Description

The present invention relates to a faucet device, and in particular, to a connection structure between a spout head portion and a faucet body portion constituting a water outlet of the faucet device.

For example, in a faucet device such as a faucet with a base provided on an installation surface formed around the sink, etc., a spout that forms a spout that discharges water to a faucet body that forms a base with respect to the installation surface Some have a configuration in which the head is supported. The faucet body and the spout head constitute a water passage to the water outlet in a state where they are connected to each other on the installation surface.

In such a faucet device, conventionally, fixing for connecting the faucet body part and the spout head is performed by using a fastener such as a screw. On the other hand, in recent water faucet devices, a stylish and unity form that matches the space has become the mainstream from the conventional sturdy ones. For this reason, it is preferable that the fastener for fixing a faucet main-body part and a spout head is not visible from an external appearance in a faucet device.

Therefore, as a connection structure between the faucet body and the spout head, for example, a snap fitting technique using a protrusion and a claw as used in a water discharge head in a faucet device disclosed in Patent Document 1. Can be used. Specifically, in the configuration in which one of the two parts to be connected to each other is connected in a state of being inserted into the other part, the outer periphery side of the insertion-side part and the inner periphery of the inserted-side part On the side, a hooking projection or a claw corresponding thereto is provided. Then, as the one part is inserted into the other part, the claw part is hooked on the projection part by elastic deformation of the claw part, and the parts are connected.

According to such a connection structure, a fastener such as a screw is not required for connecting the components, and a mechanism for connecting the components does not appear in the appearance. However, in the connection structure of the faucet body part and the spout head, sufficient connection strength cannot be obtained by simply connecting the projection part and the claw part. Depending on the use state of the faucet device, the faucet body part And the spout head may be disconnected.

As the second claw portion is moved to the outer side in the radial direction of the base portion at least within the range in which the engagement with the outer peripheral concave portion is released at least by being moved inward in the radial direction of the base portion. Is formed so as to operate integrally with the second claw portion. With such a configuration, the moving state of the faucet body part and the spout body part can be easily released at the time of maintenance or the like without using a tool or the like only by moving the extension piece part to the inside of the base part. it can.

In the faucet device of the present invention, it is preferable that the outer peripheral recess is a groove continuous in the circumferential direction of the insertion portion. With such a configuration, the spout body can be rotatably connected to the faucet body, so that the positions of the water outlet and the spout head can be adjusted in accordance with the state of use of the faucet device.

Further, in the faucet device of the present invention, preferably, a guide piece protruding from the opening end face is formed on the opening end face of the opening in a partial range in the circumferential direction of the opening. The present invention is a configuration in which the spout head constituting the spout is connected to the faucet main body portion, and by using a connecting member that engages with each of the faucet main body portion side and the spout head side, the shape is devised. The faucet body and the spout head are connected to each other with sufficient connection strength without using a fastener such as a screw. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the faucet device 1 according to the present embodiment is a water faucet with a base that is installed on a counter 4 that is a flat portion formed around a sink 3 in a sink 2, for example. In the faucet device 1, a spout head 7 constituting a spout 6 for discharging water is supported on a faucet body part 5 constituting a base part for a counter 4. The faucet body 5 is provided in a fixed state with respect to the counter 4. The faucet body 5 and the spout head 7 constitute a water passage to the water outlet 6 in a state where they are connected to each other on the counter 4.

As described above, the faucet device 1 including the faucet body portion 5 that supports the spout head 7 includes the spout body portion 8 that constitutes the spout head 7 and is connected to the faucet body portion 5. In the faucet device 1 of this embodiment, the spout 6 of the spout head 7 is provided in the spout 9 that can be drawn out to the spout body 8 that is a part connected to the faucet body 5. It is done.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the faucet body 5 has a substantially bell shape and is provided in a state of standing on the counter 4 so as to gradually reduce the diameter toward the upper side. . A spout head 7 is supported above the faucet body 5. The spout head 7 has an outer shape that gradually decreases in diameter toward the upper side so that the tapered shape of the faucet body 5 is continuous in the spout body 8 connected to the faucet body 5. Thereby, an integral form is formed at the connecting portion between the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8. The faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 are both tubular members, and form an internal space that opens to the water discharger 9 side and the counter 4 side when connected to each other.

The spout body 8 has a shape that is curved on the counter 4 in the vertical direction (substantially perpendicular to the counter 4). The water discharger 9 is supported on the tip side of the spout body 8 (the side opposite to the side connected to the faucet body 5). The water discharger 9 is configured in a substantially cylindrical shape having substantially the same diameter as the tip of the spout body 8, and one end side thereof is supported by the spout body 8. Accordingly, the water discharger 9 is supported in a posture inclined with respect to the vertical direction by the spout body 8 having a curved shape as described above. A water discharge port 6 is provided on the distal end side of the water discharge portion 9 (the side opposite to the side supported by the spout body portion 8). The water discharge port 6 is provided so as to open radially outward in the cylindrical water discharge portion 9, and faces the diagonally downward direction in a state where the water discharge portion 9 is supported by the spout body portion 8.

Thus, the faucet body 5 and the spout head 7 constituting the faucet device 1 are made of metal, resin, or the like. In the following description, in the faucet device 1, the faucet body part 5 side (lower side in FIG. 3) in the relationship between the faucet body part 5 and the spout body part 8 is the lower side, and the spout body part 8 side (same as above). The upper side in the figure is the upper side.

A water supply hose 10 is connected to the end of the water discharger 9 on the side supported by the spout body 8. The hose 10 is a flexible member, and is arranged in a state of penetrating through the internal space of the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 in a connected state. Inside the water discharge part 9, a water passage 9 a having one end communicating with the hose 10 and the other end communicating with the water discharge port 6 is formed. The water passage 9 a is formed along the central axis portion in the substantially cylindrical water discharge portion 9. With such a configuration, the water discharger 9 is pulled out from the state supported by the spout body 8 with the hose 10 to the spout body 8.

