Description

The present invention relates to a door in which a core material and a bag are sandwiched and joined between front and back panels used for an entrance or the like.

The entrance door has a core made of polystyrene foam or the like on the inside of a metal frame consisting of a metal upper frame, a lower wall, and left and right walls, and a panel made of steel or the like on the outdoor side and indoor side surfaces of the frame and core material. Are bonded with an adhesive. When the door is exposed to solar radiation, the outdoor panel tends to extend greatly in the vertical direction due to heat, and the indoor panel is insulated by the core material, so it hardly extends, and these outdoor and indoor panels are assembled. Therefore, the door is warped so that the middle part in the vertical direction swells to the outdoor side. The amount of warpage is greater on the free door end side than on the hanging side fixed to the fence frame with a hinge. Inside the door on the door end side, a lock with a dead bolt and a latch bolt is embedded, and the door is locked by engaging the dead bolt and the latch bolt with the hole of the lock receiver of the frame. When the door is warped as described above, the dead bolt and the latch bolt are not easily engaged with the lock. When locking manually, even if the door is warped, the resident could lock it by operating the lock while pulling it against the room with the handle, but in recent years electronic locks have become widespread, In the case of an electronic lock, since it is operated by a remote controller from a position away from the door, there are many problems that the dead bolt does not engage with the lock receiver.

As a conventional structure for preventing the door from warping due to heat, there is a structure disclosed in Patent Document 1. In this door, the expected size of the braid is smaller than the expected size of the core, and the outdoor panel is joined to the outdoor side of the braid with adhesive, but the indoor panel is attached to the indoor side of the braid. Not joined. A heat insulating panel and a positioning resin block serving as spacers are disposed between the indoor side surface of the pair of panels and the indoor side panel. This door suppresses the warpage of the door caused by the difference in thermal expansion between the outdoor side panel and the indoor side panel because the indoor side panel is not joined to the frame.
However, in the above door, the edge of the panel on the indoor side is not temporarily joined to the frame, and is only partially temporarily fixed via the heat insulating panel and the positioning resin block. There is an inconvenience. Furthermore, it is necessary to affix the heat insulation panel on the side of the interior of the frame with double-sided tape, or to attach the positioning block to the frame, which is very time-consuming to manufacture the door. Also, because the expected dimensions of the braiding and the core material are different, the dimensional tolerance of each member so that the sum of the expected dimensions of the braiding and the spacer (heat insulation panel, positioning block) matches the expected dimensions of the core material. Need to manage.

In the door according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the upper non-adhesion region extends from the upper edge to above the attachment position of the auxiliary lock, and the lower non-adhesion region is located below the attachment position of the auxiliary lock. Since the lock is located approximately in the middle of the heat extension direction, it can effectively prevent the door door tip from warping, and both the front and back panels are bonded at the auxiliary lock mounting position. There is no backlash.

In the door according to the fifth aspect of the invention, since the upper non-adhesion region extends from the upper edge to above the auxiliary lock mounting position and the lower non-adhesion region extends from the lower edge to below the handle mounting position, The front part can be effectively prevented from warping, and the other panel is also bonded and fixed between the position where the auxiliary lock is attached and the position where the handle is attached, so that the door has sufficient rigidity and the auxiliary lock is used. Sometimes there is no play.

In the door according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the upper non-adhesion region extends from the upper edge to above the attachment position of the auxiliary lock, and the lower non-adhesion region extends from the lower edge to below the attachment position of the lower locking lock. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent the door door tip from warping, and the other panel is also adhered and fixed between the auxiliary lock mounting position and the lower locking lock mounting position, so that the door has sufficient rigidity. In addition, no play occurs when the auxiliary lock is used.

In the door according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the block body is provided inside the door at the position where the auxiliary lock is attached, and both sides of the block body are adhered to the front and back panels. Does not occur. Further, when the adhesive is applied to the other panel, the upper non-adhesive region and the lower non-adhesive region where the adhesive is not applied can be easily set based on the position where the block body is attached.

A hatched area 32 indicates an adhesion area. The upper non-adhesion region 7a extends from the upper edge of the panel 1a to the top of the block body 13 corresponding to the attachment position of the door guard 11, and the lower non-adhesion region 7b is the attachment position of the lower locking lock 10b from the lower edge of the panel 1a. As below. The upper non-adhesion region 7a and the lower non-adhesion region 7b have a width w extending from the door-side edge of the panel 1a to the door-end collar 5 and the core material 2. The width w of the upper non-adhesion region 7a and the lower non-adhesion region 7b is substantially the same as the width necessary for attaching the handle 12, the lock locks 10a and 10b, the latch lock, and the door guard 11 (strictly speaking, the width w A little larger than). Specifically, the upper non-adhesion region 7a has a width w of 130 mm and a height h1 of 710 mm, and the lower non-adhesion region 7b has a width w of 130 mm and a height h2 of 500 mm. . The panel 1a has a width of 824 mm and a height of 2310 mm. That is, the non-adhesive regions 7a and 7b occupy more than half of the total height of the door 14 at the door end.

As shown in FIG. 4, an edge member 8 made of an aluminum alloy extruded shape is provided on the door side surface of the door 14 over the entire height. The edge member 8 has a finding piece 9 that abuts against the surface of the door-side edge of the outdoor panel 1 a over the entire length, and the outdoor piece panel 1 a includes the finding piece 9 and the door-end fence 5. By sandwiching the edge on the door-end side, the edge on the door-end side of the outdoor panel 1a that is not bonded is prevented from floating. There is no such finding piece on the indoor side of the edge material 8 and is flush with the surface of the panel 1b on the indoor side, so that the tight material 33 attached to the frame 18 is not damaged.

