Description

The present invention relates to a connection fitting used for connecting members when a relatively simple structure such as a partition is assembled.

Members such as pillars and beams constituting the skeleton of a wooden building are extremely important for securing the strength of the building, and it is necessary to ensure sufficient rigidity for the connecting portion. For this reason, measures such as processing tenons and joints in the connecting part have been taken for a long time, but recently, various kinds of hardware have been added to shorten the work time at the site and to suppress cross-sectional defects in members. Often used. In this case, although it is necessary to process the groove | channel, hole, etc. for inserting a metal object into a member, the operation | work is normally performed in the precut factory. Therefore, it is excellent in accuracy, it is easy to ensure the rigidity of the connecting portion, and the work time at the site can be shortened.

The following patent document 1 etc. are mentioned as a technique relevant to this invention. This document discloses a metal fitting for joining the main member and the coupling member in a letter shape, and in order to prevent the metal fitting from being displaced due to aged deformation of wood, a projection for positioning is provided on the front surface. It is a feature.

The metal fitting shown by literature 1 is used for a very important location in ensuring the strength of a building. Therefore, as described above, the grooves and holes for attaching the metal fittings need to be processed with high precision in a precut factory. However, many buildings are not completed only with skeletons such as pillars and beams, and many relatively simple structures that do not correspond to the skeleton of the building, such as partitions that divide the room, are provided. Such a simple structure only needs to be able to cope with its own weight, human power, and the like, and the metal fitting as in Document 1 is not necessary when connecting the members. Moreover, the design of the partition may be suddenly changed at the request of the client, and it is often repaired after construction.

Thus, when connecting the frame of a partition, etc., the flexibility which respond | corresponds to a subsequent design change and removal is requested | required, ensuring required and sufficient intensity | strength. In addition, although the general construction method which only hits a nail has the softness | flexibility which can respond | correspond freely in the field, it is easy to produce a problem in intensity | strength or workability | operativity. Therefore, a dedicated metal fitting should be used. However, in consideration of handling and cost reduction, it is preferable that it can be used universally in any connecting portion such as a letter shape, a cross shape, or an L shape.

The present invention was developed on the basis of such circumstances, and is used to connect members to each other when assembling relatively simple structures such as partitions, which is excellent in workability and versatility and can contribute to cost reduction. The purpose is to provide hardware.

The invention according to claim 1 for solving the above-mentioned problem is a connecting metal fitting used for connecting two members, one material and the other material, having a mounting hole for driving a screw nail or the like, A center plate that is in surface contact, a side plate that protrudes at a right angle or a predetermined intersection from both side surfaces of the center plate, and a leg-shaped plate that extends outward from the tip of the side plate and is in surface contact with the other material. The leg-shaped plate is provided with two or more spaced apart with respect to one side plate, and each leg-shaped plate has a holding groove or a dharma hole for locking a fixing device driven into the other material. It is the connection metal fitting characterized by providing.

The connecting metal fitting according to the present invention is used for connecting facing members such as a frame of a partition, and the two members to be connected are hereinafter referred to as one member and the other member. In addition, although this invention mainly assumes the connection of bar materials, depending on conditions, the connection of a bar material, a bar material, and plate materials is also possible. Further, the one material and the other material are assumed to be made of wood including laminated material, but may be made of metal or resin as long as a female screw or the like can be formed.

The connecting metal fitting is disposed so as to straddle between the one material and the other material, and includes a center plate, a side plate, and a leg plate. Of these, the central plate has a rectangular shape and is in surface contact with one material. Further, a mounting hole for inserting various nails such as screw nails is formed on the surface of the central plate. Therefore, after the center plate is brought into close contact with one material, when a screw nail is driven from the mounting hole toward the one material, the connecting fitting is fixed to the one material. As a substitute for the screw nail, a flat head nail or the like can be cited. Further, if a female screw is formed on one material, a bolt may be used. The mounting hole may be a simple round hole, a dharma hole, or a part of the groove that is open to the outside.

The side plate is a total of two plates protruding from the left and right side surfaces of the center plate. In principle, the side plate protrudes at a right angle with respect to the center plate, but may be protruded at a smaller bending angle. Since the side plate also has a function of reinforcing the central plate, it is provided in the entire area of the left and right side surfaces of the central plate and is not interrupted in the middle.