A hose guide 11 for guiding the movement of the hose 10 accompanying the drawing operation and the return operation of the water discharger 9 with respect to the spout main body 8 is attached to the upper (front end) opening of the spout main body 8. The hose guide 11 is a substantially cylindrical member that forms a guide hole 11 a that allows the hose 10 to pass therethrough. The hose guide 11 is inserted into the spout main body 8 in a state where the inner space of the spout main body 8 is opened to the water discharger 9 by the guide hole 11a with respect to the upper opening of the spout main body 8. It is supported and fixed to it. The hose guide 11 is supported by the spout body 8 in a state in which it partially protrudes from the upper opening of the spout body 8. The water discharger 9 is supported by the spout body 8 with the protruding portion of the hose guide 11 from the spout body 8 inserted.

The faucet device 1 is a hot water / water mixing type faucet. For this reason, in the faucet device 1, the faucet body 5 is provided with a mixing unit 12 that incorporates a mixing mechanism for mixing water and hot water. A water pipe 13 for supplying water and a hot water pipe 14 for supplying hot water are connected to the mixing section 12 via pipe joints and the like, respectively. The water pipe 13 supplies water introduced from the tap water or the like to the mixing unit 12, and the hot water pipe 14 supplies hot water obtained from a hot water heater or the like to the mixing unit 12.

The mixing unit 12 generates mixed water by mixing the supplied water and hot water at a predetermined ratio. One end of an outflow pipe 15 for flowing out the mixed water obtained by the mixing unit 12 is connected to the mixing unit 12. The other end side of the hose 10 connected to the water discharge part 9 is connected to the other end of the outflow pipe 15 as described above. That is, in the faucet device 1, water from the water pipe 13 and hot water from the hot water pipe 14 are mixed in the mixing unit 12, and the mixed water obtained by the mixing unit 12 passes through the outflow pipe 15 and the hose 10. Through the water discharge portion 9 and discharged from the water discharge port 6 through the water passage 9a.

In the faucet device 1, the faucet body part 5 is provided with an operation part 16 for adjusting the flow rate and temperature of water discharged from the water outlet 6. The operation unit 16 is provided so as to be interlocked with a mixing mechanism configured in the mixing unit 12. An operation projection 16 a for operating the operation unit 16 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the operation unit 16. By the turning operation and tilting operation of the operation unit 16, the flow rate including the water stop / water discharge of the water discharged from the water discharge port 6 and the temperature are adjusted.

In the faucet device 1 having the above-described configuration, the faucet main body 5 and the spout main body 8 are connected by the connecting member 20. The connecting member 20 is formed of an elastically deformable material such as resin. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the connecting member 20 has a substantially cylindrical base 21. The connecting member 20 connects the faucet main body 5 and the spout main body 8 in a state where the connecting member 20 is housed in a connecting portion between the faucet main body 5 and the spout main body 8. For this reason, the base 21 has a tapered shape that gradually decreases in diameter toward the upper side (spout main body 8 side) in accordance with the shape of the connecting portion between the faucet main body 5 and the spout main body 8.

As shown in FIGS. 3, 5, 7, and 8, the connecting member 20 is formed in the spout body 8 and opens to the faucet body 5 that is a connection partner (hereinafter referred to as “spout side opening”). And an insertion portion (hereinafter referred to as “a spout side opening portion 8a) that is inserted into the spout body portion 8 side that is formed in the faucet body portion 5 and is connected to the spout body portion 8 side. The main body side insertion portion ")) The faucet main body portion 5 and the spout main body portion 8 are connected to each other in a state of being externally fitted to 5a.

The spout side opening 8a in which the connecting member 20 is fitted is an opening on the lower side of the spout main body 8 that is a tubular member. The connecting member 20 is inserted into the spout body 8 from below so that the outer peripheral surface of the base 21 is aligned with the inner peripheral surface (hereinafter referred to as “spout main body inner peripheral surface”) 8 b of the spout main body 8. In this state, it is fitted into the spout side opening 8a. Moreover, the opening end surface of the spout side opening 8a is formed as a lower end surface 8c that is a substantially horizontal plane.

The main body side insertion portion 5 a to which the connecting member 20 is fitted is a substantially cylindrical portion formed so as to protrude upward at the upper end portion of the faucet main body portion 5. That is, the main body side insertion portion 5 a is a reduced diameter portion of the faucet main body portion 5 with respect to the outer shape of the faucet main body portion 5 formed at the upper end. In a state where the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 are connected, the body-side insertion part 5a is inserted into the spout-side opening 8a, and the internal space of the spout body 8 and the interior of the faucet body 5 The space is in communication.

The connecting member 20 is fitted into the faucet main body 5 from above so that the main body side insertion portion 5a penetrates the base portion 21, so that the inner peripheral surface portion of the base portion 21 is changed to the outer periphery of the main body side insertion portion 5a. In the state along the surface, the main body side insertion portion 5a is externally fitted. Moreover, the upper side surface part 5c from which the main body side insertion part 5a protrudes in the faucet main body part 5 is formed as a substantially horizontal plane.

The connecting member 20 has an annular flange 22 that protrudes radially outward of the base 21 at the lower end of the base 21. The flange 22 is sandwiched between the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 when the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 are connected. That is, the upper side surface portion 5c of the faucet body portion 5 and the lower end surface 8c of the spout body portion 8 have substantially the same outer diameter, and in a state where the faucet body portion 5 and the spout body portion 8 are connected. The peripheral edge portion of the upper side surface portion 5c of the faucet main body portion 5 and the lower end surface 8c of the spout main body portion 8 serve as a mating surface, and the flange of the connecting member 20 is between the peripheral edge portion of the upper side surface portion 5c and the lower end surface 8c. Part 22 is sandwiched.

