Description

The present invention relates to a sash window such as an outside fall window provided with a screen door used as a smoke exhaust window or the like, and an outside opening window.

A sash window, such as an overturned window or an open window, has a sash frame attached to the sash frame so as to be able to rotate in the direction of the outside of the room over the closed position and the open position. A screen door can be installed indoors so as not to interfere with the shoji.
The sash window may be opened and closed from a remote location. For example, when installing an outside-turning window at a position higher than the floor and using it as a smoke evacuation window, the wire for opening and closing the shoji is hung from the sash frame to the room side, and the shoji is operated by operating the wire. It can be turned to an open position and a closed position.

For example, a lock is provided to hold the shoji in the closed position, and the unlocking of the lock releases the shoji so that the shoji rotates to the open position so that the window is opened and the window is opened. An opening wire for unlocking and a closing wire for rotating the shoji at the opening position to the closing position are provided.
The opening wire and the closing wire are hung down from the sash frame to the room side, and the shoji can be rotated to the open position and the closed position by pulling each wire.

As described above, when the screen door is attached to the indoor side of the sash frame in the outside window that opens and closes the shoji with the opening wire and the closing wire, each wire described above is moved from the sash frame to the indoor side for the screen door. You may not be able to hang down.

In order to solve this problem, an external fall window disclosed in Patent Document 1 has been proposed.
The exterior window has a screen door frame attached to the indoor side of the sash frame and a screen door attached to the screen door frame.
Then, the sash side pulley is attached to the vertical frame of the sash frame, the screen door pulley is attached to the indoor side of the screen door vertical frame of the screen door frame, the opening wire and the closing wire are passed through the sash frame side pulley and the screen door vertical frame. By wrapping around the screen door side pulley through the hole, it hangs down to the indoor side of the screen door frame.
With this outside-turned window, the shoji can be opened and closed by operating the opening wire and the closing wire even if a screen door is attached to the indoor side of the sash frame.

In the above-mentioned conventional exterior window, the movement direction of the opening wire is changed from the out-of-plane direction to the in-plane direction with the sash side pulley, and the movement direction of the opening wire toward the in-plane direction is directed downward with the screen door pulley. Because it is hanging from the screen door frame to the indoor side, two pulleys are required, so the number of parts is high and the two pulleys are attached. The installation cost of falling windows is high.

An object of the present invention is to provide a sash window in which an opening wire for opening a shoji can be provided on the indoor side from a screen door frame by one pulley.

An opening wire for releasing and holding the lock is provided on the indoor side through the opening pulley through a wire penetration portion of a screen door vertical frame in a straight line between the lock and the opening pulley. Is a sash window.

In the sash window of the present invention, the lock is engaged with and disengaged the lock of the lock body attached to the sash frame with the lock receiver attached to the shoji, and the shoji is held and released in the closed position, and the lock is opened. So that it can be released with the wire,
The opening wire may be in a straight line extending in the in-plane direction between the opening pulley and the lock body.
In this way, by pulling the opening wire, the lock of the lock body can be detached from the lock receiver and the holding of the shoji can be released, so that the shoji can be rotated to the open position.

In the sash window of the present invention, a wire through hole is formed in the screen door vertical frame of the screen door frame at substantially the same position in the out-of-plane direction with the wire connecting portion of the lock body,
A pulley for opening on the indoor side of the vertical frame of the vertical door is attached so that the wire winding portion is substantially the same height as the wire through hole,
The opening wire may be provided on the indoor side through the wire through hole and the wire winding portion of the opening pulley.
In this way, the opening wire between the lock body and the opening pulley is almost horizontal, and the unlocking operation of the lock body of the lock body can be smoothly unlocked by pulling the opening wire.

In the sash window of the present invention, the lock is configured to hold the shoji in the closed position by rotating the shoji from the open position to the closed position,

While connecting a closing wire to the shoji, and attaching a closing pulley on the indoor side of the screen door frame,
The closing wire may be provided on the indoor side through the screen door frame and through the closing pulley.
If it does in this way, a shoji will rotate to an open position automatically by releasing holding | maintenance of a lock | rock.
Moreover, the closing wire can be pulled to the closed position by pulling the closing wire and held in the closed position.

