Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for lifting a block mat, and more particularly to a method for lifting a block mat using a hammock.
In the civil engineering industry, concrete mats are used for construction such as riverbank revetment, road covering, road slope embankment, or cut-off edge press (see
In these constructions, it is necessary to transport the block mat to the site.
Therefore, the block mat is lifted and placed on the platform of a large truck for transportation.
In a generally used method for lifting a block mat, first, a rectangular iron pallet (mounting platform) having a size slightly larger than the block mat is prepared.
Then, this heavy iron pallet is lifted and placed on the loading platform.
The block mats are then lifted one by one by a crane and placed one after another.
When lifting with a crane, hold both ends of the block mat with a special tool.
A large number of block mats, for example, five, are placed.
Thereafter, an iron pallet is further placed on the uppermost block mat placed.
When five block mats are placed and this is repeated, a large number of block mats (for example, 15 in three repetitions) are stacked on the loading platform.
After a certain number of sheets are stacked in this way, they are moved to the site by a large truck for transportation.
At the site, the stacked block mats must be lifted one by one from the loading platform.
However, since it is an on-site work, it must be done quickly and efficiently when it is lowered from the loading platform.
When it is lowered at the site, in order to perform it quickly, it is not lifted one by one, but it is lifted by lifting the five block mat units loaded on the iron pallet on the top surface.
However, since this method uses an iron pallet of 1 ton or more, there is a drawback that the loading load becomes very large.
Moreover, since iron pallets are thick, they become bulky when stacked, and there is a limit to the number of sheets that can be lifted.
Further, since the iron pallet is flat, the tilting of the block mat causes a part of the iron pallet to hang down from the periphery of the iron pallet.
Moreover, in order to prevent such a problem from occurring, it is necessary to fix the block mat to the iron pallet with a wire or the like, but this work is troublesome and dangerous.
In yet another sense, a large space iron pallet remains on the site after construction, so a mounting space is required.
In addition, the iron pallet is made of iron and has a heavy load, making it difficult to transport and costly.
In other words, it is necessary to prepare and load a crane truck at the time of collection.
The present invention has been made based on the technical background as described above.
That is, an object of the present invention is a method for lifting the

That is, the present invention is (1) a method for lifting a block mat, which includes a plurality of lifting loop portions, is formed in a lattice shape with a fiber rope , and is formed on a rectangular flexible hammock as a whole. A plurality of block mats are placed in a state in which the protruding pieces of the base mat sheet of the block mat are sandwiched between the block mats, and a plurality of lifting mats provided in the lifting tool are provided in a plurality of loop portions provided in the hammock. The hook part is hooked, and then the part of the hammock that is left outside from the periphery of the block mat wraps around the loaded block mat, and the fiber rope bites into the base fabric sheet between the blocks There is a method for lifting the block mat that is lifted in the laid state.

In addition, as long as the present invention meets the purpose, a configuration in which the above (1) to ( 4 ) are appropriately combined can also be employed.

Further, the hook part is easily hooked on the loop part.
Further, when lowering, even if the position surface to be lowered is inclined, it can be grounded gradually, so it does not skid.
Further, even if there is some unevenness on the position surface, there is no problem because the
Incidentally, in the case of iron pallets, there is an inclination and skids. If there are irregularities, it becomes unstable.
Hammock can be folded, so there is no need for space for on-site storage.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

When this is repeated, a large number of block mats 1 (for example, a total of 15 sheets in three repetitions) are stacked on the loading platform.
In this way, after being stacked on the loading platform in a hammock unit (for example, five block mats) a plurality of times, the transport vehicle is moved to the site.

In the case of a conventional iron pallet, it is difficult to place on an inclined surface in the first place, and it becomes unstable due to unevenness.

In this way, it is lifted several times from the loading platform in a hammock unit (for example, five block mats) and lowered to the ground. It is quicker and more efficient than lifting them one by one.