Thus, the connecting member 20 that connects the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 in the state fitted in the spout side opening 8a and in the state fitted outside the body side insertion part 5a, This will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. The connecting member 20 includes a spout fixing claw portion 23 and a main body fixing claw portion 24. The spout fixing claw portion 23 is a portion that forms a latching claw 23a for fixing the spout body opening 8 to the spout body portion 8 in a state in which the connecting member 20 is fitted in the spout side opening 8a. The main body fixing claw portion 24 is a portion that forms a hooking claw 24a for fixing the connecting member 20 to the faucet main body portion 5 in a state where the connecting member 20 is externally fitted to the main body side insertion portion 5a. .

The spout fixing claw 23 is formed in the base 21. In the present embodiment, the spout fixing claw portions 23 are provided at two locations which are opposed to each other in the radial direction in the substantially cylindrical base portion 21. The two spout fixing claws 23 are formed symmetrically (in the same shape) in the opposing direction. The spout fixing claw 23 is formed as a piece that is cut out into a substantially rectangular shape with the lower side connected to the substantially cylindrical peripheral wall constituting the base 21. In other words, the spout fixing claw portion 23 is a substantially rectangular plate-like portion that forms a part of the substantially cylindrical peripheral wall constituting the base portion 21 and protrudes upward. In the substantially rectangular spout fixing claw portion 23, a hooking claw 23a is formed along the side portion on the upper side (the side opposite to the side connected to the substantially cylindrical peripheral wall).

The latching claw 23a has a substantially isosceles triangular shape with the outer side being a hypotenuse in a cross-sectional view (see FIG. 8) passing through the position of the substantially central axis of the substantially cylindrical base 21, and is fixed to the spout by the inclination of the outer surface. The size of the claw portion 23 in the thickness direction (the radial direction of the base portion 21) is gradually reduced toward the upper side, and the step is formed as a stepped portion having the lower side as a step side. Therefore, the latching claw 23a forms a step on the outer surface portion of the spout fixing claw portion 23 and has a step surface 23b facing downward, and an inclined surface 23c inclined to the inside of the base portion 21 from the step surface 23b to the upper side. Have

The spout fixing claw 23 engages the engaging claw 23a with an inner peripheral groove 8d as an inner peripheral recess formed on the inner peripheral surface (spout main body inner peripheral surface 8b) of the spout side opening 8a. The connecting member 20 fitted in the spout side opening 8 a is fixed to the spout main body 8. The inner circumferential groove 8d is formed over substantially the entire circumference on the inner circumferential surface of the spout side opening 8a, and has at least the same width dimension as the vertical dimension of the latching claw 23a so that the latching claw 23a fits. However, the inner circumferential groove 8d may be formed in a part of the circumferential direction on the inner circumferential surface of the spout side opening 8a.

Thus, the connecting member 20 having the spout fixing claw 23 forming the hook claw 23a is inserted into the spout side opening 8a with the hook claw 23a side of the spout fixing claw 23 as the front side. The latching claw 23 a engages with the inner circumferential groove 8 d of the spout body 8. Specifically, when the connecting member 20 is inserted into the spout side opening 8a, the hooking claw 23a abuts the inner peripheral surface of the spout side opening 8a by the inclined surface 23c, and the spout fixing claw 23 is the base. It will be in the state elastically deformed inside from the part connected to 21. FIG. From this state, the connecting member 20 further moves to the back side of the spout side opening 8a, and the stepped surface 23b forming the hooking claw 23a reaches the inner peripheral groove 8d, so that the inside of the spout fixing claw portion 23 is reached. Due to the return action of the elastic deformation to the outside, the latching claw 23a is fitted into the inner circumferential groove 8d.

The engaging claw 23a of the spout fixing claw 23 is engaged with the inner circumferential groove 8d, whereby the connecting member 20 is fixed to the spout body 8. That is, in a state where the latching claw 23a is engaged with the inner circumferential groove 8d, the stepped surface 23b of the latching claw 23a becomes a latching surface for the inner circumferential groove 8d, and the lower side of the connecting member 20 from the spout side opening 8a. Omission to the side is regulated. Further, when the latching claw 23 a is engaged with the inner peripheral groove 8 d, the connecting member 20 is brought into contact with the lower end surface 8 c of the spout body portion 8 with the flange portion 22 formed on the base portion 21. The upward movement of the connecting member 20 relative to the spout body 8 is restricted.

Thus, the connecting member 20 is fixed to the spout body 8 in a state of being fitted into the spout side opening 8a by the two spout fixing claws 23. That is, in the connecting member 20 according to the present embodiment, the spout fixing claw portion 23 formed in the base portion 21 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the spout side opening portion 8a by fitting the base portion 21 into the spout side opening portion 8a. It functions as a first claw portion that engages with the inner circumferential groove 8d so as to restrict the slip of the base portion 21 from the spout side opening 8a.

The main body fixing claw 24 is formed in the base 21. In the present embodiment, the main body fixing claw portion 24 is provided at one place on the substantially cylindrical base portion 21. The main body fixing claw portion 24 is provided at a position shifted by approximately 90 ° in the circumferential direction of the base portion 21 with respect to the two spout fixing claw portions 23 arranged to face each other. The main body fixing claw 24 is formed as a piece that is cut out into a substantially rectangular shape with the upper side connected to the substantially cylindrical peripheral wall constituting the base 21. In other words, the main body fixing claw portion 24 is a substantially rectangular plate-like portion that forms a part of the substantially cylindrical peripheral wall constituting the base portion 21 and protrudes downward. In the substantially rectangular main body fixing claw 24, a latching claw 24 a is formed along the lower side (the side opposite to the side connected to the substantially cylindrical peripheral wall).