In the sash window of the present invention, the opening pulley is configured such that the pulley on the mounting bracket can be rotated in the in-plane direction by a support shaft extending in the out-of-plane direction, and can be swung in the vertical direction by the support shaft in the in-plane direction. Movably mounted,
A wire through hole is formed in the wire penetrating portion of the screen door vertical frame, an opening wire penetrating the wire through hole is provided on the indoor side through the pulley,
The wire through hole may have a substantially arc shape centered on the swing center of the pulley.
If it does in this way, even if it pulls an opening wire toward the diagonal interior side, it will not come off from a pulley, and the opening wire will not interfere with a wire penetration hole.

In the sash window of the present invention, the screen door frame mounting portion of the pulley bracket, the screen door vertical frame pulley mounting portion, and the opening pulley mounting bracket can be fixed by a common fixing tool.
In this way, the screen door frame and the opening pulley can be easily attached to the pulley bracket, and the number of fixing tools can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 1, a shoji 2 is attached to a sash frame 1 so as to be pivotable in the direction of the inside of the room between an open position protruding outward and a closed position in the sash frame 1, and a sash window, for example, overturning It is as a window.
A screen door frame 3 is attached to the indoor side of the sash frame 1.
A screen door 3a is attached to the screen door frame 3 so as to serve as an exterior window with a screen door.
In the sash frame 1, an upper frame 10, a lower frame 11, and left and right vertical frames 12, 12 are connected in a square shape.
The shoji 2 has an upper gutter 20, a lower gutter 21, and left and right vertical gutters 22 and 22 connected in a square shape, and a panel such as glass is mounted therein.
The screen door frame 3 has a screen door upper frame 30, a screen door lower frame 31, and left and right screen door vertical frames 32 connected in a square shape.

The urging means 4 and the lock 5 are attached to the sash frame 1 and the shoji 2 respectively.
The urging means 4 urges the shoji 2 toward the open position to hold it in the open position, for example, a damper, and includes a left and right vertical frame 12 of the sash frame 1 and left and right vertical rods 22 of the shoji 2. Are attached to each other.
The lock 5 holds the shoji 2 in the closed position in the locked state, and keeps the shoji 2 from rotating to the open position by the biasing means 4.
The lock 5 releases the shoji 2 in the unlocked state, and the shoji 2 in the closed position can be rotated by the biasing means 4 toward the open position.
The lock 5 is a latch lock, for example, and is attached over the upper frame 10 and the upper collar 20.

The lock 5 is unlocked by the opening wire 6a to release the holding, and the shoji 2 is held in the closed position by rotating the shoji 2 in the open position toward the closed position.
The opening wire 6a and the lock 5 are located between the shoji 2 and the screen door 3a, and the opening wire 6a penetrates the left and right screen door vertical frame 32 and protrudes indoors. The wire portion between the lock 5 and the screen door vertical frame 32 is straight and does not turn the operating direction.
And it is provided in the indoor side of the screen door frame 3 through the opening pulley 7a attached to the indoor side of the left and right screen door vertical frame 32. For example, it hangs down.
Since it is like this, the opening wire 6a for opening the shoji 2 can be provided indoors from the screen door frame 3 by one pulley (opening pulley 7a), for example, can hang down.

The closing wire 6b for rotating the shoji 2 in the open position to the closed position penetrates the other left and right screen door vertical frame 32 and protrudes indoors.
And it is provided in the indoor side of the screen door frame 3 through the closing pulley 7b attached to the indoor side of the other left and right screen door vertical frame 32. For example, it hangs down.
By pulling the closing wire 6b from the indoor side, the shoji in the open position can be rotated to the closed position.

The opening pulley 7a and the closing pulley 7b are attached to the indoor sides of the left and right screen door vertical frames 32 by being fixed to the left and right pulley brackets 8 fixed to the left and right vertical frames 12, respectively.
Since it is like this, the load applied to each pulley 7a, 7b when opening and closing the shoji 2 by pulling the opening wire 6a and the closing wire 6b is supported by the sash frame 1 via the pulley bracket 8. The screen door frame 3 is not deformed by the load.

