Claims (15)
- 光学的エネルギーを伝達する眼球内レンズ(IOL)であって、制御される微細構造を備え、該微細構造は、前記IOLを張力下に保持し、且つ外部刺激に応じて制御される態様で張力を調整できる、眼球内レンズ(IOL)と、
前記IOLに連結されて、前記IOLを前記眼の内に配置する複数の触覚と、
を備え、
前記微細構造は、
第一のリングと、
実質的に前記第一のリングと同心の第二のリングと、
前記第一のリングと前記第二のリングとをつなぎ、外部刺激に応答して長さを変えて前記IOLの張力を調整する複数の要素と、を備え、
前記要素は、外部刺激に応答して破壊される、眼球インプラント。 - 前記要素は、外部刺激に応答して収縮する熱吸収部を備える、請求項1に記載の眼球インプラント。
- 前記IOLは生体本来の水晶体と置き換えられる、請求項1に記載の眼球インプラント。
- 前記IOLは、回折領域と、屈折領域と、を備える、請求項1に記載の眼球インプラント。
- 前記回折領域は、明光学条件において、光学エネルギーを近方、及び遠方の両焦点へ同時に伝達し、
前記屈折領域は、暗光学条件において、光学エネルギーを遠方像へ伝達する、
請求項4に記載の眼球インプラント。 - 前記IOLは、両凸の光学部を備える、請求項1に記載の眼球インプラント。
- 前記微細構造によって、前記IOLのパワーを変化させる張力を制御可能に調整できる、請求項1に記載の眼球インプラント。
- 前記微細構造は、前記IOLの円筒補正を変化させる張力を制御可能に調整できる、請求項1に記載の眼球インプラント。
- 明所視条件と薄明視条件の両条件において光学的エネルギーを伝達するマルチフォーカス眼球内レンズ(IOL)であって、
制御される微細構造であって、前記IOLを張力下に保持し、且つ外部刺激に応じて制御される態様で張力を調整できる制御される微細構造と、
中央回折領域と、
外側屈折領域と
を備えるマルチフォーカス眼球内レンズ(IOL)と、
前記IOLに連結され、前記IOLを前記眼の内に配置する複数の触覚と、
を備え、
前記制御される微細構造は、
第一のリングと、
実質的に前記第一のリングと同心の第二のリングと、
前記第一のリングと前記第二のリングとをつなぎ、外部刺激に応答して長さを変えて前記IOLの張力を調整する複数の要素と、
を備え、