The latching claw 24a has a substantially isosceles triangular shape whose inside is a hypotenuse in a sectional view (see FIG. 9) passing through the position of the substantially central axis of the substantially cylindrical base 21, and is fixed to the main body by the inclination of the inner surface. The dimension of the claw portion 24 in the thickness direction (the radial direction of the base portion 21) is gradually reduced toward the lower side, and is formed as a stepped portion having the upper side as the stepped side. Therefore, the latching claw 24a forms a step on the inner side surface portion of the main body fixing claw portion 24 and has a step surface 24b facing upward, and an inclined surface 24c inclined to the outside of the base portion 21 from the step surface 24b to the lower side. Have

The main body fixing claw portion 24 is externally fitted to the main body side insertion portion 5a by engaging the latching claw 24a with an outer peripheral groove 5d as an outer peripheral concave portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the main body side insertion portion 5a. The connecting member 20 is fixed to the faucet body 5. The outer circumferential groove 5d is formed over substantially the entire circumference on the outer circumferential surface of the main body side insertion portion 5a, and has at least the same width dimension as the vertical dimension of the latching claw 24a so that the latching claw 24a fits. However, the outer peripheral groove 5d may be formed in a part in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the main body side insertion portion 5a.

In this way, the connecting member 20 having the main body fixing claw portion 24 forming the hooking claw 24a is fitted into the main body side insertion portion 5a with the hooking claw 24a side of the main body fixing claw portion 24 as the front side. Thus, the latching claw 24 a engages with the outer peripheral groove 5 d of the faucet body 5. Specifically, when the connecting member 20 is fitted into the main body side insertion portion 5a, the latching claw 24a contacts the outer peripheral surface of the main body side insertion portion 5a by the inclined surface 24c, and the main body fixing claw portion 24 is It will be in the state elastically deformed outside from the part connected to the base 21. From this state, the connecting member 20 further moves to the back side of the main body side insertion portion 5a, and the stepped surface 24b forming the latching claw 24a reaches the outer peripheral groove 5d, so that the outer side of the main body fixing claw portion 24 is moved. The latching claw 24a is fitted into the outer peripheral groove 5d by the return action to the inside of the elastic deformation.

The connecting claw 20 is fixed to the faucet body 5 by engaging the latching claw 24a of the body fixing claw 24 with the outer peripheral groove 5d. That is, in a state where the latching claw 24a is engaged with the outer circumferential groove 5d, the stepped surface 24b of the latching claw 24a becomes a latching surface with respect to the outer circumferential groove 5d, and the connection member 20 is moved upward from the main body side insertion portion 5a. Omission is regulated. Moreover, in the state where the latching claw 24a is engaged with the outer peripheral groove 5d, the connecting member 20 is brought into a state where the bottom surface 21a of the base portion 21 is brought into contact with the upper side surface portion 5c of the faucet main body portion 5, thereby The downward movement of the water faucet body 5 is restricted.

Thus, the connecting member 20 is fixed to the faucet main body 5 in a state of being externally fitted to the main body side insertion portion 5a by one main body fixing claw portion 24. That is, in the connection member 20 according to the present embodiment, the main body fixing claw portion 24 formed on the base portion 21 is fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the main body side insertion portion 5a by fitting the base portion 21 into the main body side insertion portion 5a. It functions as a second claw portion that engages with the outer peripheral groove 5d that is formed so as to restrict the removal of the base portion 21 from the main body side insertion portion 5a.

Further, the connecting member 20 has an extension piece 25. The extension piece 25 is provided at one (upper side in the present embodiment) opening end (hereinafter referred to as “upper opening end”) 21b in the substantially cylindrical outer shape of the base 21, and the upper opening end 21b. A part in the circumferential direction is extended to the upper opening end 21 b side (upper side) of the base 21.

The extension piece portion 25 is a strip-like plate-like portion whose longitudinal direction is the extending direction from the upper opening end portion 21b. The extension piece portion 25 has a length of about 1 to 2 times the vertical dimension of the base portion 21, and has substantially the same plate thickness as the portion of the substantially cylindrical peripheral wall constituting the base portion 21. The extension piece 25 has a shape such that the outer plate surface is along the spout main body inner peripheral surface 8b in a state where the connecting member 20 is fitted into the spout side opening 8a and fixed to the spout main body 8.

Therefore, in the faucet device 1 of the present embodiment, the extension piece 25 is curved in the extending direction from the upper opening end 21b in correspondence with the shape of the spout body 8 being curved. Moreover, in this embodiment, the extension piece part 25 is formed in the spout main-body part inner peripheral surface 8b so that the part of the inner peripheral side (left side in FIG. 9) in the direction where the spout main-body part 8 curves may be followed.

The extension piece 25 is integrally formed with the base 21 by integral molding of resin or the like. The extension piece 25 presses the spout main body inner peripheral surface 8b in a state of being in partial or total contact with the spout main body inner peripheral surface 8b by elastic deformation starting from a portion connected to the base 21. To be formed. For this reason, the connecting member 20 is fitted into the spout-side opening 8a, so that an urging force that presses the spout body inner peripheral surface 8b by elastic deformation of the extension piece 25 is obtained in a natural state ( The shape of the extension piece 25 is set, including the degree of inclination and the degree of bending of the extension piece 25 in the connecting member 20 in the vertical direction with respect to the vertical direction in a state where the connection member 20 is not fitted in the spout side opening 8a. For example, the extension piece portion 25 is formed such that the inclination angle toward the outside with respect to the vertical direction is larger than the inclination angle with respect to the vertical direction of the inner peripheral surface 8b of the spout body portion.