The pulley bracket 8 and the screen door vertical frame 32 are fixed by the fixing tool for fixing the pulley bracket 8 and the pulleys 7a and 7b, and the pulleys 7a and 7b and the screen door vertical frame 32 are fastened together with the pulley bracket 8 for assembly. Not only the workability is remarkably improved, but also the work efficiency can be improved, and the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of fixing tools.

Next, attachment of the screen door frame 3 will be described.
As described above, the pulley brackets 8 are fixedly attached to the upper portions of the left and right vertical frames 12, respectively, and the screen door brackets 9 are fixedly attached to the lower portions thereof.
Each of these brackets 8 and 9 can be fixedly attached to the left and right vertical frames 12 while the sash frame 1 is attached to the building frame.
That is, the brackets 8 and 9 can be retrofitted to the existing sash frame 1.
The screen door frame 3 can be fixedly attached to the brackets 8 and 9 attached to the sash frame 1.
Since it is like this, the screen door frame 3 can be easily retrofitted to the existing sash frame 1 to form an external fall window with a screen door.
The pulley bracket 8 and the screen door bracket 9 are the same, and the number of parts can be reduced.
Not only this but the pulley bracket 8 and the screen door bracket 9 are good also as a different shape.

Next, details of each part will be described. Note that FIG. 1 schematically shows the entire outside-turning window in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and there are cases where a specific shape, dimensions, shapes, and the like described later are different.
As shown in FIG. 2, the lower frame 11 of the sash frame 1 and the lower collar 21 of the shoji 2 are connected to each other by a hinge 13 so as to be rotatable in the indoor exterior direction. The hinge 13 has a horizontal rotation axis.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the urging means 4 is provided with a pin 42 across a frame side bracket 40 fixed to the left and right vertical frames 12 and a heel side bracket 41 fixed to the left and right vertical rods 22. It is pivotably connected.
The urging means 4 has a buffering function for rotating the shoji 2 toward the open position and slowly stopping at the open position. For example, as a damper.
The left and right urging means 4 are configured not to project inward in the in-plane direction from the left and right vertical rods 22 of the shoji 2.

The screen door upper frame 30 and the screen door lower frame 31 have screen door mounting portions 30a and 31a at the indoor side portions.
The outdoor portion of the screen door upper frame 30 faces the inner surface in the in-plane direction of the indoor side mounting piece 10b of the upper frame 10 with a gap, and the outdoor portion of the screen door lower frame 31 is attached to the indoor side of the lower frame 11. The outdoor side portion of the screen door vertical frame 32 is in contact with the inner side surface in the in-plane direction of the indoor side mounting piece 12b of the vertical frame 12 with a gap.
Each said outdoor side part has faced the out-of-plane direction (indoor outside direction).
As such, the outdoor portion of the screen door frame 3 can be inserted into the indoor portion of the sash frame 1 from the indoor side.
An airtight material 33 is attached to the outside of the screen door upper frame 30 and the screen door vertical frame 32 toward the outside in the in-plane direction, and each of the airtight materials 33 is a chamber of the upper frame 10 and the vertical frame 12. The inner mounting pieces 10b and 12b are in contact with each other and are airtight. In addition, an airtight material may be provided on the outdoor portion of the screen door lower frame 31 so as to be in contact with the indoor-side mounting piece 11b of the lower frame 11 to be airtight.

As shown in FIG. 4, the screen door vertical frame 32 includes an outdoor portion 32a that faces the out-of-plane direction, and a pulley mounting portion 32b that is continuous with the indoor side end of the outdoor portion 32a and goes inward in the in-plane direction. And a wire penetration part 32c which is continuous with the inner end in the in-plane direction of the pulley attachment part 32b and goes to the indoor side in the out-of-plane direction, and a screen door attachment part 32d provided at the indoor side end of the wire penetration part 32c. It is almost crank shape.

The pulley bracket 8 includes a frame attachment portion 8a and a screen door frame attachment portion 8b. The frame attachment portion 8a is in contact with the inner surface in the in-plane direction of the main body 12a of the vertical frame 12, and from the inside in the in-plane direction of the sash frame 1. Since the pulley bracket 8 can be attached in a state where the sash frame 1 is attached to the building frame, the pulley bracket 8 can be retrofitted to the sash frame 1.
Moreover, by attaching the pulley bracket 8 to the vertical frame 12 as described above, the screen door frame mounting portion 8b is directed toward the indoor side.

