Description

Claims (8)
- 生体内に位置している目標領域への誘導を容易にする磁気標的システムであって、
第1の端部及び第2の端部を含んでおり、前記第2の端部が拘束手段の取り付けのために形成及び構成されており、少なくとも前記第1の端部が磁界による作用を受ける誘導(steering)材を含んでいる標的部材と、
各々が近位端部及び遠位端部を有しており、前記遠位端部が生体内に位置している目標領域に固定されるように形成及び構成されており、前記近位端部が生体内において前記誘導材の移動に対して作用する磁性材を含むように形成及び構成されている少なくとも2つのアンカー部材と、
前記アンカー部材の各々に取付けられ、上下端において開口した中空のエクステンダーと、を含み、
前記標的部材は、前記標的部材が前記エクステンダーの当該上端開口を介して前記エクステンダーに入り、前記エクステンダー内を通過し、前記エクステンダーの当該下端開口を介して前記エクステンダーから出ることができる大きさであり、かつ、前記標的部材は、前記標的部材が前記下端開口を介して前記エクステンダーに入り、前記エクステンダー内を通過し、前記上端開口を介して前記エクステンダーから出ることができる大きさであり、
前記アンカー部材の磁気的に作用を受けた近位端部は、前記標的部材の前記第1の端部と相互作用し、当該取り付けられている拘束手段が、前記目標領域に対して位置付け可能であることを特徴とする磁気標的システム。 - 請求項1に記載の磁気標的システムであって、前記システムが、リアルタイムフィードバック機構を含んで前記拘束手段の生体内での位置を確認することを特徴とする磁気標的システム。
- 請求項2に記載の磁気標的システムであって、前記リアルタイムフィードバック機構が、触覚フィードバックを含んで前記拘束手段の生体内での位置を確認することを特徴とする磁気標的システム。
- 請求項1に記載の磁気標的システムであって、前記磁性材が電磁石であることを特徴とする磁気標的システム。
- 請求項1に記載の磁気標的システムであって、前記磁性材が永久磁石であることを特徴とする磁気標的システム。
- 請求項1に記載の磁気標的システムであって、前記拘束手段がインプラントまたは手術器具であることを特徴とする磁気標的システム。
- 請求項1に記載の磁気標的システムであって、前記少なくとも2つのアンカー部材の各々が骨構造への取り付けのための締結手段であり、前記拘束手段が相互連結手段であることを特徴とする磁気標的システム。
- 請求項1に記載の磁気標的システムであって、前記標的部材が剛体材から形成されていることを特徴とする磁気標的システム。
