Claims (15)
- 第1面と、前記第1面の反対側の第2面とを有して、金属箔からなる第1の集電体と、
前記第1の集電体の前記第1面に設けられて、炭素系材料を主に含有する第1の電極層と、
前記第1の電極層上に設けられた樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層上に設けられて、炭素系材料を主に含有する第2の電極部と、
前記第2の電極層上に位置する第1面と、前記第1面の反対側の第2面とを有して、金属箔からなる第2の集電体と、
前記第1の集電体と前記第1の電極層と前記樹脂層と前記第2の電極部と前記第2の集電体とを収容するケースと、
前記ケースに収容された駆動用電解液と、
を備え、
前記樹脂層は、樹脂よりなりかつ互いに不規則に結合する繊維を有する不織布状であり、前記樹脂層の前記繊維は前記第1の電極層に交絡する、キャパシタ。 - 前記樹脂層の厚みの前記第1の電極層の厚みに対する比は0.03〜2.00の範囲にある、請求項1記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記樹脂層はバインダーを含まない請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記第1の集電体の前記第1面は前記第1の電極層から露出する部分を有し、
前記第2の集電体の前記第1面は前記第2の電極層から露出する部分を有する、請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。 - 前記第1の集電体の前記部分は前記第1の集電体の一端を含み、
前記第2の集電体の前記部分は前記第2の集電体の一端を含む、請求項4に記載のキャパシタ。 - 前記第1の集電体の前記一端に接続された第1の端子と、
前記第2の集電体の前記一端に接続された第2の端子と、
をさらに備えた、請求項5に記載のキャパシタ。 - 前記第1の集電体の前記部分には前記第1の集電体の前記第1面と前記第2面に繋がる貫通孔が形成されており、
前記第2の集電体の前記部分には前記第2の集電体の前記第1面と前記第2面に繋がる貫通孔が形成されている、請求項4に記載のキャパシタ。 - 前記樹脂層は前記第1の集電体の前記部分に融着している、請求項4に記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記樹脂層は前記樹脂の融点以上の温度で熱処理されている、請求項8に記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記樹脂層は前記樹脂の融点以上の温度で熱処理されている、請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記第1の集電体には、前記第1の集電体の前記第1面と前記第1の集電体の前記第2面とに繋がる貫通孔が形成されており、
前記樹脂層は前記貫通孔を貫通するように延びている、請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。 - 前記樹脂層の前記樹脂は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、アラミド、ポリイミド、ナイロン、変性ポリプロピレン、変性ポリエチレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリテトラフロロエチレンのいずれか1つである、請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記樹脂層は耐酸性を有する、請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記樹脂層は耐アルカリ性を有する、請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。
- 前記樹脂層は、
前記第1の電極層を介して前記第1の集電体の前記第1面に対向する耐酸性を有する第1の樹脂層と、
前記第2の電極層を介して前記第2の集電体の前記第1面に対向する耐アルカリ性を有する第2の樹脂層と、
を有する、請求項1に記載のキャパシタ。
