Description
The present invention relates to a washing water tank apparatus and a flush toilet equipped with the same, and more particularly to a washing water tank apparatus for storing washing water for washing a toilet body and a flush toilet equipped with the same.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a washing water tank device that stores washing water for washing a toilet bowl, a device that detects a predetermined water level such as a full water level of a washing water tank with an electric signal of a float switch is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). ). Such a float switch is turned on when, for example, the stop water level (full water level) of the wash water in the wash water tank is detected, and turned off when the wash water supply is stopped and the water level drops below the stop water level. Thus, the cleaning water is supplied into the cleaning water tank.
In addition, in the conventional washing water tank apparatus described above, even when not in use, the float switch is always operated as a countermeasure against water leakage due to water stoppage failure of the drain valve, etc., and in the state where the water level is lowered due to water leakage, the float switch is When the wash water is supplied to the wash water tank and then the water level reaches the full water level, the float switch is turned on and the operation of stopping the wash water supply is repeated. Users who have seen the problem are now informed of the abnormality.
However, in the conventional washing water tank apparatus described above, for example, as a result of taking measures against water leakage due to poor water stoppage of the drain valve, etc., the float switch is in a state where the water level is lowered due to water leakage until the user notices an abnormality in water leakage. Is turned off. Then, when the cleaning water is supplied into the cleaning water tank and reaches the full water level again, the float switch is turned on, and the water supply or stop operation of stopping the supply of the cleaning water is automatically repeated. As a result, the cleaning water leaks indefinitely from the cleaning water tank, and if it takes time for the user to notice abnormally, there is a problem that the cleaning water leaks in a large amount.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems of the prior art, and even when the cleaning water leaks from the cleaning water tank when the cleaning of the toilet is started, the toilet is In addition to ensuring the minimum amount of cleaning water in the cleaning water tank required for cleaning, it is possible for the user to easily recognize that there is an abnormal condition and to allow the cleaning water in the cleaning water tank to leak indefinitely. It is an object of the present invention to provide a flush water tank apparatus and a flush toilet equipped with the flush water tank apparatus.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a washing water tank device for storing washing water for washing a toilet bowl, wherein the washing water tank has a drain outlet formed on the bottom surface, and the washing water tank has washing water. Water supply means for supplying water, a drain valve for opening and closing the drain port of the washing water tank, a drain valve driving means for raising the drain valve and supplying washing water from the drain port to the toilet, and in the washing water tank A water level detecting means that is provided above and detects the water stop level of the wash water in the wash water tank, and controls the operation of the drain valve driving means so as to supply the toilet from the drain outlet based on a wash start signal. Control means, and the control means drives the drain valve when the water level detection means detects the stop water level of the wash water in the wash water tank after receiving the washing start signal. By driving the means, A normal washing mode in which the valve is raised to open the drainage outlet and the flushing water is supplied to the toilet bowl to perform flushing of the toilet bowl, and the water level detection means in the flush water tank after receiving the washing start signal. If the stop water level of the wash water is not detected, the toilet is washed after controlling the water supply means to supply the wash water to the wash water tank without operating the drain valve driving means. And an abnormal cleaning mode to be executed.
In the present invention configured as described above, in the state where the toilet is not cleaned before the control means receives the cleaning start signal, for example, the cleaning water tank is caused by a water stoppage failure of the drain outlet by the drain valve, etc. Even if there is an abnormality due to leakage of wash water from the toilet to the toilet, the water level detection means, drain valve drive means and water supply means do not operate, only the finite amount of wash water stored in advance in the wash water tank Will be leaked. Therefore, the leakage of the cleaning water in the cleaning water tank can be limited to a finite amount of cleaning water stored in advance in the cleaning water tank, and the leakage can be minimized. Further, even if such an abnormality due to water leakage occurs and the control means receives a washing start signal in a state where the water level in the washing water tank before toilet flushing is lower than the water stop water level, the water level detection means Since the stop water level of the wash water in the wash water tank is not detected, the abnormal wash mode different from the normal wash mode is executed, and the wash water is supplied to the wash water tank without operating the drain valve drive means. Control means. As a result, the toilet bowl can be reliably washed after securing the minimum amount of washing water in the washing water tank required for washing the toilet bowl. In addition, when the control means receives the washing start signal and the water level detection means does not detect the stop water level of the washing water in the washing water tank, the drain valve driving means is activated in general toilet flushing. Instead of the drain opening being opened and the toilet bowl being cleaned, the user is in an abnormal state where the drain valve drive means does not operate and water is supplied by the water supply means by executing the abnormal cleaning mode. Can be easily recognized. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cleaning water in the cleaning water tank from leaking indefinitely.
In the present invention, preferably, the abnormal cleaning mode of the control means is the above when the water level detecting means does not detect the water stop level of the cleaning water in the cleaning water tank after receiving the cleaning start signal. After supplying the water supply means for a predetermined time without operating the drain valve driving means, the water supply means is stopped and the toilet is washed.
In the present invention configured as described above, even if the control means receives the cleaning start signal, if the water level detecting means does not detect the water stop level of the cleaning water in the cleaning water tank, the abnormal cleaning mode is set. In order to stop the water supply means after operating the water supply means without operating the drain valve driving means and supplying water for a predetermined time, the cleaning of the flush water tank is started. Even if water leakage has occurred, it is possible to ensure the minimum amount of water in the water tank required for cleaning the toilet bowl, and to stop after the water supply has been performed for a predetermined time in the abnormal cleaning mode. Thus, it is possible to prevent the cleaning water in the cleaning water tank from leaking without limit.
In the present invention, preferably, the water level detection means is a float switch.
In the present invention configured as described above, since the water level detecting means is a float switch, it is possible to detect the water stop level in the cleaning water tank at low cost, and the cleaning water in the cleaning water tank leaks. Even when it is, it is possible to prevent the water from leaking without limitation.
Moreover, this invention is the flush toilet provided with the washing water tank apparatus.
In the present invention configured as described above, even when the cleaning water leaks from the cleaning water tank when the toilet bowl cleaning is started, the amount of cleaning water in the cleaning water tank required for cleaning the toilet bowl is minimized. It is possible to provide a flush toilet that can ensure the limit and prevent the washing water in the washing water tank from leaking indefinitely.
According to the flush water tank apparatus of the present invention and the flush toilet equipped with the flush toilet bowl, even when a wash water leak occurs in the flush water tank when washing the toilet bowl is started, In addition to ensuring the minimum amount of cleaning water in the cleaning water tank required for the operation, the user can easily recognize that there is an abnormal condition, and the cleaning water in the cleaning water tank will leak indefinitely. Can be prevented.

Next, the operation (action) according to the embodiment of the present invention described above will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing a flow of a series of cleaning operations according to an embodiment of the present invention. Here, in FIG. 7, S represents each step.
First, in S1, the the
Before the
Next, in S2, when the
That is, in the normal cleaning mode, in S3, the
On the other hand, if it is determined in S2 that the
That is, in the abnormal cleaning mode, in S5, the
Further, in the abnormal cleaning mode in S5, the
By the way, in normal toilet flushing, it takes about 6 seconds from when the
In addition, in this embodiment mentioned above, although the
Further, when the amount of water leakage from the
On the other hand, when there is a relatively large amount of water leaking from the
Furthermore, in the abnormal cleaning mode in S5, even if the water level of the cleaning
Further, in S6, in the state immediately after the water supply by the

Further, according to the flushing
