Description

The present invention relates to a soundproof foot member for a double floor that supports an upper floor in a double floor in which an upper floor is constructed on a lower floor such as a concrete slab such as a reinforced concrete structure.

FIG. 9 shows a double floor equipped with a conventional soundproof foot member. Conventionally, a double floor is known in which a plurality of receiving plates 6 (bundle plates or joists) are arranged side by side on a lower floor 7 such as a concrete slab, and an upper floor 8 is pasted thereon. The upper floor 8 is usually composed of a lower pasting material 8a such as particle board and a finishing material 8b such as flooring. The receiving plate 6 includes a square-shaped bundle plate, an elongated plate-like joist, and the like, and the foot member protruding downward is attached to the central portion in the case of the bundle plate and at least two locations near both ends in the case of the joist. . The foot member is a support bolt 5 having a cushion material 3 attached to the lower end thereof, and is screwed to a receiving nut 61 attached to a wooden receiving plate 6. A groove is formed on the upper end surface of the support bolt 5, and the height can be adjusted by rotating it from above with a screwdriver. The cushion material 3 is a rubber lump, and is attached to the support bolt 5 by fitting the lower end portion of the support bolt 5 to a mounting portion recessed on the upper surface. Such a soundproof foot member reduces the transmission (sound) of the upper floor to the lower floor.

Further, Patent Document 1 below discloses a soundproof foot member having improved soundproof performance as compared with the conventional soundproof foot member. This is made up of an upper member, a lower member made of an elastic material such as rubber having a recess having a diameter larger than that of the upper member on the upper surface, and a generally cylindrical shape to be externally fitted to the lower member. An outer fitting member having a supporting film provided in the horizontal direction with the outer peripheral portion attached thereto. The support film comes into contact with the upper surface of the lower member while the outer fitting member is fitted on the lower member, and the upper member is supported on the support film and on the recess. The sound of the upper floor is transmitted to the lower floor via the upper member, the support film, and the lower member, but since the upper member is supported on the support film just like riding on a hammock, the vibration of the upper member is supported by the support film. It is absorbed by the vibrations and is difficult to transmit to the lower member.

Sounds transmitted from the upper floor to the lower floor include light impact sounds and heavy impact sounds. Light impact sounds are mainly based on normal life sounds, and heavy impact sounds are caused by special actions such as the sound of a child running around and the sound generated when an object is dropped.
The sound insulation performance of the double floor itself is based on the fact that the floor is constructed on the upper floor against the volume measured on the lower floor by generating noise directly on the upper floor concrete floor (lower floor) with a tamping machine etc. Evaluate how much the sound volume measured on the lower floor is reduced by generating noise, and it is expressed as a “floor impact noise reduction performance grade” based on a certain standard. The light impact sound is represented by “ΔLL value”, and the heavy impact sound is represented by “ΔLH value”.

The conventional soundproof foot members described above are excellent in the performance of reducing lightweight impact sound, but the weight impact sound is hardly reduced.
Among the heavy impact sounds, in particular, noise in the 63 Hz band feels most uncomfortable for residents. However, when a double floor is constructed, generally the noise in the 63 Hz band increases compared to the case of a concrete floor directly. The sound insulation performance has been improved by appropriately selecting the thickness, shape (contact area, etc.) or hardness of the cushioning material, but no matter how much such parameters are devised by trial and error, the weight impact in the 63 Hz band is improved. It was difficult to reduce the sound.

This invention makes it a subject to reduce the noise of the 63 Hz band which a resident feels most unpleasant than the conventional double floor.

For the example of FIG. 1 and the comparative example (conventional example) of the structure of FIG. 9, the reduction amount of heavy impact sound (Table 1) and the reduction amount of lightweight impact sound (Table 2) were measured.
As can be seen in Table 1, the amount of reduction in the weight impact sound is significantly higher in the example than in the comparative example in the 63 Hz band. Above the 125 Hz band, the example is slightly lower than the comparative example, but the weight impact sound of the 63 Hz band has a much greater effect on human hearing than the other bands. It can be said that the reduction amount of the weight impact sound is significantly higher than that of the comparative example.
Moreover, as can be seen in Table 2, the amount of reduction in lightweight impact sound was almost the same between the example and the comparative example.
