Description
フグ未受精卵へ放射線を照射して遺伝的に不活性化させ、かつ精子由来の染色体のみで胚形成させるための至適照射量を確認するための試験を行った。中部飼料株式会社大井川試験場にて養成したトラフグ雌親魚および雄親魚を無作為に選び出し、採卵および採精を行った。トラフグ未受精卵にガンマ線を照射後、すばやく雄親魚より採取した精子を授精させた後、500mlビーカーにおよそ100粒ずつ収容した。放射線は、照射時間を一定にしながらガンマ線源からの距離を調整して、放射線量を種々変更させた。

Claims (5)
- フグの未受精卵に50〜800Gyの放射線を照射することにより卵を遺伝的に不活性化する放射線照射工程と、
前記遺伝的に不活性化した未受精卵に正常な雄フグの精子を授精させる授精工程と、
前記授精工程によって得られた授精卵にヒートショックを与え、第二卵割を阻止させて染色体を倍数化するヒートショック工程と、
を有する、性染色体がYYからなる超雄フグの生産方法。 - 前記フグが、フグ目に属するフグであって、精巣を食用可能なフグである、請求項1に記載の超雄フグの生産方法。
- 前記フグが、トラフグまたはマフグである、請求項2に記載の超雄フグの生産方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の生産方法によって生産された超雄フグと正常な雌フグとを交配して雄フグのみを生産する、雄フグの生産方法。
- フグの未受精卵に100〜800Gyの範囲で放射線を照射し、フグ未受精卵を遺伝的に不活性化する、フグ未受精卵の不活性化方法。
