Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a toilet device, and more particularly, to a toilet device that is electrically driven by supplied power.
In recent years, toilet devices in which toilet cleaning, local cleaning, toilet seat heating, toilet lid / toilet seat opening / closing and the like are electrically driven by a single control unit have become widespread. In the case of such a toilet device, if the power supply is stopped due to a power failure, the toilet body cannot be used. For example, it is necessary to provide a backup power source as shown in
The toilet device disclosed in
This toilet device preferentially drives traps when the toilet seat / toilet lid opening / closing drive operation switch is operated in the cleaning operation after the cleaning switch is operated and the rear end of the trap part is not facing upward. The toilet seat / toilet lid is opened and closed after that, while the toilet seat / toilet lid opening / closing drive means opens / closes the toilet seat / toilet lid when the trap end is facing upward. Is supposed to do. For this reason, according to this toilet device, even if a power failure occurs during the washing operation, the trap driving means and the toilet seat / toilet lid opening / closing driving means are not driven simultaneously, so that the current capacity is large as a backup power source. Things are no longer needed.
The toilet device of
Generally, when a backup power supply is provided to cope with a power failure, toilet control, local cleaning, toilet seat heating, toilet lid / toilet seat opening / closing, etc. are driven by a single control unit. A backup power supply is required. If the capacity of the backup power supply is increased, the cost is increased, which is not preferable.
In addition, when filth is discharged by washing operation of stored water without using a backup power source, the user needs to draw water into the bucket and pour the washing water into the bowl part of the toilet. Such a method also takes time and burden on the user, and is not particularly preferable for the elderly or sick.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a toilet device capable of performing toilet cleaning with a small-capacity emergency power source in the event of a power failure.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a toilet device that is electrically driven by a supplied power, and receives a filth, a bowl connected to the bowl, discharges the filth, and accumulates in the bowl. A local cleaning device comprising a drain trap section for forming water, a cleaning water supply means connected to a water supply source to supply cleaning water to the bowl section, and a nozzle section which advances into the bowl section and ejects cleaning water in a predetermined direction And a controller that electrically drives the cleaning water supply means and the local cleaning device, the control unit including a normal operation mode in which the cleaning water supply means and the local cleaning device are electrically driven by a normal power source, and a power failure. A control unit for setting an abnormal operation mode in which only the cleaning water supply means is sometimes electrically driven by an emergency power supply, and a mode switching means for switching from the normal operation mode to the abnormal operation mode in the event of a power failure It is characterized by a door.
In the present invention configured as described above, the control unit electrically operates the cleaning water supply means and the local cleaning device electrically with the normal power source, and only the cleaning water supply means with the emergency power source during a power failure. Even if it is a toilet device equipped with a local cleaning device, the abnormal operation mode to be driven automatically is set and the mode switching means switches from the normal operation mode to the abnormal operation mode in which only the washing water supply means is driven at the time of power failure. In the event of a power failure, in order to achieve a toilet cleaning operation that has a higher functional priority than the local cleaning operation, etc., only the bowl portion is cleaned by the cleaning water supply means to minimize power consumption during the power failure. It can be an amount. As a result, according to the present invention, at the time of a power failure, since the minimum power for performing only the bowl cleaning is sufficient, the capacity of the emergency power supply can be reduced.
In the present invention, the mode switching means is preferably a manual switch that is switched by a user.
In the present invention configured as described above, the user switches from the normal operation mode to the abnormal operation mode in which only the cleaning water supply means is electrically driven by the emergency power supply by the manual switch according to the situation at the time of the power failure. Since it can be switched, the toilet can be used with confidence.
The present invention preferably further includes a power plug for supplying power from the emergency power source when the mode switching means switches to the abnormal operation mode.
In this invention comprised in this way, since the power plug which supplies electric power from an emergency power supply at the time of a power failure was provided, commercially available emergency power supplies, such as a storage battery, can be used. In addition, an emergency power supply can be prepared in the event of a power failure.
According to the toilet device of the present invention, toilet cleaning can be performed by a small-capacity emergency power source during a power failure.
Next, a toilet device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, the structure of the toilet device according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Here, FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view showing the toilet device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an overall configuration diagram showing the toilet body of the toilet device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a nozzle unit of the local cleaning device for a toilet device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing the toilet device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, a
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The jet
The
A
The
Next, the
The
The
The
The pressurizing
On the other hand, the outlet of the pressurizing
The
Next, the
The
Next, the overall configuration of the toilet apparatus according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The cleaning
Here, as shown by the block B in FIG. 4, the cleaning water is supplied from the
The
The
Here, the control means 62 includes a cleaning water supply means 60 for supplying cleaning water to the
The limited operation control means 64 is for operating only the cleaning water supply means 60 for supplying the cleaning water to the
Switching from the normal operation mode to the abnormal operation mode at the time of a power failure is performed automatically by the limited operation control means 64, that is, without requiring the user's judgment.
The power storage means 68 is, for example, a storage battery, and can temporarily store the power supplied from the
Next, with reference to FIG. 5, operation | movement of the toilet device by 1st Embodiment of this invention mentioned above is demonstrated. FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the control contents of the toilet device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Here, S indicates each step.
First, in S1, it is determined whether or not the power supply voltage of the
Next, in the case of YES in S2, the process proceeds to S4, where a power failure is detected by the power information means 70, and further proceeds to S5, where the power failure is detected by the power monitoring means 66. Next, it progresses to S6 and the limited operation control means 64 is operated. Specifically, the abnormal operation mode described above is executed. In this abnormal operation mode, as described above, only the cleaning water supply means 60 that supplies the cleaning water to the
Even if the user operates various operations, that is, the start switch of the
Next, in S9, when the user recognizes that there is a power failure and operates the cleaning start
As described above, in the toilet device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the
Next, a toilet device according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 is a block diagram showing a toilet device according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Since the basic configuration of the toilet device according to the second embodiment is the same as that of the toilet device according to the first embodiment described above, only different parts will be described below.
A
In this second embodiment, by providing the
In addition, when the user recognizes that a power failure has occurred, the user can switch from the normal operation mode to the abnormal operation mode by the
Next, a toilet apparatus according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing a toilet device according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Since the basic configuration of the toilet device according to the third embodiment is the same as that of the toilet device according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment described above, only different parts will be described below.
A
