Description
The present invention relates to a blood glucose level information processing apparatus, a blood glucose level information display sheet generated by the apparatus, and a blood glucose level data display sheet for patient guidance, and more specifically, the blood glucose level measurement data accumulated for a specific diabetic patient is isolated. Or a blood glucose level information display sheet capable of displaying the processed data in a certain format and a blood glucose level data display sheet for patient guidance.
Currently, it is reported that the number of diabetic patients is increasing significantly, and the number of potential patients who have not been diagnosed with diabetes (hereinafter collectively referred to as patients) is also increasing. Examples of the therapy for such patients include diet therapy, exercise therapy, drug therapy, insulin therapy, etc. In any case, daily blood glucose level management for each patient is extremely important.
In order to easily measure such a blood glucose level, a portable automatic blood glucose level measuring device is commercially available. However, if each patient measures his / her blood glucose level, what does the change in blood glucose level mean, and whether the blood glucose level tends to increase or decrease, Furthermore, it is not easy to grasp information such as the maximum value, minimum value, or average value of one's own blood sugar level.
Blood glucose level data of individual patients is a system that makes it easy to manage blood glucose data measured daily by the patient, bring the data to the hospital, etc., and allow the doctor in charge to make an appropriate diagnosis while viewing the data. Blood glucose information processing system that can input information into a commercially available computer, etc., and display information relating to changes in blood glucose levels and trends, temporal changes in blood glucose levels and average values for each patient, etc. It has been proposed (

According to the present invention, a target value related to a blood glucose level capable of maintaining or improving a medical condition can be set within a predetermined period, and the number of blood glucose levels exceeding the target value is automatically counted every day, and a warning is displayed by a graph or the like. In order to be able to do so, the patient's interest in blood glucose levels can be raised, the results of the patient's own goals can be reviewed, and guidelines for making efforts to improve the medical condition can be given.
Furthermore, the previous measurement is generally displayed by displaying the number of times the blood glucose level has exceeded the previously measured target value, the average value of the previously measured blood glucose level, and a small graph indicating changes or trends in the previously measured blood glucose level. You can compare with the value. In addition, by displaying the previous measurement values and the like in a small graph, other information such as a graph indicating the average of the measurement values within a predetermined period can be represented on the sheet. As a result, even doctors, nurses, and public health nurses who have little experience in diabetes improvement can easily obtain information for guidance to patients. It has the unique effect of being able to contribute to the training and securing of leaders at the hospitals, clinics and health centers that are lacking.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a system configuration diagram of a blood glucose level information processing apparatus according to the present invention. In FIG. 1,
The blood glucose level information provided to the hospital or the like from the blood glucose
(1) Information about the patient himself. This includes patient name, gender, age, and the like.
(2) Blood glucose level measurement date and measurement time zone. The measurement time zone means, for example, “before breakfast”, “before lunch”, “before dinner”, and “before going to bed”. In some cases, measurement time zones such as “after breakfast”, “after lunch”, “after dinner”, and “midnight” are included.
(3)HbAlc値(%) (3) HbAlc value (%)
Therefore, the blood glucose
Next, the internal structure of the
The
The data output from the blood glucose
First is the patient name. The patient name is read from the specific patient ID information input from the
(S4)。 Next, the doctor inputs a counting target period related to blood glucose level processing (S4).
When the doctor operates the
Next, the doctor operates the
It will be understood from FIG. 2 that the number of alarms was 26/29 last time and 20/21 this month. The average value is 119 mg / dl in the previous month and 122 mg / dl in this month. In this case, the “number of times of 100 mg / dl or more” indicated by the number of alarms is a threshold that can be arbitrarily selected by consultation between a doctor or the like and the patient. Therefore, in some cases, if the target value is set to 120 mg / dl in advance by the patient, it is possible to display the number of alarms of 120 mg / dl or more in the previous month.
When the number of alarms and the average value are displayed for the previous month and the current month, the doctor can consult with the patient and input the target alarm number and target average value (target blood glucose level) for the next month. (S8). That is, each target value can be input to the next column shown on the blood sugar level
Next, the doctor or the like uses the
Here, of course, the day when the graph is not shown indicates that the patient did not measure the blood glucose level. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the record of the previous month of the specified target period can be displayed together with this graph and as a mini graph smaller than the graph. Preferably, the
In this case, according to the present embodiment, the weekly average blood glucose level in an arbitrary period can be displayed by a bar graph. The doctor or the like can use the
Furthermore, doctors and the like can use the