The details of the pulley bracket 8 will be described.
The pulley bracket 8 includes a frame mounting piece 81 extending in the out-of-plane direction, a lateral piece 82 extending inward in the in-plane direction continuously with the indoor side end of the frame mounting piece 81, and an in-plane direction of the lateral piece 82 An intermediate piece 83 that is continuous with the inner end of the intermediate piece 83 toward the indoor side in the out-of-plane direction, and a screen door frame mounting piece 84 that is continuous with the indoor side end of the intermediate piece 83 and extends inward in the in-plane direction. The attachment piece 81 is the above-mentioned frame attachment portion 8a, and the screen door frame attachment piece 84 is the above-described screen door frame attachment portion 8b.

With the pulley bracket 8 attached to the vertical frame 12 as described above, the screen door frame 3 is inserted into the sash frame 1 from the indoor side toward the outdoor side, so that the outdoor portion 32a of the screen door vertical frame 32 is , Between the indoor side attachment piece 12b of the vertical frame 12 and the intermediate piece 83 of the pulley bracket 8, and the pulley attachment portion of the screen door vertical frame 32 on the screen door frame attachment piece 84 (screen door frame attachment portion 8b) of the pulley bracket 8. The wire penetration part 32c opposes the lock 5 while contacting 32b.
Then, the outdoor portion 32a of the screen door vertical frame 32 and the intermediate piece 83 of the pulley bracket 8 are in contact with each other, and the pulley mounting portion 32b of the screen door vertical frame 32 and the screen door frame mounting portion 8b of the pulley bracket 8 are fixed by a fixing tool 85. The vertical frame 32 is attached to the pulley bracket 8, and the screen door frame 3 is attached to the indoor side of the sash frame 1. The fixing tool 85 is fixed from the indoor side while moving in the out-of-plane direction.
The screen door bracket 9 has the same shape as the pulley bracket 8 described above.

After the screen door frame 3 is attached to the indoor side of the sash frame 1 as described above, the screen door 3 a is attached to the screen door frame 3.
Since it is like this, the screen door 3a can be easily retrofitted to the external fall window attached to the building, that is, the existing external fall window, so that the external fall window with the screen door can be obtained.

The attachment of the screen door 3a will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the screen door 3 a is formed by stretching an insect screen 36 on a frame body 35, and the frame body 35 is a screen door mounting portion of the screen door frame 3 (each screen door mounting portion 30 a, 31 a, 32d) is in contact with the indoor side surface, and the locking piece 37 provided on the frame 35 is in contact with the outdoor side surfaces of the screen door attaching portions 30a and 31a of the screen door upper frame 30 and the screen door lower frame 31, and the screen door 3a is attached.
The locking piece 37 rotates between an attachment posture that does not interfere with the screen door mounting portions 30a and 31a of the screen door upper frame 30 and the screen door lower frame 31, and a holding posture that touches the outdoor side surface of the screen door mounting portions 30a and 31a. When the screen door 3a is attached, the locking piece 37 is set in the mounting posture so that the frame 35 can come into contact with the indoor side surface of the screen door mounting portion of the screen door frame 3.
And the latching piece 37 is made into a holding | maintenance attitude | position, and it contacts the outdoor side surface of the above-mentioned screen door attaching part 30a, 31a.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the lock 5 includes a lock body 50 attached to an intermediate portion in the in-plane direction (longitudinal direction) of the upper frame 10 and an intermediate in the in-plane direction (longitudinal direction) of the upper collar 20. A lock receiver 51 attached to the section is provided.
The lock body 50 has a lock 52, for example, a latch, which is engaged with and disengaged from the lock receiver 51 to lock and unlock.
The lock rod 52 is movable between a locking position for locking to the lock receiver 51 and a releasing position for releasing the lock receiver 51, and is always held at the locking position, and the opening wire 6a described above. To move to the release position.
In addition, when the shoji 2 in the open position is rotated (closed) toward the closed position, the lock shim 52 is moved toward the disengaged position by the lock receiver 51, and the shoji 2 is moved. When in the closed position, the lock rod 52 is locked to the lock receiver 51 and is locked.
For example, the lock rod 52 can be rotated in the interior and exterior direction between a lower locking position and an upper detachment position, and can be moved vertically between a lower locking position and an upper detachment position. The external force that is held in the locking position by the spring and moves toward the outside of the room does not rotate toward the disengagement position, but moves upward toward the disengagement position with an upward external force.
A lock member is provided to hold the lock bar 52 in the lower locking position and lock it so as not to rotate to the upper release position. The lock member is held in the aforementioned lock position by a spring, and the opening wire 6a is provided. When pulled, it moves to the unlocked position, allowing the lock rod 52 to rotate to the disengaged position.
When the lock holder 51 interferes with the lock pad 52, an upward external force acts on the lock pad 52, the lock pad 52 moves to the upper disengagement position against the spring, and the lock pad 52 moves into the hole of the lock pad 51. When it is opposed to, it moves downward by a spring and becomes a locking position.
In FIG. 6, the lock body 50 has a cover 50b, and the cover 50b covers the above-described lock material, spring, and the like.