Next, the manufacturing procedure of the door 14 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 5, an adhesive is applied to the back surface of the outdoor panel 1a except for the upper non-adhesive region 7a and the lower non-adhesive region 7b. The application of the adhesive is automatically performed by the machine, and the brush to which the adhesive is applied strokes the entire back surface of the panel 1a. In the region 32 to which the adhesive is applied, the adhesive comes out of the brush, In the upper non-bonding area 7a and the lower bonding area 7b, the adhesive is set so as not to come out from the brush. Next, the block bodies 13 and 25, the flanges 3, 4, 5 and 6, and the core material 2 are placed on the back surface of the outdoor panel 1 a coated with an adhesive. After that, an adhesive is applied to the entire back surface of the indoor panel 1b and placed on it. Then, the door 14 is pressed from the front and back with a press machine, and the panels 1a and 1b are firmly bonded. Thereafter, the edge member 8 is attached to the door side surface of the door 14, and the glass 21 and the frames 28 and 29 are fitted and attached to the opening 27 as shown in FIG. 6. Finally, the locks 10a and 10b, the handle 12, the door guard 11, and the door closer 24 are attached.

As described above, the door 14 is bonded to the door-side portion of the outdoor panel 1a only in the middle portion in the vertical direction where the handle 12, the door guard 11 and the like are arranged, and the upper portion above and below the upper portion. Since the non-bonding region 7a and the lower bonding region 7b are not bonded to the flanges 3, 4, 5 and the core material 2, the upper non-bonding region 7a and the lower bonding region 7b freely extend vertically when exposed to sunlight. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the warpage of the door 14 on the door end side. By reducing the warpage on the door end side, even when electronic locks are used for the lock locks 10 a and 10 b, it is possible to effectively suppress the occurrence of a problem that the dead bolt 17 does not engage with the lock receiver 19. Moreover, since the edge part of the door end side of the outdoor side panel 1a is clamped by the finding piece 9 of the edge member 8 and the door end rod 5, the upper part of the door side of the outdoor side panel 1a which is not bonded. And the bottom does not rise. Further, the door 14 can be manufactured in the same manner as a normal door by simply applying no adhesive to the upper and lower non-adhesive regions 7a and 7b of the outdoor panel 1a. Since the expected dimensions of 6 and the core material 2 are the same, and there is no need to install a spacer, manufacturing is easy.
Furthermore, the door 14 has a width that the upper non-adhesion region 7a and the lower non-adhesion region 7b extend over the door toe 5 and the core material 2, so that the door 14 is warped as compared with the case in which only the door toe 5 is not adhered. The effect of preventing is high. In addition, since the width w of the upper non-adhesive region 7a and the lower non-adhesive region 7b is set to be substantially the same as the width necessary for mounting the functional parts such as the handle 12 and the lock locks 10a and 10b, The rigidity of the door 14 can be sufficiently secured while suppressing the warpage and effectively suppressing the locking failure. In addition, the door portion 22 can be adapted to any design door. Of course, it can respond also to the door without the window part 22. FIG.
When the door guard 11 is used, the door 14 is pulled indoors by the door guard 11, but the door 14 is provided with a wooden block body 13 inside the door at the position where the door guard 11 is attached, and both sides of the block body 13 are arranged on the panel 1a. , 1b, the door is not loose.

As shown in FIG. 7, the lower non-bonding region 7 b can be spread upward to the bottom of the block body 13 at the position where the door guard 11 is attached. By doing in this way, the improvement of the effect which prevents the curvature of a door door tip part can be anticipated.
FIG. 8 shows an adhesion state of the outdoor panel 1 a when only one lock 10 is provided above the handle 12. In this case, the lower adhesive region 7b extends from the lower edge of the panel 1a to just below the mounting position of the handle 12. This door 14 can also suppress warping of the door tip portion as in the previous embodiment.

9 and 10 show another embodiment of the entrance door. In this door 14, the widths of the window portion 22 and the opening portion 27 are significantly larger than those of the previous embodiment. The outdoor panel 1a is provided with an upper non-adhesive region 7a and a lower non-adhesive region 7b as in the previous embodiment. In this door 14, since the opening part 27 is widely provided in the panel 1a of the outdoor side, and the area which receives solar radiation is small, the curvature of a door tip part becomes still smaller than the thing of previous embodiment.

As described above, the door 14 can reliably reduce the warp generated at the door tip when heated by being exposed to solar radiation. As a result, when using an electronic lock (as opposed to manually locking the door by pulling the door manually), the door may be warped and the dead bolt may come out of the lock receiving hole even a little. Although it cannot be locked normally, this can be effectively solved. The inconvenience of locking due to the warp of the door is generally dealt with by enlarging the hole of the lock receiver 19 or shifting the position of the lock receiver 19 to the outdoor side. This solves the problem of locking. Moreover, the door 14 can be manufactured in the same manner as a normal flush door by simply applying no adhesive to the upper non-adhesive region 7a and the lower non-adhesive region 7b of the outdoor panel 1a. It is excellent in that the warpage of the door tip can be reduced without increasing any of the above. In other words, in practice, it is only necessary to set and input the application area to a fully automatic machine that applies adhesive to the panel, so it can be carried out very easily without changing the conventional procedure, and labor and cost are reduced. The inconvenience of locking can be eliminated without increasing.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. The upper non-adhesion region 7a and the lower non-adhesion region 7b can also be provided on the indoor panel 1b. The size of the upper non-bonding region 7a and the lower non-bonding region 7b can be changed as appropriate. The materials of the panels 1a, 1b, the flanges 3, 4, 5, 6, the core material 2, and the edge material 8 are arbitrary. The auxiliary lock is not limited to the arm type, and may be one using a chain. The lock lock may not be an electronic lock and may be integrated with the handle.
