Description
The present invention relates to a cement composition for grout used in the field of civil engineering and construction and a grout material using the same, and more particularly to a cement composition for grout with high flow and high strength and a grout material using the same.
The grout materials include PC grout, prepacked concrete grout, tunnel and shield backfill grout, precast grout, structural repair and reinforcement infusion grout, rebar joint grout, bridge support grout, under machine pedestal There are grouts, pavement grouting, under-track slab grouting, and nuclear power plant containment grouting.
In recent years, the quality of concrete used for civil engineering and building structures has become higher, and the performance required for grout materials has become higher.
The performance required for cement admixtures for grout includes (1) no shrinkage, (2) good fluidity and good retention, and (3) no bleeding or material separation. However, in recent years, since the strength of concrete has been increased, it is necessary to increase the strength of the grout material depending on the use, and a high fluidity is required depending on the filling location (see Non-Patent Document 1). ).
When a large amount of foam is generated, not only adhesion to the concrete can be removed, but there is a possibility that material separation has occurred, and it is considered that a gap is formed between the concrete and a construction problem.
On the other hand, it is also known that by using a cement-type grout composition in combination with a specific water reducing agent, temperature dependency is low, fluidity / fillability retention effect is remarkably high, and strength enhancement effect can be expected over a long period of time. (See Patent Document 1).
Furthermore, it is also known that by using a specific expansion material in combination, it is possible to obtain an excellent effect of imparting high strength and good adhesive properties to the cured body with a large expansion amount that is stable at an early stage of the material age in a normal pre-set time. (See Patent Document 2).
Patent Document 2 states that “a material obtained by heat-treating a CaO raw material, an Al 2 O 3 raw material, an Fe 2 O 3 raw material, and a CaSO 4 raw material, which contains free lime, calcium aluminoferrite, and anhydrous gypsum. And a cement admixture comprising a material obtained by heat-treating a CaO raw material, an Al 2 O 3 raw material, and a CaSO 4 raw material, and an expanded material containing free lime, calcium sulfoaluminate, and anhydrous gypsum. While the invention of claim 1) have been described, the particle size of the "expansion material is not particularly limited, usually, the 1500~4500Cm 2 / g in Blaine specific surface area is preferably .1500cm less than 2 / g unreacted substances remain a long time, may reduce durability, fast hydration exceeds 4500cm 2 / g, a predetermined expansion Sometimes ability can not be obtained. "From being described as (paragraph [0013]), it is not intended to use the inflation material (expandable member) having a Blaine specific surface area greater than 4500cm 2 / g Moreover, a specific expansion material (expansion material) is not used for the purpose of preventing the generation of bubbles.
The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is a grout that has excellent fluidity, prevents the generation of bubbles, maintains an appropriate length change rate and volume expansion rate, and has high strength performance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cement composition for use and a grout material using the same.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

If the amount is less than 4,500 cm 2 / g, the effect of suppressing foam generation may be small, and the amount of expansion may be larger than necessary. Even if the amount exceeds 9,000 cm 2 / g, the improvement of the effect can be expected. It is uneconomical.
The amount of CSA expansion material used is preferably 0.5 to 2.0 parts in 100 parts of the binder. If the amount is less than 0.5 part, the effect of suppressing the generation of bubbles may not be obtained, and if it exceeds 2.0 part, the improvement of the effect cannot be expected.
In the present invention, in combination with CSA expansion material at 2,000 cm 2 / g or more C 4 AF expansion material and Blaine exceeds 4,500cm 2 / g as an expansion member in Blaine value. The total amount of both is preferably 3 to 6 parts in 100 parts of the binder. If it is less than 3 parts, it may not show appropriate expansion, and if it exceeds 6 parts, good expandability may not be obtained.
The pozzolanic fine powder used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include granulated blast furnace slag, fly ash, and silica fume. Among them, silica fume, which is granulated silica fume, prevents bleeding. From the standpoint of obtaining good fluidity in accordance with strength development.
The fineness of the pozzolanic fine powder is preferably 3,000 cm 2 / g or more in terms of Blaine value. If it is less than 3,000 cm 2 / g, sufficient effects may not be obtained in terms of good fluidity of the grout mortar, prevention of bleeding and strength development.
The amount of pozzolanic fine powder used is preferably 3 to 10 parts in 100 parts of the binder. If it is less than 3 parts, the effect of preventing bleeding is low, and even if it exceeds 10 parts, further effects cannot be expected.
In the present invention, in order to obtain initial expansion of the grout mortar after kneading, a foaming agent that generates gas when mixed with water is used in combination.
The foaming agent is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include metal powder and peroxide. Of these, aluminum powder is preferable. However, since the surface of the aluminum powder is easily oxidized and the reactivity decreases when covered with an oxide film, aluminum powder surface-treated with vegetable oil, mineral oil, stearic acid or the like is preferable.