As described above, the extension piece 25 is integrated with the base 21 so as to press the spout body inner peripheral surface 8b by elastic force in a state where the connecting member 20 is fitted in the spout side opening 8a. Formed. When the connecting member 20 having the extension piece 25 is fitted in the spout-side opening 8a in this way, the spout main body is energized by the spout fixing claw portion 23 and the extension piece portion 25 urged outward by elastic deformation. The movement of the connecting member 20 in the circumferential direction with respect to the spout body 8 is regulated by pressing the inner peripheral surface 8b.

Further, the extension piece portion 25 is formed as follows in relation to the main body fixing claw portion 24. The main body fixing claw portion 24 is formed as a piece portion of the base portion 21 that is cut out in a state in which the side (upper side) from which the extension piece portion 25 extends is connected to the substantially cylindrical peripheral wall constituting the base portion 21. The extension piece 25 is formed such that one end side of the extension piece 25 is connected to the upper opening end 21 b with respect to the base 21.

And the extension piece part 25 is provided so that the position of the circumferential direction in the base part 21 may correspond substantially with respect to the nail | claw part 24 for main body fixing. In other words, the main body fixing claw portion 24 and the extension piece portion 25 are formed so as to be connected from above and below to a common portion in the upper end portion of the base portion 21. Further, the main body fixing claw portion 24 and the extension piece portion 25 are formed so that the dimensions in the width direction (the circumferential direction of the base portion 21) are substantially the same.

According to such an arrangement relationship and relative size between the main body fixing claw portion 24 and the extension piece portion 25, the main body fixing claw portion 24 and the extension piece portion 25 are arranged at the base portion 21 at the upper end portion of the base portion 21. It becomes an aspect formed by the integral plate-shaped part which makes the part of the both sides along the circumferential direction of this to the connection part 21c with respect to the substantially cylindrical surrounding wall which comprises the base part 21. As shown in FIG.

Accordingly, the main body fixing claw portion 24 is tilted inward and outward of the base portion 21 with a portion where the extension piece portion 25 is connected to the base portion 21 as a base point, so that the extension piece portion 25 including the connection portion 21c is elastically deformed. The portion connected to the base portion 21 operates integrally with the extension piece 25 like a seesaw with the fulcrum portion as a fulcrum portion. That is, the extension piece 25 is tilted inward with respect to the base 21, whereby the main body fixing claw 24 is tilted outward with respect to the peripheral wall constituting the base 21, and conversely, the extension piece 25 is By tilting outward with respect to 21, the main body fixing claw 24 tilts inward with respect to the peripheral wall constituting the base 21.

The integral operation of the main body fixing claw portion 24 and the extension piece portion 25 is a state in which the connecting member 20 is fitted in the spout side opening 8a and is fitted in the main body side insertion portion 5a. Thus, when the extension piece 25 is moved inward in the radial direction of the base 21 with the portion connected to the base 21 as a base point, the base 21 is within a range in which the main body fixing claw 24 is disengaged from at least the outer peripheral groove 5d. It is done to move outward in the radial direction. That is, in the connecting member 20 in a state where the faucet main body 5 and the spout main body 8 are connected, the extension piece 25 is moved away from the inner peripheral surface 8b of the spout main body 8b. 24 moves away from the outer peripheral surface of the main body side insertion portion 5a so that the latching claw 24a is detached from the outer peripheral groove 5d.

Thus, in the structure formed so as to operate integrally with the main body fixing claw 24 using the portion where the extension piece 25 is connected to the base 21 as a fulcrum, work from the upper opening of the spout main body 8 The extension piece 25 is moved away from the inner surface 8b of the spout main body by, for example, a finger or a tool, so that the engagement of the main body fixing claw 24 with the main body side insertion portion 5a is released. (See arrow B in FIG. 9). Accordingly, the engagement of the main body fixing claw portion 24 with the main body side insertion portion 5a is released by the operation of the extension piece portion 25 from the upper opening portion of the spout main body portion 8, so that the spout fixing claw portion 23 The spout main body portion 8 with the connecting member 20 fixed can be pulled out from the main body side insertion portion 5a.

Here, as shown in FIG. 9, a hook portion 25 a for hooking a finger, a tool, or the like is formed at the distal end portion of the extension piece portion 25. The hanging portion 25a is a portion that reduces the thickness of the distal end portion of the extension piece portion 25 from the side (outside) that contacts the spout body portion inner peripheral surface 8b, and is an extended piece portion that is in contact with the spout body portion inner peripheral surface 8b. A gap is formed between 25 and the spout body inner peripheral surface 8b. That is, by inserting a finger, a tool, or the like into the gap formed between the extension piece 25 and the spout main body inner peripheral surface 8b by the hook 25a, the main body side insertion portion 5a of the main body fixing claw 24 is provided. The extension piece 25 is operated to release the engagement.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 9, the distal end portion of the extension piece 25 is pressed by the hose guide 11 attached to the upper opening of the spout body 8 as described above. Specifically, the outer peripheral surface portion 11b of the end portion (lower end portion) in the insertion direction of the hose guide 11 which is a substantially cylindrical member with respect to the spout body portion 8 is the inner side (hanging) of the extension piece portion 25. The tip of the extension piece 25 is pressed by the hose guide 11 while in contact with the opposite side of the portion 25a.

As described above, the distal end portion of the extension piece portion 25 is pressed by the hose guide 11 to prevent the main body fixing claw portion 24 interlocking with the extension piece portion 25 from being disengaged from the main body side insertion portion 5a. The That is, the outer peripheral surface portion 11b of the hose guide 11 moves the extension piece portion 25 away from the spout main body inner peripheral surface 8b, that is, in the direction in which the main body fixing claw portion 24 is disengaged from the main body side insertion portion 5a. Since the operation of the extension piece portion 25 is restricted, the unexpected engagement release of the main body fixing claw portion 24 due to the impact of the faucet device 1 or the like does not occur.