The leg-shaped plate is a plate-shaped part that develops in a direction away from the center plate with the tip of the side plate as a base point, and is in surface contact with the other material. However, the leg-shaped plate is not developed from the entire front end of the side plate, and is limited to a part of the section. Therefore, when only one side plate is viewed, two or more leg-like plates are arranged at a certain interval. Normally, leg plates are deployed from both ends of one side plate, and leg plates are arranged at the four corners of the central plate, but they are arranged at six locations like insect legs. Sometimes.

When fixing the leg plate to the other material, various fixing tools are used. The fixture is free of screw nails, bolts, etc., but has a cylindrical shaft portion on which a screw thread is formed and a brim-shaped head portion at one end thereof. Each leg plate is provided with a holding groove or a dharma hole to receive the shaft portion of the fixture. By providing the holding groove or the like in this manner, the fixing tool can be received by the leg plate after the fixing tool is driven into the other material. In addition, what is provided in a leg-shaped board is a holding groove or a dharma hole to the last, and does not assume providing a simple round hole. This is because if a round hole is used, the fixture cannot be inserted into the round hole after the fixture is driven into the other material.

As a matter of course, the holding groove is sized so that the head of the fixing tool cannot pass through and the shaft portion of the fixing tool can pass through. In the case of a dharma hole, the large diameter portion is sized to pass through the head of the fixture. Furthermore, it is necessary to unify the formation direction of the holding groove and the dharma hole. If the holding groove is cut out downward from the upper surface, the fixture inserted from above can be received and the other material can be placed temporarily without difficulty.

When two members are connected by the connecting metal fitting according to the present invention, first, the center plate is brought into surface contact with one material, and then a screw nail or the like is driven in to integrate them. In addition, the fixture is driven into the other material, but in the first stage, the fixture is not driven completely, but a certain gap is secured between the head and the other material to expose the base of the shaft. Keep it. Next, the other material is moved, and the exposed shaft portion is inserted into the holding groove or dharma hole. Then, the fixture is received by the leg plate, and the temporary placement of the other material is completed. After that, when a spanner or the like is inserted from the gap between the one material and the other material and the fixture is completely tightened, the one material and the other material are connected via the connection fitting.

In the present invention, the one member and the other member are not in direct contact with each other, and the connecting fitting is interposed in the space where both members face each other. Therefore, a gap corresponding to the height of the side plate is generated at the boundary between the one material and the other material, and the screw nails and the heads of the fixtures are accommodated therein. In the present invention, any two members can be connected as long as the surface that the center plate contacts and the surface that the leg plate contacts can be secured, and the side surface of one material crosses the end surface of the other material, or both sides of the one material Various connecting portions such as a cross shape in which the end surfaces of the other material intersect the surface and an L-shape in which the ends of the other material of the one material intersect at right angles can be handled.

The invention according to claim 2 relates to the shape of the side plate, and a window portion in which the tip of the side plate is cut is provided between two leg-like plates that are developed from the same side plate and are adjacent to each other. It is characterized by. The side plate is provided over the entire side surface of the central plate to ensure strength. However, a window portion can be provided by cutting the tip of the side plate at a location where the leg-shaped plate is not developed. This window part can be used not only as a tunnel through which the head of the fixture is passed when temporarily placing the other material, but also as a passage for electric wiring and the like, contributing to improvement in convenience. In addition, the window part shall not be the closed form where the whole region was enclosed by the side plate, but be sure to open outside.

As in the first aspect of the present invention, the connecting bracket for connecting the one member and the other member is constituted by a center plate, a side plate, and a leg plate, and the leg plate is provided with a holding groove or a dharma hole. Thus, the two members can be connected by simple operations such as fixing the central plate and tightening the fixture. The present invention eliminates the need to process grooves and holes in the member in advance, and can easily implement everything on site, and can flexibly cope with sudden design changes. Moreover, the work of fixing the connecting bracket to one material and the operation of driving the fixing tool to the other material can be performed in a stable place such as on the floor in advance, and when the two members are actually connected, a holding groove is used. The other material can be temporarily placed and the workability is excellent.

In addition, when repairing a structure, a member such as a spanner can be hung and loosened on the head of the fixture to remove the member. Moreover, the present invention can be used for various connecting parts such as a letter shape, a cross shape, and an L shape as long as the cross-sectional shapes of the members are the same, and is excellent in versatility. It is easy to manage and can be used in large quantities during construction, so it is easy to manage and contributes to work efficiency.