The amount of the foaming agent used is preferably 0.0003 to 0.003 parts with respect to 100 parts of the binder. If the amount is less than 0.0003 part, the amount of expansion may be extremely small. If the amount exceeds 0.003 part, the amount of expansion may be large and the strength may be significantly reduced.
As the cement used in the present invention, various portland cements such as normal, early strength, ultra-early strength, low heat, and moderate heat, and various portland cements mixed with blast furnace slag, fly ash, silica, limestone fine powder, etc. Examples thereof include mixed cements, waste-use type cements, so-called eco-cements, etc. Among them, early-strength cements are preferable in terms of strength development.
The water reducing agent used in the present invention is a general term for those having a dispersing action and air entraining action on cement and improving fluidity and increasing strength. Specifically, naphthalene sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent, melamine sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent An agent, a lignin sulfonic acid water reducing agent, and a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent can be used. In the present invention, two or more of them are used. Among these, it is preferable to use two or more of a naphthalene sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent, a melamine sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent, and a lignin sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent, a naphthalene sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent and a melamine sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent. More preferably, it is based on an agent.
The amount of naphthalene sulfonic acid water reducing agent used in 100 parts of the binder is preferably 0.8 to 2.0 parts in powder form, and the amount of melamine sulfonic acid water reducing agent used is 0.2 to 0.4 part. Is preferred. If the naphthalenesulfonic acid-based water reducing agent is less than 0.8 part, high fluidity may not be obtained, and if it exceeds 2.0 part, material separation may occur. In addition, if the melamine sulfonic acid water reducing agent is outside this range, appropriate fluidity may not be obtained.
Furthermore, it is possible to use oxycarboxylic acid or a salt thereof, sugars such as dextrin and sucrose, and those having delay properties such as inorganic salts.
In addition, the use form of the water reducing agent can be either liquid or powder, but when used as a premix product, powder is preferable, and the amount added is 1 with respect to 100 parts of the binder. 0.0 to 2.5 parts are preferred. If it is less than 1.0 part, high fluidity may be difficult to obtain, and if it exceeds 2.5 parts, material separation may occur.
As fine aggregates used in the present invention, commonly used river sand, sea sand, crushed sand, silica sand and the like can be used, and when used as a premix product, those dry sands are preferred, and their particle size In view of fluidity, the maximum particle size is preferably 1.2 mm.
The amount of fine aggregate used is preferably 70 to 150 parts with respect to 100 parts of the binder. If it is less than 70 parts, the amount of shrinkage may increase, and if it exceeds 150 parts, the strength and fluidity may decrease.
Although the amount of kneading water used by this invention is not specifically limited, Usually, 25-45% is preferable at a water / binder ratio, and 30-40% is more preferable. Outside this range, fluidity may be greatly reduced, material separation may occur, and strength may be reduced.
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these examples.

In 100 parts of binder, the expansion material shown in Table 1, 6 parts of pozzolanic fine powder, 0.0014 part of foaming agent, 1.3 parts of naphthalene sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent, 0.2 part of melamine sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent, and fine Mix 100 parts of aggregate to prepare a grout material, add water to a water / binder ratio of 32%, knead using a high-speed hand mixer to make a grout mortar, and measure its fluidity Then, the occurrence of bubbles was evaluated.
The prepared grout mortar was placed in a mold in a constant temperature and humidity chamber of 20 ° C. and 80% RH, and the curing after 1 day was a 20 ° C. water curing, the rate of change in length, the volume expansion rate, And the compressive strength was measured. The results are also shown in Table 1.
<Materials used>
Cement: Early strength Portland cement, commercial product expansion material A: C 4 AF expansion material, brain value 2,500 cm 2 / g, commercial product expansion material B: CSA expansion material, brain value 6,050 cm 2 / g
Pozzolanic fine powder: Silica fume granulated product, commercial product foaming agent: aluminum powder, commercial product water reducing agent a: naphthalene sulfonic acid type water reducing agent, commercial product water reducing agent b: melamine sulfonic acid type water reducing agent, commercial product fine aggregate: lime Sand aggregate, density 2.62 g / cm 3 , 1.2 mm under-grade <measuring method>
Flowability: Measured according to the People's Republic of China National Standard GB2419-81 “Mortar fluidity measurement method”. Changes in fluidity with time are measured by re-grown grout mortar with a high-speed hand mixer for 10 seconds each time. : Luminous length change rate: Measured according to Japanese Standards Association JIS A 6202 “Expandable material for concrete”, Annex 1 “Expansion test method using mortar of expanded material”. Measured value at 28 days of age Volume expansion rate: Directional expansion rate, according to the National Standard GBJ119 “Technology for Applied Concrete Additives”, after placing in a constant temperature and humidity chamber at 20 ° C. and 80% RH 1 Measures the value of the day Compressive strength: Measured according to the compressive strength, National Standard GB177 “Cement Mortar Strength Test” of the People's Republic of China
The effect of C 4 AF expansion material is significant from 1 part in 100 parts of the binder, and if it exceeds 4 parts, the fluidity increases, but the compressive strength decreases, and the length change rate becomes too large. 1-4 parts are preferred.