Further, in the structure in which the faucet main body 5 and the spout main body 8 are connected by the connecting member 20, the outer peripheral groove 5d with which the latching claw 24a of the main body fixing claw 24 is engaged is as in this embodiment. It is preferable that the groove portion is continuous in the circumferential direction of the main body side insertion portion 5a. In other words, the outer peripheral concave portion with which the main body fixing claw portion 24 is engaged is a groove portion that is sufficiently long with respect to the dimension in the width direction (the circumferential direction of the base portion 21) of the latching claw 24a of the main body fixing claw portion 24. preferable. In the present embodiment, the outer peripheral groove 5d is formed over the entire circumference of the main body side insertion portion 5a.

In the present embodiment, the latching claw 24a of the main body fixing claw portion 24 is slidable in the circumferential direction of the main body side insertion portion 5a along the outer peripheral groove 5d while being fitted in the outer peripheral groove 5d. For this reason, the spout main body portion 8 connected to the faucet main body portion 5 by the main body fixing claw portion 24 in a state where the connecting member 20 is fixed can be rotated with respect to the faucet main body portion 5.

As described above, the outer peripheral groove 5d with which the latching claw 24a of the main body fixing claw 24 is engaged is a groove continuous in the circumferential direction of the main body side insertion portion 5a. It can be connected to the part 5 in a rotatable manner. Thereby, the user of the faucet device 1 can adjust the positions of the spout 6 and the spout head 7 in accordance with the usage status of the faucet device 1.

Moreover, rotation with respect to the faucet main-body part 5 of the spout main-body part 8 is controlled in a predetermined range. As shown in FIG. 5, the faucet device 1 includes a guide piece 31 provided in the spout body 8 and a receiving groove 32 provided in the faucet body 5 in order to regulate the rotation range of the spout body 8. Have.

The guide piece 31 is a substantially rectangular plate-like protruding portion formed so as to protrude downward on the lower end surface 8c which is the opening end surface of the spout side opening 8a. The guide piece 31 is formed integrally with the spout body 8 (see FIG. 9). In the circumferential direction of the spout side opening 8a, the guide piece 31 is located substantially opposite to the main body fixing claw 24 in a state where the connecting member 20 is fitted in the spout side opening 8a (from the spout fixing claw 23). (Position shifted 90 °).

The receiving groove 32 opens to the upper side in the upper side surface portion 5c that is a surface portion from which the main body side insertion portion 5a protrudes, and receives the guide piece 31 of the spout main body portion 8 connected to the faucet main body portion 5. For this reason, the receiving groove 32 can insert the guide piece 31 in a state where the spout body 8 is connected to the faucet body 5 in the radial direction of the faucet body 5 corresponding to the guide piece 31. Formed at various positions. The receiving groove 32 is formed in an arc shape along the outer edge of the upper side surface portion 5 c so as to allow the guide piece 31 to move with the rotation of the spout body portion 8 with respect to the faucet body portion 5.

Thus, the spout body 8 having the guide piece 31 is connected to the faucet body 5 in a state where the guide piece 31 is inserted into the receiving groove 32. On the other hand, the lower end surface 8 c from which the guide piece 31 protrudes sandwiches the flange portion 22 of the connecting member 20 together with the peripheral edge portion of the upper side surface portion 5 c of the faucet main body portion 5. For this reason, in the connecting member 20, an allowable hole 22a penetrating the flange portion 22 in the vertical direction is formed. The allowable hole 22a allows the guide piece 31 to protrude from the lower end surface 8c with which the flange portion 22 substantially contacts in a state where the connecting member 20 is fixed to the spout body portion 8. That is, the guide piece 31 is inserted into the receiving groove 32 through the allowable hole 22a. Therefore, the permissible hole 22a is formed in a position and shape that allows the guide piece 31 to pass through in the state where the connecting member 20 is fixed to the spout body portion 8 in the collar portion 22.

Thus, in the configuration in which the spout body 8 is connected to the faucet body 5 with the guide piece 31 inserted into the receiving groove 32, the rotation range of the spout body 8 relative to the faucet body 5 is predetermined. It is regulated in the range. That is, the guide piece 31 functions as a stopper for the rotation of the spout body portion 8, and the rotation of the spout body portion 8 is restricted when the guide piece 31 hits the wall surface of the end portion of the receiving groove 32. Therefore, the spout body 8 is restricted in its rotation range with respect to the faucet body 5 until the guide piece 31 hits the wall surfaces at both ends in the circumferential direction with respect to the arc-shaped receiving groove 32. For this reason, the rotation range of the spout body 8 with respect to the faucet body 5 by setting the length of the arc of the receiving groove 32 and the length of the guide piece 31 in the width direction (circumferential direction of the spout side opening 8a), etc. Is set.

As described above, according to the configuration in which the guide piece 31 provided on the spout body 8 side is inserted into the receiving groove 32 formed on the faucet body 5 side, the faucet of the spout body 8 can be obtained with a simple configuration. The rotation range with respect to the main body 5 can be restricted. Since the rotation range of the spout body 8 with respect to the faucet body 5 can be restricted, the hose 10 passing through the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 can be prevented from being twisted.

In addition, about the guide piece 31, the position, shape, etc. provided in the lower end surface 8c will not be specifically limited if it protrudes from the lower end surface 8c in the partial range of the circumferential direction of the spout side opening part 8a. As for the receiving groove 32, the guide piece 31 is inserted in a state where the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 are connected, and the guide piece 31 moves as the spout body 8 rotates with respect to the faucet body 5. As long as this is allowed within a predetermined range, the position, shape, and the like provided on the upper side surface portion 5c are not particularly limited.

