by being arranged in an outer frame arranged on the bottom frame of the revolving structure and fixed to the outer frame.
According to the present invention as described above, the power storage means includes a plurality of cells that are mounted so that a surface having a large area faces each other with a surface having a large area facing each other, and a surface having a smaller area than the facing surface is directed downward. Provide modules. Submodule, a plurality are arranged in one direction, so that these juxtaposed said submodule being reinforced, the pedestal and the outer frame disposed on the bottom frame of the swivel member via a rubber vibration isolator And placed on a lower outer frame which is a part of the outer frame and is covered with an upper outer frame which is a part of the outer frame and is fixed to the outer frame. Therefore, the cells accommodated in the submodule can be sufficiently protected.
Here, if the submodules are arranged in a line along the front-rear direction of the traveling mechanism in which the swivel body is turnably mounted, the cells accommodated in the submodule are sufficiently obtained while achieving the most compact size. Can be protected.
Moreover, if the outer frame has openings at locations corresponding to a plurality of cells, and ribs extending in the vertical direction are provided between adjacent openings, the ribs increase rigidity. Further, the cells accommodated in the submodule can be more sufficiently protected, and the air can be distributed through the openings, so that the cells can be efficiently cooled.
Further, when a reinforcing member for reinforcing the rib is provided outside the rib, the rigidity is further enhanced by the reinforcing member, so that the cells accommodated in the submodule can be more sufficiently protected.
In addition, when a fan for flowing cooling air is provided facing the opening, the cooling air flows through the opening by the fan, so that the cell can be efficiently cooled.
Thus, according to this invention, the construction machine which can fully protect the cell accommodated in the submodule can be provided.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a construction machine according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an appearance of a construction machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. The construction machine of this embodiment is a so-called hybrid type construction machine, and shows a lifting magnet vehicle as an example.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
Further, the revolving body 4 includes a driver's
FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing an internal configuration of the construction machine shown in FIG. 1, such as an electrical system and a hydraulic system, and the configuration is referred to as a so-called parallel system. In FIG. 2, the mechanical power transmission system is indicated by a double line, the hydraulic system is indicated by a thick solid line, the steering system is indicated by a broken line, and the electrical system is indicated by a thin solid line. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the internal configuration of the power storage means 120 in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the
電動発電機12は、例えば、磁石がロータ内部に埋め込まれたIPM(Interior Permanent Magnetic)モータによって構成される。
The
A
The output terminal of the inverter circuit 18 </ b> A is connected to the electrical terminal of the
Returning to FIG. 2, the inverter circuit 18 </ b> A controls the operation of the
Further, the
Further, an
旋回用電動機21は、PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)制御信号によりインバータ回路20Aによって交流駆動される。
When the turning
The
In addition, since the
An
When an operation for turning the
The
トランジスタ100B,100Cは、例えばIGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)によって構成され、互いに直列に接続されている。
Here, the buck-
Specifically, the collector of the
Note that a
In the buck-
Next, the swivel body 4 will be described. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the
A driver's
The power storage means 120,
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the
As shown in FIG. 5,
An
The
Further, as described above, since the
Further, in the

The central portion C is provided with a so-called A

As shown in FIG. 9, the
As shown in FIG. 9, the upper
A plurality of submodules 51 (four in this case) are arranged side by side along the front-rear direction (vertical direction in FIG. 5) of the traveling
The
As shown schematically in FIG. 6, the
The bottom
The side
According to the
In addition, since the
Further, since the
The

The reinforcing
According to the second embodiment, since the rigidity is further enhanced by the reinforcing
