Claims (7)
- 呼吸運動記録のデータを得て評価する呼吸運動記録装置であって、吐き出し及び/又は吸入の呼吸ガス混合物のボリュームVxを測定するためのガスボリュームメーターと、呼吸ガス混合物の前記ボリュームの呼吸ガスの濃度gc(Vx)を測定するためのガス測定プローブと、得られた呼吸運動記録のデータで適切な数値演算を実行するコンピュータとを有し、前記数値演算は、ボリュームV2とV1との差としてガス交換に参加していない前記装置内の呼吸ガス混合物の装置デッド・スペースApDSを決定し、ここで、ボリュームV1は吸入の始めでのボリュームであり、ボリュームV2は、V1から始まるCO2濃度がV1での濃度の値の50%まで下がるときのボリューム、又は、gc(V2)=(gc(V4)+gc(V1))/2であるときのボリュームであり、ここで、V4は吸入の終わりでのボリュームである、呼吸運動記録装置。
- 患者の気道に挿入されるべき管と、前記管に接続された制御可能な呼吸ガス供給手段と、請求項1に記載の呼吸運動記録装置とを有する、患者ベンチレーション装置。
- 患者ベンチレーション装置によって供給される呼吸ガス混合物のボリュームが、予め定められた装置デッド・スペースApDSを考慮してセットされている、請求項2に記載の患者ベンチレーション装置。
- 呼気の呼吸ガス混合物のボリュームVxの複数の値に対するgc(Vx)を測定し、測定された濃度を評価することで気道デッド・スペースAwDS及び/又は肺胞デッド・スペースAlDSを決定する、請求項2に記載の患者ベンチレーション装置。
- VV=V1−(ApDS+AwDS)として、ベンチレーションされたボリュームVVを決定するステップを更に有し、VE=VV/V1としてベンチレーション効率VEを決定するステップを有する、請求項4に記載の患者ベンチレーション装置。
- 二酸化炭素及び酸素両方の濃度が測定され評価され、装置デッド・スペースApDS、気道デッド・スペースAwDS及び肺胞デッド・スペースAlDSのうちの少なくとも一つが、対応するオキシ呼吸曲線及びカプノスピログラム両方のために決定される、請求項2乃至5の何れか一項に記載の患者ベンチレーション装置。
- 前記呼吸運動記録のデータのV2端周りの呼気部分と吸気部分との間を最適に整合させることによって、前記呼吸運動記録のデータの前記呼気部分と前記吸気部分とを同期させる、請求項2乃至6の何れか一項に記載の患者ベンチレーション装置。