As described above, an example of an assembling procedure of the faucet device 1 according to the present embodiment in which the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 are coupled by the coupling member 20 will be described. In assembling the faucet device 1, first, the connecting member 20 is attached to the spout body 8. That is, when the connecting member 20 is fitted into the spout-side opening 8 a, the spout fixing claw 23 is engaged with the inner circumferential groove 8 d, and the connecting member 20 is fixed to the spout body 8.

Next, the connecting member 20 fixed to the spout body 8 is attached to the faucet body 5 together with the spout body 8. That is, the assembly of the spout main body 8 and the connecting member 20 is assembled to the faucet main body 5 so that the main body side insertion portion 5a is inserted into the connecting member 20, so that the connecting member 20 is the main body. The main body fixing claw portion 24 is engaged with the outer peripheral groove 5d by being fitted into the side insertion portion 5a. As a result, the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 are connected by the connecting member 20.

After the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 are connected by the connecting member 20, the hose guide 11 is attached to the upper opening of the spout body 8. Here, the tip of the extension piece 25 of the connecting member 20 is pressed by the hose guide 11 attached to the spout body 8. And the water discharging part 9 with which the protrusion part from the spout main-body part 8 of the hose guide 11 is assembled | attached in the state connected to the hose 10 passing through the faucet main-body part 5 and the spout main-body part 8, and water is attached. The assembly of the stopper device 1 is completed.

According to the faucet device 1 of the present embodiment as described above, in the configuration including the faucet body portion 5 and the spout head 7 that are connected to each other, the faucet body portion 5 and the spout head 7 are connected. The mechanism does not appear in the appearance, and sufficient connection strength can be obtained.

In other words, the connecting member 20 is fitted into the spout side opening 8a, so that the connecting member 20 is fitted to the main body side insertion portion 5a while being accommodated in the spout main body portion 8. For this reason, in the state which the faucet main-body part 5 and the spout main-body part 8 connected, it does not appear in an external appearance except the part of the collar part 22 pinched by the peripheral part of the upper side part 5c, and the lower end surface 8c. Thereby, a form with a sense of unity can be realized at the connecting portion between the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8.

Further, according to the connecting member 20, in addition to the engaging action of the spout fixing claw 23 to the spout main body 8 and the engaging action of the main body fixing claw 24 to the faucet main body 5, the extension piece 25 A pressing action against the inner peripheral surface 8b of the spout body is obtained. For this reason, compared with the case where the faucet main-body part 5 and the spout main-body part 8 are connected only by the engagement effect | action by a nail | claw part, it connects firmly and high connection strength is obtained.

Further, in the connecting member 20 according to the present embodiment, since the extension piece 25 is formed so as to operate integrally with the main body fixing claw 24, the extension piece 25 is directed toward the inside of the base 21. Only by moving, the connection state of the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 can be easily released without using a tool or the like. Thereby, it becomes possible to easily perform the maintenance of the faucet body 5 and the spout body 8 independently. Furthermore, since the extension piece part 25 interlocked with the main body fixing claw part 24 is pressed against the spout main body part inner peripheral surface 8b, the main body fixing claw part 24 is engaged with the main body side insertion part 5a. The movement of the main body fixing claw 24 in the direction in which the main body fixing claw 24 is released is restricted, and the engaged state of the main body fixing claw 24 is ensured.

In addition, about the spout fixing nail | claw part 23 which the connection member 20 has, the nail | claw part 24 for main body fixation, and the extension piece part 25, the number provided in the connection member 20, a position, etc. are not limited to this embodiment. Further, the faucet device 1 of the present embodiment is configured such that the spout 6 of the spout head 7 is constituted by a spout 9 that can be pulled out separately from the spout body 8. The present invention can also be applied to a faucet device formed in a part integral with a spout body part, which is a part connected to the faucet body part.

Moreover, in the faucet device 1 of this embodiment, the opening part in which the connection member 20 is fitted is provided as the spout side opening part 8a in the spout body part 8, and the insertion part in which the connection member 20 is fitted outside is provided. The faucet body 5 is provided as the body-side insertion part 5a, but is not limited thereto. In other words, the connecting member 20 has an opening in which the connecting member 20 is fitted in the faucet body, and an insertion portion in which the connecting member 20 is fitted in the spout body. Applicable. Such a configuration will be described as a second embodiment of the present invention. In addition, about the part which is common in 1st embodiment of this invention, description is abbreviate | omitted suitably using the same code | symbol.

As shown in FIGS. 10 to 14, in the faucet device of the present embodiment, the faucet main body 205 fixed to the counter 4 has a funnel-like outer shape that gradually decreases in diameter toward the upper side. However, it is provided standing on the counter 4. A spout body 208 constituting a spout head is connected to the upper side of the faucet body 205. The spout body 208 has a tapered outer shape that gradually decreases in diameter toward the upper side. On the upper side of the spout main body 208, a water discharger 209 constituting a water discharge port is supported in the spout head.

In the faucet device of the present embodiment, a main body side opening 205a is formed in the faucet main body 205 as an opening into which the connecting member 20 is fitted. Further, a spout-side insertion portion 208 a is formed in the spout body portion 208 connected to the upper side of the faucet body portion 205 as an insertion portion to which the connecting member 20 is fitted. That is, in this embodiment, the connecting member 20 is in a state of being fitted in the main body side opening 205a and in a state of being externally fitted in the spout side insertion portion 208a, and the faucet main body 205 and the spout main body. 208 is connected. For this reason, in the present embodiment, the connecting member 20 is used in an upside down posture as compared to the case of the first embodiment.