As in the invention described in claim 2, by providing the window portion on the side plate, when temporarily placing the other material, a passage route of the head of the fixture can be secured, and workability is improved. This is particularly effective when the opposite side of the other material is in contact with a wall, a pillar, or the like and it is difficult to move in the longitudinal direction. Moreover, when laying electric wiring etc. along a member, a window part can be used as a channel | path and the convenience improves.

It is the perspective view and front view which show the example of a shape of the connection metal fitting by this invention, and its use condition. It is a perspective view which shows the middle stage and the last stage at the time of connecting two members with the connection metal fitting of FIG. It is a perspective view which shows the effect which provided the window part in the side plate. It is a perspective view which shows the form which connects a some other material to the side surface of the one material laid horizontally. It is a perspective view which shows the connection metal fitting of a shape different from FIG. 1, A center board and a side board are comprised by the trapezoid shape, and provided the dharma hole in the leg-shaped board. It is a perspective view which shows the connection metal fitting used when one material and the other material have an intersection angle. It is a perspective view which shows the connection metal fitting which made the leg-shaped board into six pieces.

FIG. 1 shows an example of the shape of a connecting metal fitting according to the present invention and its use state. The connecting metal fitting is obtained by cutting and bending a steel plate into a predetermined shape. The central plate 11 is located at the center, the two side plates 21 projecting at right angles from the left and right side surfaces of the central plate 11, and the side plates. It is composed of four leg-shaped plates 31 that project at a right angle from the tip of 21 and expand to the outside of the center plate 11 and are symmetrical. In addition, the steel plate used as a raw material has a thickness of about 3 mm in consideration of securing strength and workability.

The center plate 11 is provided with two Dalma-shaped attachment holes 12 at the upper and lower portions, and a rectangular inner hole 15 is provided between the two attachment holes 12. Next, the side plate 21 protrudes from the entire left and right side surfaces of the central plate 11, but a section where the leg-shaped plate 31 is cut off is provided with a window portion 23 cut out toward the central plate 11. The leg-shaped plates 31 are located at the four corners of the connecting fitting, and are all parallel to the central plate 11 and are equally spaced from the central plate 11 and arranged in the same plane. Further, each leg plate 31 is provided with a holding groove 34 opened upward.

The connecting bracket is used as shown in the lower figure. As described above, when the side surface of the one member 41 extending vertically and the end surface of the other member 51 extending horizontally are brought into contact with each other to construct a clover-shaped connecting portion, the connecting fitting is provided between the one member 41 and the other member 51. It is caught. The one material 41 is drawn as a cross-sectional view of the central portion, and is actually twice as large as this. The central plate 11 is in surface contact with the side surface of the one material 41 and is fixed to the one material 41 by a screw nail 45 driven from the mounting hole 12.

A fixing tool 55 is driven into the end surface of the other material 51. The fixing tool 55 has a shape such as a combination of general-purpose bolts and screw nails, and includes a hexagonal head portion 57 and a shaft portion 58 formed with a helical thread. The fixture 55 is used to integrate the other material 51 and the connection fitting, and is received by the holding groove 34 of the connection fitting. Therefore, the fixture 55 is disposed corresponding to the holding groove 34. In the first stage, the fixing tool 55 is not driven completely, but as shown in the figure, the driving is stopped halfway, and the head 57 is slightly spaced from the other member 51 so that the root of the shaft 58 is removed. Leave exposed.

When actually using the connecting metal fitting, the screw nails 45 and the fixing tool 55 can be driven in, and the marking for that purpose can be performed before the one material 41 or the other material 51 is installed at a predetermined position. Also easy to secure. Moreover, a series of constructions can be handled only with a general tool such as an electric drill. In addition, the wiring hole 42 is processed in the one material 41 so as to allow electric wiring or the like to pass therethrough, and the wiring groove 52 is processed in the side surface of the other material 51 for the same purpose. Therefore, when laying the wiring from the one material 41 toward the other material 51, the intermediate hole 15 can be passed through the wiring hole 42 and further embedded in the wiring groove 52 from the window 23, and the connecting bracket can be used for wiring. There is no hindrance.

FIG. 2 shows an intermediate stage and a final stage when two members are connected by the connecting metal fitting of FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, a connecting bracket is attached to the side surface of the one material 41, and a fixing tool 55 is driven into the end surface of the other material 51, and then the one material 41 is installed at a predetermined position. Next, the other material 51 is lifted up and approached to the connecting bracket from obliquely above, and all the fixtures 55 are inserted into the holding grooves 34. At this stage, the other material 51 is temporarily placed with a connecting metal fitting as shown in the upper figure, and thereafter, it is not necessary to artificially support the other material 51 and the workability is excellent.