The effect of the CSA expansion material is prominent from 0.5 parts in 100 parts of the binder, and if it exceeds 2 parts, the improvement in compressive strength will reach its peak, so 0.5 to 2 parts is preferable.
On the other hand, Experiment No. which uses only the expansion material B (CSA expansion material) and does not use the expansion material A (C 4 AF expansion material). In the grout mortar of Comparative Example 1-1, the fluidity decreases with the passage of time, bubbles are generated, and the rate of change in length is small. In addition, Experiment No. in which the expansion material B (CSA expansion material) is not used only with the expansion material A (C 4 AF expansion material) The grout mortar of Comparative Example 1-6 has high fluidity, but foam is generated and the volume expansion coefficient is small.
Accordingly, it is contained in combination CSA expansion material at 2,000 cm 2 / g or more C 4 AF expansion material and Blaine exceeds 4,500cm 2 / g in Blaine value grout mortar is preferable.
In 100 parts of binder, expansion material A2 part, expansion material B2 part, pozzolanic fine powder shown in Table 2, foaming agent 0.0014 part, water reducing agent a1.3 part and water reducing agent b0.2 part, and fine aggregate 100 The same procedure as in Example 1 was conducted except that the grout material was prepared by mixing the parts. The results are also shown in Table 2.
On the other hand, Experiment No. which does not contain pozzolanic fine powder. The grout mortar of the comparative example 2-1 has low fluidity, a large volume expansion coefficient, and low compressive strength.
Therefore, it is preferable to add 3 to 10 parts of pozzolana fine powder in 100 parts of the binder to make grout mortar.
A grout material is prepared by mixing 100 parts of the binder, 2 parts of the expansion material A, 2 parts of the expansion material B, 6 parts of pozzolanic powder, 0.0014 part of the foaming agent, 100 parts of the water reducing agent shown in Table 3, and 100 parts of fine aggregate. Except that, the same procedure as in Example 1 was performed. The results are also shown in Table 3.
<Materials used>
Water reducing agent c: Lignin sulfonic acid water reducing agent, commercially available water reducing agent d: Polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, commercially available product
On the other hand, although it contains the water reducing agent a (naphthalenesulfonic acid-based water reducing agent), it does not contain the water reducing agents b, c, d. The grout mortar of Comparative Example 3-4 has high fluidity, but bubbles are generated, and the volume expansion coefficient becomes negative.
Experiment No. containing water reducing agent b (melamine sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent) but not containing water reducing agents a, c, d. In the grout mortar of Comparative Example 3-5, the fluidity greatly decreases with the passage of time, bubbles are generated, and the volume expansion coefficient becomes negative.
Experiment No. containing water reducing agent c (lignin sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent) but not containing water reducing agents a, b and d. The grout mortar of Comparative Example 3-6 has low fluidity, bubbles are generated, the volume expansion coefficient becomes negative, and the compressive strength is small.
Experiment No. containing water reducing agent d (polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent) but not containing water reducing agents a, b, c. In the grout mortar of Comparative Example 3-14, the flowability is improved by adding a small amount, but bubbles are generated, the volume expansion coefficient becomes negative, and the compressive strength is also small.
In addition, even when combining 2 types, Experiment No. containing the water reducing agent which consists of 2 types, water reducing agent a (naphthalenesulfonic acid type water reducing agent) and water reducing agent d (polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent). In the grout mortar of Comparative Example 3-7, no foam is generated, the length change rate and the volume expansion rate are appropriately maintained, and the compression strength is high, but the flow down is large and the fluidity is inhibited. Therefore, the combination of only the naphthalene sulfonic acid-based water reducing agent and the polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent is not preferable in terms of fluidity. 3-8, no. 3-11, no. It is necessary to combine another kind (water reducing agents b and c) or more in addition to 3-13.
In 100 parts of binder, the expansion material shown in Table 4 consisting of 50 parts of expansion material A and 50 parts of expansion material B, 6 parts of pozzolanic fine powder, 0.0014 part of foaming agent, 1.3 parts of water reducing agent and 0.2 part of water reducing agent b The same procedure as in Example 1 was conducted except that 100 parts of fine aggregate was mixed to prepare a grout material. The results are also shown in Table 4.
On the other hand, Experiment No. which does not contain an expanding material. The grout mortar of the comparative example of 4-1 has generation | occurrence | production of a bubble, and its length change rate is small.
Therefore, it is preferable to add 3 to 6 parts of C 4 AF expandable material and CSA expandable material in a total amount of 100 parts of binder to make grout mortar.