Since it is like this, by making the shoji 2 into the closed position with the closing wire 6b as described later, the lock 5 is automatically locked, and the shoji 2 can be held in the closed position.

A wire penetration hole 34 is formed in the wire penetration portion 32 c of the screen door vertical frame 32.
The wire through hole 34 is opposed to the portion of the lock body 50 to which the opening wire 6a is connected, for example, the wire connecting portion 50a connected to the above-described locking material in the in-plane direction, and is substantially in the same position in the out-of-plane direction. In addition, the opening wire 6a connected to the wire connecting portion 50a at substantially the same position in the vertical direction is passed through the wire through hole 34, so that the lock body 50 of the opening wire 6a and the screen door vertically The portion between the frame 32 is directed in the in-plane direction, is substantially parallel to the upper frame 10 in the out-of-plane direction, is substantially horizontal, the wire operating direction is straight, and there are no turning points.

The opening pulley 7a has an attachment portion and a wire winding portion. For example, as shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 9, a pulley 71 is rotatably attached to a pulley body 70 by a support shaft 72, and the pulley body 70 is shaken in an out-of-plane direction by a support shaft 74. It is mounted movably. The mounting bracket 73 is a mounting portion, and the pulley 71 is a wire winding portion.
As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting bracket 73 is fixed to an indoor side surface of the pulley mounting portion 32 b of the screen door vertical frame 32 by, for example, a fixing tool 85 for fixing the screen door vertical frame 32 to the pulley bracket 8. And attach.

Thus, the screen door frame mounting portion 8b of the pulley bracket 8 is in contact with the outdoor side surface of the pulley mounting portion 32b of the screen door vertical frame 32, the mounting bracket 73 is in contact with the indoor side surface, and is fixed by the fixing tool 85. Since the screen door vertical frame 32) is mounted so as to be sandwiched between the opening pulley 7a (mounting bracket 73) and the pulley bracket 8 (screen door frame mounting portion 8b), the mounting strength of the screen door frame 3 and the opening pulley 7a is increased. In addition to securing the pulley bracket 8, only the pulley bracket 8 may be used, and parts added for attaching the screen door 3a can be reduced as much as possible.

The upper part of the pulley 71 is substantially the same height as the wire through hole 34, and the pulley 71 is substantially at the same position in the out-of-plane direction as the wire through hole 34.
Then, the opening wire 6a penetrating the wire through hole 34 is wound around the pulley 71 (the wire winding portion of the opening pulley 7a) and hung down to turn the wire operating direction downward.

Thus, the opening wire 6a between the lock main body 50 and the screen door vertical frame 32 is operated by the opening pulley 7a attached to the indoor side of the screen door vertical frame 32 without any turning point in the operation direction. Since the direction is turned downward, the opening wire 6a can be provided on the indoor side of the screen door frame 3 by using one pulley. For example, it can hang down.

An opening operation knob 60 is connected to the lower end of the opening wire 6a.
The operation knob 60 is provided with characters “open” and “pull” so that the user can detect that the shoji 2 is opened by pulling the operation knob 60.
The support shaft 72 goes in the out-of-plane direction and is horizontal, and the pulley 71 rotates along the in-plane direction.
The support shaft 74 is directed in the in-plane direction, is horizontal, and swings in the vertical direction.

