Claims (12)
- 少なくとも一部が合成樹脂からなる副資材を金型内面に沿って配置し、該金型内で発泡樹脂材料を発泡させることによって副資材が一体となった発泡樹脂成形品を製造する発泡樹脂成形品の製造方法であって、
該金型内面は、少なくとも一部が湾曲した形状となっており、副資材の少なくとも一部をこの湾曲面に沿って延在するように配置する発泡樹脂成形品の製造方法において、
前記合成樹脂の曲げ強度及び曲げ弾性率が所定値以下となる温度以上の温度に加温した副資材を該金型内面に沿って配置することを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 請求項1において、前記副資材を構成する合成樹脂の曲げ強度及び曲げ弾性率が、該合成樹脂が0〜20℃にあるときよりも10〜85%低下する温度に加温した副資材を該金型内面に沿って配置することを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記副資材を構成する合成樹脂はナイロンであり、該副資材を30〜80℃に加温することを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、発泡樹脂成形品は車両用シートパッドであり、副資材は、該シートパッドの表面に表皮材を固定するためのファスナであることを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 成形用金型を有し、
少なくとも一部が合成樹脂からなる副資材が該金型内面に沿って配置され、該金型内で発泡樹脂材料が発泡されることにより、副資材が一体となった発泡樹脂成形品が製造される発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備であって、
該金型内面は、少なくとも一部が湾曲した形状となっており、副資材は、少なくとも一部がこの湾曲面に沿って延在するように配置される発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備において、 該製造設備は、副資材を、前記合成樹脂の曲げ強度及び曲げ弾性率が所定値以下となる温度以上の温度に加温する副資材加温装置を備えており、
該副資材加温装置によって該合成樹脂の曲げ強度及び曲げ弾性率が所定値以下となる温度以上の温度に加温された副資材が前記金型内面に沿って配置されることを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備。 - 請求項5において、前記副資材加温装置は、前記副資材を構成する合成樹脂の曲げ強度及び曲げ弾性率が、該合成樹脂が0〜20℃にあるときよりも10〜85%低下する温度に副資材を加温するように構成されていることを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備。
- 請求項5又は6において、前記副資材を構成する合成樹脂はナイロンであり、前記副資材加温装置は、該副資材を30〜80℃に加温するように構成されていることを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備。
- 請求項5ないし7のいずれか1項において、前記副資材加温装置は、前記金型近傍に配置されていることを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備。
- 請求項8において、前記副資材加温装置は、前記金型から2mの範囲内に配置されていることを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備。
- 請求項5ないし9のいずれか1項において、前記副資材加温装置は、
副資材を収容しており、且つ副資材取り出し口を有した容器と、
該副資材取り出し口を開閉可能に覆う蓋と、
該容器内の副資材を、前記合成樹脂の曲げ強度及び曲げ弾性率が所定値以下となる温度以上の温度に加温するためのヒータと
を備えていることを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備。 - 請求項10において、該製造設備は、
前記金型内面に離型剤を塗布する離型剤塗布工程を行うための離型剤塗布ゾーンと、
副資材を該金型内面に配置する副資材組み付け工程を行うための副資材組み付けゾーンと、
該金型内に発泡樹脂材料を供給し、型締めし、該発泡樹脂材料を発泡させる発泡成形工程を行うための発泡成形ゾーンと、
発泡した樹脂材料を固化させるキュア工程を行うためのキュアゾーンと、
発泡した樹脂材料が固化した後、型開きし、脱型する脱型工程を行うための脱型ゾーンと
に順次に前記金型を移動させる移動手段を有しており、
前記副資材加温装置は、該移動手段によって該金型と一体的に移動するように構成されており、
該副資材加温装置は、該副資材組み付けゾーンに移動したときに前記蓋が開き、その後、該発泡成形ゾーンに到達する前に該蓋が閉じるように構成されていることを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備。 - 請求項5ないし11のいずれか1項において、前記発泡樹脂成形品は車両用シートパッドであり、前記副資材は、該シートパッドの表面に表皮材を固定するためのファスナであることを特徴とする発泡樹脂成形品の製造設備。
