Conventionally, there are various types of packaging materials for storing or transporting precision equipment or parts manufactured and shipped in a variety of small lots, such as copier replacement units and parts supplied to automobile maintenance shops. It has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
In Patent Document 1, in order to provide a packing device that can reduce the movement of an object to be packed in a film and protect the object to be packed from an impact, it is versatile for various units within a certain size range. The technique applicable to is disclosed. Patent Document 2 discloses a technique for holding a photoreceptor unit in a packaging container using a thin resin.
JP-A-2005-247212 JP 2006-176154 A

However, in the technique of Patent Document 1, since the entire unit is held by an elastic film, it cannot be formed into a shape that matches the product shape, and particularly close to the end of the film. Since it becomes stronger, a unit such as a precision instrument having an easily damaged portion on the outer periphery may be damaged during transportation and storage. It is desirable that the cushioning material is not in direct contact with the portion that is vulnerable to the interference as a unit packing form.
In the technique of Patent Document 2, while it is possible to hold a portion having the strength of the unit, it is necessary to prepare the specification of the packaging material for each type of unit, and there is a problem that the cost generated when the specification is changed is large.
Therefore, in view of the above-described circumstances, the object of the present invention is to use a fixing member dedicated to the unit in a part of the unit packaging box, thereby minimizing the cost when changing the specifications of the unit and increasing the size of the packaging material. The unit can be used for general purposes, and the unit can be held by the unit that has the strength of the unit, and the unit packing box can reduce the number of man-hours for packing by integrating the fixing member with the sheet member. There is to do.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a first embodiment of a unit packaging box according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which four product fixing members are arranged on the sheet member.
Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the unit packaging box 1 used for storing and transporting units, parts, precision parts of other devices, etc. used in the image forming apparatus in this embodiment is a sheet member. 2 and a product fixing member 3 disposed at an appropriate position on the upper surface of the sheet member 2.
The sheet member 2 is a rectangular sheet material, which can be made of, for example, a corrugated cardboard material or a plastic corrugated cardboard material.
The sheet member 2 constituting the unit packaging box 1 according to the present embodiment is provided with holes 2a and 2b having the same shape and size at four locations (four corners), and the sheet member 2 is formed with a predetermined folding line. The holes 2a and 2b are opposed to each other when bent at a required angle. Further, a projection 2c that engages with the product fixing member 3 is provided on the inner periphery of the holes 2a and 2b.

The unit packaging box 1 of the present embodiment is configured such that each part is bent at a required angle along a predetermined folding line of the sheet member 2 of FIG. 1 to form a box shape. The dimensional relationship necessary to form this box shape is not shown accurately in FIGS. 1 and 2 for convenience of drawing.
However, in practice, the width w of the flat portion 2d that is bent and becomes a wall portion between the hole portions 2a and 2b of the sheet member 2 is determined by the product fixing member 3 attached to the hole portions 2a and 2b. When the box shape is formed by bending, the product fixing member 3 attached to the hole 2b is opposed to the product fixing member 3 attached to the hole 2a.
Furthermore, the portions 2e and 2f that are overlapped when folded into a box shape are not accurately shown for the sake of drawing as in the case described above. However, actually, the portion 2e has a width that is opposite to the width w of the flat portion 2d that forms the wall portion, although not shown in the drawing.

On the other hand, the product fixing member 3 is formed of a thin material made of engineering plastics including high strength against impact, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, etc., and may be transparent or colored (in this embodiment, transparent ), An engaging surface 3a (upper surface of the product fixing member 3) that engages with an object to be packed (not shown), and an upstanding surface 3b that is provided around the engaging surface 3a and has an upstanding surface. Yes.
Four product fixing members 3 are provided in one unit packaging box 1 in the same number as the number of holes (2a, 2b) of the sheet member 2, and these product fixing members 3 are described later with reference to FIG. Can be stacked in a vertical relationship. The standing surface 3b is provided with a catching portion (here, a hole) 3c that engages with the protrusion 2c provided in the hole (2a, 2b) of the sheet member 2.
From the above configuration, the sheet member 2 and the product fixing member 3 are integrated by the protrusion 2c of the hole 2a and the hook 3c of the standing surface 3b being hooked with each other.
Further, on the outer periphery of the engagement surface 3a of the product fixing member 3, there are provided a convex portion 3d and a concave portion 3e in which the product fixing members 3 are fitted and connected to each other when the sheet member 2 is bent to form a box. . The shape of the unit packaging box formed by the sheet member 2 bent by the fitting connection between the convex portion 3d and the concave portion 3e can be maintained.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which an object to be packed is arranged on the product fixing member. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the sheet material is bent into a box shape. FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing a state in which an object to be packed is fixed.
As shown in FIG. 3, an object 4 to be packed, which is a unit including image forming apparatus parts, precision parts, and the like, is placed on the engaging surface 3 a of the product fixing member 3 attached to the sheet member 2. When the sheet member 2 is bent as shown in FIG. 4, the product fixing members 3 facing each other are coupled to each other, and the article 4 to be packed is fixed.
In this case, the outer periphery of the engagement surface 3a of the product fixing member 3 is provided with a convex portion 3d and a concave portion (hole) 3e with which the product fixing members 3 engage with each other. The action of returning to the plane as shown in FIG. 1 can be avoided.
At this time, in order to further secure the engagement, as shown in FIG. 5, the overlapping portions 2 e and 2 f may be joined to each other with the adhesive tape 5 to fix the shape of the unit packaging box 1. . The arrows in FIG. 3 indicate that the overlapping portion 2 f is bent on the packaged object 4.
As described above, the sheet member 2 is subjected to an unfolding action to return to the plane as shown in FIG. 1 due to the stiffness, but after the product fixing members 3 place the objects to be packed 4 as described above, the convex portion The shape of the packaging box 1 is held by fitting and connecting to each other by 3d and the recess 3e. Further, the sheet member 2 (see FIG. 1) plays a role of preventing the product fixing member 3 from being displaced in the longitudinal direction in the product fixing member 3 by the holes 2a and 2b and preventing the product fixing member 4 from falling off.

FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing product fixing members stacked in a plurality of stages. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a structure composed of sheet members and product fixing members stacked in a plurality of stages. Even when the product fixing member 3 according to the present invention is alone (FIG. 6) or attached to the sheet member 2 (FIG. 7), it can be stacked in multiple stages during storage or transportation.
As described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 7, according to the present invention, the cost for changing the specifications of the unit to be packed is kept to a minimum, and most of the packaging material can be used universally. Thus, the unit can be held at the portion having the strength of the unit, and by integrating with the sheet member 2, the number of man-hours during the packing operation can be reduced.
The arrows in FIGS. 6 and 7 indicate that the unused or used product fixing member 3 and the unit packing box 1 are stacked in several stages during storage (in the figure, only two stages are shown to indicate overlapping). ing.
Further, the plurality of product fixing members 3 can be stored without being bulked. The packaging material can be collected in a state where the product fixing member 3 and the sheet member 2 are integrated, and a plurality of members can be collected and stored without being bulky.

Although not shown, a configuration in which the product fixing member is fitted from the inner side of the sheet member (the side on which the article to be packed is stacked) is also possible. In this configuration, the product fixing member can be prevented from coming off in the vertical direction by notching the lower part of the standing surface of the product fixing member so as to engage with the hole of the sheet member.
However, since the sheet member is not designed to be held by the product fixing member when the action of returning to the flat surface works, as shown in FIG. The shape of the packaging box is held by fixing each other with (registered trademark).
In this configuration, the product fixing member is not provided with a catching portion on the standing surface, but by providing the catching portion, the product fixing member is prevented from being displaced in the horizontal direction, and the impact applied to the packaged item is reduced. It can be mitigated.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a configuration in which the unit packaging box is stored in the packaging box. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a unit packaging box housed in the packaging box. The unit packaging box configured in the above-described embodiment may be transported as it is, or may be stored in an outer box (packing box) and transported. By installing in the outer box, the buffering performance is further improved.
Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9, the packaging box 6 which is an outer box capable of storing the unit packaging box 1 is buffered on the lid portion 6a, the side wall 6b on the lid portion 6a side, and the side wall opposite to the side wall 6b. The member 7 is attached by appropriate means.
Further, the buffer member 8 is arranged at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the unit packaging box 1 housed in the packaging box 6. The wide arrow in FIG. 8 indicates the mounting direction of the buffer member 8, and the narrow arrow indicates that the unit packing box 1 is stored in the packing box 6. The wide arrow in FIG. 9 indicates the direction in which the lid portion 6a is closed. Is shown.

After the unit packing box 1 is stored in the packing box 6, the unit packing box 1 is covered with the lid portion 6a, the shape of the packing box 6 is fixed with the adhesive tape 9, and the packing operation is finished. In this way, the buffer member 7 is bonded to the inside of the packaging box 6, and the cushioning member 8 is also attached to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the article 4 (unit packaging box 1 that accommodates this). By installing, it becomes possible to make the packaging box 6 exhibiting a buffering function against impacts from various directions on the unit packaging box 1.
In this way, by applying the packaging box 6 having a buffering function separately, it can be stored in the state of the unit packaging box 1 with a minimum volume during storage and also has a buffering function during transportation. It is possible to prevent the product from being damaged by addressing the packaging box 6.
Further, the packaging box 6 used in this embodiment can be stored without being bulky because the packaging box 6 can be expanded and reassembled without using a dedicated tool or the like. .