After the other material 51 is temporarily placed, when the fixture 55 is tightened with a tool such as a spanner, the one material 41 and the other material 51 are connected as shown in the lower figure. In the present invention, when the two members are actually connected, the fixing tool 55 is simply tightened, and the operation is easy even under adverse conditions such as high places. Even after the connection of the two members is finished, the head 57 of the fixture 55 is exposed, and the other member 51 can be removed thereafter.

FIG. 3 shows the effect of providing the side plate 21 with the window 23. When the fixing tool 55 driven into the other material 51 is inserted into the holding groove 34, the other material 51 is usually approached from obliquely above the connection fitting. However, when there is a wall or a column on the opposite side of the other material 51, the other material 51 cannot be moved in the longitudinal direction, and it is difficult to approach from diagonally above. As a countermeasure, a window portion 23 is provided on the side plate 21.

At the time of construction, as shown in the drawing at the initial stage of connection, first, the other material 51 is arranged almost beside the connection fitting. At that time, adjustment is performed so that the fixing tool 55 driven into the lower end face of the other member 51 is positioned on the extension line of the window portion 23. When the other member 51 is moved horizontally, the head portion 57 of the lower left fixing tool 55 can pass through the window portion 23 and advance toward the back, as shown in the diagram in the middle of the connection. . By providing the window portion 23 in this way, a passage route for the fixing device 55 can be secured, and the two members can be connected in various situations.

FIG. 4 shows a form in which a plurality of other members 51 are connected to the side surface of one member 41 laid horizontally. The connecting metal fitting can be constructed with such a cross-shaped connecting portion in addition to the above-described C-shaped connecting portion. The connecting portion in this figure uses four identical connecting fittings. One connecting fitting is brought into surface contact with each side surface of the one material 41 and then fixed with screw nails 45. The connecting brackets fixed to the left and right side surfaces of the one member 41 have the central plate 11 upright, but the connecting brackets fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the one member 41 have the central plate 11 in the longitudinal direction of the one member 41. The screw nails 45 are prevented from interfering with each other inside the one material 41. In addition, when connecting the other member 51 extending vertically, the other member 51 is moved in the horizontal direction, and the fixture 55 is inserted into the holding groove 34, and then the fixture 55 is tightened.

FIG. 5 shows a connecting bracket having a shape different from that of FIG. In this connection fitting, the center plate 11 and the side plate 21 are not orthogonal to each other and have a predetermined intersection angle. The side plate 21 integrates the central plate 11 and the leg plate 31, and does not contact either the one material 41 or the other material 51, and is exposed to the outside after the construction. Therefore, there are few restrictions on a shape, and the center board 11 and the side board 21 can also be comprised in trapezoid shape in this way.

Further, the leg plate 31 is provided with a dharma hole 36 instead of the holding groove 34. In this case, the head portion 57 of the fixture 55 is sized so as to pass over the dharma hole 36. Therefore, after the fixing member 55 is driven into the other material 51, the head portion 57 can be inserted above the Dharma hole 36 and the shaft portion 58 can be received. In order to enable such a construction method, the leg plate 31 cannot be provided with a round hole having a diameter slightly larger than that of the shaft portion 58.

FIG. 6 shows a connection fitting used when the one material 41 and the other material 51 are not at right angles but have crossing angles. A structure such as a partition is designed so that members intersect at a right angle as much as possible, but an intersection may be unavoidable. In principle, the present invention connects two parallel surfaces, but by adjusting the angle of intersection between the side plate 21 and the leg plate 31, it is possible to flexibly cope with the case where the two members have an angle of intersection. However, the shape of the connecting bracket needs to be changed depending on the angle of intersection, and it is difficult to ensure versatility, but it can be standardized to some extent.

FIG. 7 shows a connecting bracket having six legged plates 31. Thus, the leg-shaped board 31 is not necessarily limited to two on one side, and can be three or more. A window 23 is provided between the two adjacent leg plates 31. In this figure, a general-purpose bolt is used as the fixture 56. A shaft hole 53 is machined in the end surface of the other material 51 so that the lag screw 54 is driven so that the fixture 56 can be attached to the other material 51. A female screw 59 is formed on one end face of the lag screw 54, and the fixing tool 56 can be screwed together.