Thus, by holding and pulling down the opening operation knob 60 by hand, the opening wire 6a moves downward to move the lock rod 52 of the lock body 50 to the release position, and the lock 5 is unlocked. Therefore, the shoji 2 is rotated by the biasing means 4 toward the open position.
Moreover, the wire connecting portion 50a, the wire through hole 34, and the pulley 71 of the lock body 50 are substantially in the same position in the out-of-plane direction, and the opening wire 6a between the wire connecting portion 50a and the pulley 71 is in the in-plane direction. As it goes and is almost parallel to the upper frame 10 in the out-of-plane direction and is horizontal, the opening wire 6a can be smoothly moved only by being wound around one pulley 7a.

There is no problem if the user moves the opening operation knob 60 straight downward, but the operation knob 60 may move downward while moving the operation knob 60 indoors.
In this case, the opening wire 6a hanging from the pulley 71 is inclined toward the indoor side with respect to the vertical, so that the pulley 71 and the pulley main body 70 together with the pulley main body 70 are attached to the mounting bracket as shown by the phantom line in FIG. It swings toward the indoor side in the out-of-plane direction with respect to 73.
As a result, the opening wire 6a does not come off the pulley 71.

In addition, since the wire through hole 34 formed in the wire through portion 32c of the screen door vertical frame 32 has an arc shape centering on the swing center (support shaft 74) of the pulley 71, the pulley 71 swings as described above. When moved, the opening wire 6 a wound around the pulley 71 does not interfere with the wire through hole 34.

An elastically deformable cover such as a soft resin cover may be attached to the wire through hole 34 and closed, and the cover may be elastically deformed by the movement of the opening wire 6a.
In this way, insects and the like can be prevented from entering from the wire through hole 34.

As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, 8, and 9, the closing wire 6 b is connected to the upper part of the in-plane intermediate portion of the shoji 2, for example, the downward piece 51 a of the lock receiver 51. Then, the closing wire 6b is wound around a pulley 61 attached to the intermediate portion in the in-plane direction of the upper frame 10 to turn the operating direction from the out-of-plane direction to the in-plane direction.
In FIGS. 5 and 6, since the pulley 61 is attached to the lock body 50 with the bracket 62, the closing wire 6b extending in the in-plane direction is positioned below the opening wire 6a extending in the in-plane direction.
Thereby, the wire through-hole 34 formed in the wire penetration part 32c of the left and right other screen door vertical frame 32 is located below the wire through-hole 34 formed in the left and right one screen door vertical frame 32.

The closing pulley 7b is the same as the opening pulley 7a, and is fixedly attached to the pulley mounting portion 32b of the left and right screen door vertical frame 32 together with the pulley bracket 8 by the fixing tool 85 in the same manner as described above.
This closing pulley 7b is located below the aforementioned opening pulley 7a.

The closing wire 6b penetrates the room through a wire through hole 34 formed in the other left and right screen door vertical frame 32, and is provided on the indoor side through a closing pulley 7b (pulley 71). For example, it hangs down.
A closing operation knob 63 is connected to the lower end portion of the closing wire 6b.
The operation knob 63 is provided with characters “Tip” and “pull” so that the user can detect that the shoji 2 is closed by pulling the operation knob 60.

Therefore, the shoji at the open position can be rotated toward the closed position by holding the operation knob 63 by hand and pulling it diagonally toward the indoor side.

In the above embodiment, the screen door frame 3 is attached to the sash frame 1 using the brackets (the pulley bracket 8 and the screen door bracket 9), but the screen door frame 3 is directly fixed and attached to the sash frame 1 without using the bracket. You may do it.
For example, the outdoor portion 32a of the screen door vertical frame 32 is fixedly attached to the indoor side mounting piece 12b of the vertical frame 12 with a fixing tool. In this case, it is preferable to provide a spacer between the indoor side mounting piece 12b and the outdoor side portion 32a.
Although the screen door frame 3 can be retrofitted to the sash frame 1, the sash frame 1 may be attached to the building frame with the screen door frame 3 attached to the sash frame 1.
In addition, it is not limited to a fallen window, and when the shoji is opened like an open window, the shoji protrudes to the outside of the sash frame, and the screen door attached to the indoor side of the sash frame does not interfere with the shoji. Such a sash window may be used.