In the present embodiment, the spout fixing claw portion 23 as the first claw portion is an inner peripheral concave portion formed on the main body inner peripheral surface 205b that is the inner peripheral surface of the main body side opening 205a. By engaging with the circumferential groove 205d, the connecting member 20 fitted in the main body side opening 205a is fixed to the faucet main body 205. Further, the main body fixing claw portion 24 as the second claw portion engages the engaging claw 24a with the outer peripheral groove 208d as the outer peripheral recess formed on the outer peripheral surface of the spout side insertion portion 208a. The connecting member 20 that is externally fitted to the insertion portion 208 a is fixed to the spout body portion 208.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the main-body part internal peripheral surface 205b is formed as a surface which curves to the outer side of radial direction toward the lower side in the faucet main-body part 205 comprised by the funnel shape extended below. In a state where the extension piece portion 25 that curves in the extending direction from the upper opening end portion 21b is in contact with the main body inner peripheral surface 205b as described above, the main body inner peripheral surface 205b Press a part. As described above, in the present embodiment, the extension piece portion 25 formed integrally with the base portion 21 of the connecting member 20 is the inner peripheral surface of the main body portion by the elastic force in the state of being fitted into the main body side opening portion 205a. Press 205b.

In the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the outer peripheral groove 208d with which the latching claw 24a of the main body fixing claw 24 engages is formed as a groove continuous in the circumferential direction of the spout-side insertion part 208a. Is done. As a result, the spout body 208 can be rotated with respect to the faucet body 205.

Further, in the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, a guide piece 231 is provided on the faucet body 205 side to restrict the rotation range of the spout body 208, and a receiving groove 232 on the spout body 208 side. Is provided. The guide piece 231 is formed to protrude upward on the upper end surface 205c that is the opening end surface of the main body side opening 205a. In addition, the receiving groove 232 is formed in an arc shape so as to open downward in a lower side surface portion 208c that is a surface portion from which the spout side insertion portion 208a protrudes. Thereby, the rotation range with respect to the faucet main-body part 205 of the spout main-body part 208 is controlled. Also in the faucet device of the present embodiment as described above, the same actions and effects as the faucet device 1 according to the first embodiment can be obtained.

A third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In addition, about the part which is common in 1st embodiment of this invention, description is abbreviate | omitted suitably using the same code | symbol. In the faucet device of this embodiment, the extension piece part which a connection member has is formed in a substantially straight line shape so that a perpendicular direction may be met.

As shown in FIGS. 15 to 19, in the faucet device of the present embodiment, the faucet body 305 fixed to the counter 4 has a substantially cylindrical outer shape and is provided standing on the counter 4. It is done. A spout body 308 constituting a spout head is connected to the upper side of the faucet body 305. The spout body 308 has a tapered outer shape that gradually decreases in diameter toward the upper side. On the upper side of the spout body 308, a water discharger 309 that forms a water discharge port in the spout head is supported.

And in the faucet device of this embodiment, the main body side opening part 305a is formed in the faucet body part 305 as an opening part in which the connection member 320 is fitted like the second embodiment, and the faucet A spout-side insertion portion 308a is formed on the spout main body portion 308 connected to the upper side of the main body portion 305 as an insertion portion into which the connecting member 320 is externally fitted. That is, in this embodiment, the connecting member 320 is in a state of being fitted in the main body side opening 305a and in a state of being externally fitted in the spout side insertion portion 308a, and the faucet main body portion 305 and the spout main body portion. 308 is connected.

In the present embodiment, the spout fixing claw portion 23 as the first claw portion is an inner peripheral concave portion formed on the main body inner peripheral surface 305b which is the inner peripheral surface of the main body side opening 305a. By engaging with the circumferential groove 305d, the connecting member 320 fitted in the main body side opening 305a is fixed to the faucet main body 305. Further, the main body fixing claw portion 24 as the second claw portion is engaged with the outer peripheral groove 308d as the outer peripheral concave portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the spout side insertion portion 308a by engaging the latching claw 24a with the spout side. The connecting member 320 that is externally fitted to the insertion portion 308a is fixed to the spout body 308.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the main-body-part inner peripheral surface 305b is formed as a substantially cylindrical surface along the up-down direction in the faucet main-body part 305 comprised in a substantially cylindrical shape. Thus, the base 321 of the connecting member 320 has a substantially cylindrical shape in accordance with the shape of the main body inner peripheral surface 305b with respect to the main body inner peripheral surface 305b having a substantially cylindrical surface.

Similarly, the extension piece 325 of the connecting member 320 extends linearly from the lower opening end 321b of the base 321 with respect to the inner peripheral surface 305b of the substantially cylindrical surface. That is, the extension piece 325 presses the main body inner peripheral surface 305b in a state of being in partial or total contact with the main body inner peripheral surface 305b by elastic deformation with a portion connected to the base 321 as a base point. To be formed. As described above, in the present embodiment, the extension piece portion 325 formed integrally with the base portion 321 of the connecting member 320 is the inner peripheral surface of the main body portion by the elastic force in the state of being fitted into the main body side opening portion 305a. Press 305b.

In the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment, the outer peripheral groove 308d with which the latching claw 24a of the main body fixing claw 24 is engaged is formed as a groove continuous in the circumferential direction of the spout side insertion portion 308a. Is done. As a result, the spout body 308 can rotate with respect to the faucet body 305.

In the present embodiment, similarly to the first embodiment, a guide piece 331 is provided on the faucet body 305 side to restrict the rotation range of the spout body 308, and a receiving groove 332 on the spout body 308 side. Is provided. The guide piece 331 is formed so as to protrude upward on the upper end surface 305c which is the opening end surface of the main body side opening 305a. In addition, the receiving groove 332 is formed in an arc shape so as to open downward in a lower side surface portion 308c that is a surface portion from which the spout side insertion portion 308a protrudes. Thereby, the rotation range with respect to the faucet main-body part 305 of the spout main-body part 308 is controlled. Also in the faucet device of the present embodiment as described above, the same actions and effects as the faucet device 1 according to the first embodiment can be obtained.
