Claims (12)
- 空気の通過用のオリフィスの閉鎖位置と該オリフィスの開放位置との間で、シャフトを中心にして枢動するように取付けられるように構成されたゲートと、ゲートの周辺縁の少なくとも一部に沿って延在するシールと、シールをゲートの周辺縁に装着するための手段とを備え、シール装着手段が、ゲートの周辺縁の少なくとも一部に沿って延在しかつ実質的にS字形の断面を有する板を備え、前記板が、ゲートの周辺縁に平行に延在する中間壁を備え、前記中間壁の第1の端部が、ゲートの周辺縁に沿って延在しかつゲートおよび中間壁に対して垂直なリムの第1の端部に接続され、前記リムが、リムの第1の端部とは反対側でかつゲートに接続される第2の端部を有し、前記中間壁が、さらに、中間壁の第1の端部とは反対側の第2の端部を介して、ゲートの周辺縁の周囲にかつゲートと向かい合う方向に延在する傾斜壁に接続され、前記シールが、中間壁とゲートの周辺縁との間で固締され、かつゲートの周辺縁の周囲に延在する部分を有し、ゲートおよびシール装着手段が、プラスチックから構成され、単一部材から形成されるか、または互いに溶接または接合される、ターボ機械の安全弁。
- ゲートおよび/または装着手段が、ガラスファイバなどのファイバによって補強される熱可塑性材料から構成される、請求項1に記載の安全弁。
- ゲートおよび/または装着手段が、射出成形によって構成される、請求項1に記載の安全弁。
- シールが、ゲートの上にオーバモールドされる、請求項1に記載の安全弁。
- シールが、装着板の取付ポストによって横断されるオリフィスを備え、これらの取付ポストが、ゲートに接合または溶接される自由端部によってゲートに固定される、請求項1に記載の安全弁。
- 装着板が、シールの周辺縁に沿って延在し、ゲートに溶接または接合されるリムを備える、請求項5に記載の安全弁。
- ゲートおよび装着手段が、超音波溶接によって固定される、請求項1に記載の安全弁。
- ゲートと単一部材から形成され、枢軸を中心に置いて案内するための内側円筒表面を有する少なくとも1つの孔を備える少なくとも1つのラグを備える、請求項1に記載の安全弁。
- 請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの安全弁を備える、航空機のターボジェットまたはターボプロップなどのターボ機械。
- シールの材料が、板のオリフィスを通過しかつ板の一部を覆う、請求項4に記載の安全弁。
- シールの材料が、中間壁と板のリムとの間の接続領域を覆う、請求項10に記載の安全弁。
- 中間壁および板のリムが、シールの材料を通過させるオリフィスを備える、請求項10に記載の安全弁。
