Description
Claims (15)
- 内部抵抗性層及び外部跳弾防止ケースを有する防砲弾及び防銃弾構造を製造する方法であって、
圧力ダイカスト用の第1成型シート内に前記抵抗性層を配設し、且つ、前記砲弾又は銃弾の衝撃面に少なくとも対応する空間を生成するべく、前記シートの少なくとも1つの壁から既定の距離に前記抵抗性層を維持するステップと、
前記第1シート内において温度T1及び圧力P1において第1熱可塑性材料を注入するステップであって、前記第1材料は、中間アセンブリ内における前記抵抗性層と熱可塑性材料の第1の鋳造物との結合を得るべく、少なくとも1つの抵抗性添加材が添加された重合性マトリックスを有する、ステップと、
前記抵抗性層及び第1鋳造物からなる前記中間アセンブリを圧力ダイカスト用の鋳型の第2の成型シート内に配設し、且つ、前記中間アセンブリを実質的に包み込む空間を生成するべく前記第2シートの壁から既定の距離に前記アセンブリを維持するステップと、
前記第2シート内において前記温度T1を下回る温度T2及び前記圧力P1を下回る圧力P2において第2熱可塑性材料を注入するステップであって、前記第2の材料は、前記中間アセンブリと熱可塑性材料の第2の鋳造物との結合を得るべく、重合性マトリックスを有する、ステップとを有する方法。 - 前記抵抗性層は、補強リングを有する凸状に成形された鋼プレートを有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2熱可塑性材料は、前記第1及び第2鋳造物の接着を改善するべく重合性マトリックスを有する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記温度T1は、240〜280℃である請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力P1は、4.5MPa〜7MPaである請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1シートの前記壁から既定の距離に前記抵抗性層を維持する前記ステップは、スペーサ要素を介在させることによって実行される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2シートの前記壁から既定の距離に前記中間アセンブリを維持する前記ステップは、前記第1の注入において前記中間アセンブリ上に生成されたスペーサ要素によって実行される請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成型シートの中の少なくとも1つのものは、デュアルシートインプレッションである請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 搬送車両又は戦闘車両の車体構造の自己支持型部品を構成するべく成形された請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って製造された防砲弾及び防銃弾構造。
- 操作者による観察を許容するが爆発の場合の破片の通過を許容しないスリットが提供されたバイザを構成するべく成形された請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って製造された防砲弾及び防銃弾構造。
- 火器又は爆発物用の保持ハウジングを構成するべく成形された請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って製造された防砲弾及び防銃弾構造。
- 構造が、前記構造の前記抵抗性層が建物の一部の完全な被覆を生成するように、部分的にオーバーラップしている請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って製造された構造の分布を有する防砲弾及び防銃弾建物パネル材。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って製造された構造を有することを特徴とする防砲弾及び防銃弾ジャケット。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って製造された構造を有することを特徴とする防砲弾及び防銃弾ヘルメット。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って製造された構造を有することを特徴とする防砲弾及び防銃弾履物。
