Description

The present invention relates to a countermeasure against condensation of water vapor generated from an object to be heated during cooking in a cooking device with a steam generating function.

A conventional cooking device with a steam generation function is known as a cooking device that protects a heated object from a dehydrated state when cooking the heated object, or a cooker that expands the range of cooking such as steamed food. .

These heating cookers with a steam generation function are conventionally provided with a water tank for supplying steam generation water disposed on the side of the cooker body (see, for example, Patent Document 1) or below the cooker body. Many arrangements have been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

FIG. 8 is an external perspective view showing a conventional heating cooker with a steam generation function described in Patent Document 1 in which a water tank is arranged on a side surface. As shown in FIG. 8, the water tank 42 is disposed on the side surface of the main body of the heating cooker 41 with a steam generating function, and water supplied from the water tank 42 is heated by a steam generating mechanism (not shown) to become steam. It is used for cooking of an object to be heated. The generated steam is condensed on the door 43 on the front surface of the heating chamber, and the condensed water droplets are received by a water droplet receiving portion 44 installed below the door 43.

However, in the configuration in which the water tank 42 is arranged on the side surface of the heating cooker, a space for taking out the water tank 42 must be secured on the side, and the space for the water tank 42 itself is required. The width | variety of the container main body 41 also became large and the installation space was a big problem.

Moreover, Fig.9 (a) is an external appearance perspective view which shows the conventional heating cooker with a steam generation function which described the patent document 2 and has arrange | positioned the water tank below, FIG.9 (b) is in the heating cooker. It is a disassembled perspective view which shows the state which removed the water droplet receiving part. As shown in FIG. 9, the water tank 21 is disposed below the main body of the heating cooker 41 with a steam generating function, and the water supplied from the water tank 21 is similar to the heating cooker in which the water tank is disposed on the side surface. Then, it is heated by a steam generation mechanism (not shown), becomes steam, and is used for cooking the object to be heated. Here, the water droplets condensed on the door 1 are received by a water droplet receiver 23 installed below the door 1 and above the water tank 21. In this case, the problem of securing the installation space in the width direction of the heating cooker body can be solved even when the water tank 21 is arranged on the side surface of the heating cooker.
JP 2004-011995 A JP 2006-162234 A

However, in order to receive water droplets condensed on the door 1 and water droplets falling from the opening of the heating chamber, it is necessary to dispose the water droplet receiving portion 23 above the water tank 21, so that the capacity of the water tank 21 can be ensured. It is necessary to increase the product size of the heating cooker 41 in the height direction, which causes a problem that the installation space in the height direction becomes large.

In addition, it is possible to secure the capacity of the water tank 21 while maintaining the product size of the heating cooker 41 by spreading the water tank 21 flat, but in this case, the water tank 21 becomes flat. , It became inconvenient for the user, such as being unstable when held with one hand.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and in a water tank configuration installed below the cooker body, the generation of steam that prevents dripping of dew condensation on the floor during cooking and saves space is achieved. (Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is an external view of a cooking device 4 with a steam generating function according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a front view of a state in which a door is opened. The cooking device 4 with a steam generating function in this embodiment uses high-frequency heating for cooking food, and a high-frequency generating means for outputting a high frequency in the heating chamber 2 that accommodates an object to be heated such as food ( The object to be heated is heat-treated by high-frequency heating. Further, the machine room 17 including the high frequency generating means is installed on the bottom surface or the side surface of the heating chamber 2.

The heating chamber 2 is formed inside a box-shaped main body case 3 that is open to the front, and a door 1 that opens and closes a heated object outlet of the heating chamber 2 is provided on the front surface of the main body case 3. The door 1 has a lower end hinged to the lower edge of the main body case 3 so that it can be opened and closed in the vertical direction. The handle 1 shown in FIG. Can be opened.

Moreover, the heating cooker 4 with a steam generating function has a steam generating mechanism for supplying steam to the heating chamber 2, and a water tank 21 for supplying water is provided below the cooking device 4 with a steam generating function. The water drop receivers 23 are arranged at substantially the center, and the water tanks 21 are sandwiched between the right and left sides of the water tank 21. The water tank 21 is configured to be fitted with a top plate 32 provided on the top surface of the water tank 21 to prevent water leakage from the water tank 21 to the outside.

In addition, the top plate 32 and the water drop receiver 23 are configured such that the dew condensation water 22 that is formed by condensation of water vapor generated from the heating chamber 2 and adheres to the door 1, and the remaining water 24 remaining on the bottom surface of the heating chamber 2 during cooking are directed toward the floor. It has a receiving part that prevents it from falling.

Next, the steam generation mechanism will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a schematic configuration diagram showing a configuration of steam generation in the heating cooker 4 with a steam generation function in the present embodiment. As described above, in the present embodiment, the water tank 21 is installed below the heating cooker 4 with a steam generating function in a state of fitting with the top plate 32 provided on the top surface of the water tank 21. The tank 21 is installed in the water tank receiver 30. On one side surface of the water tank 21, a drain port 20 for supplying water to the outside is provided. A pipe 19 for flowing water is connected to the drain port 20, and water in the water tank 21 is sucked up by a pump 25 provided in the middle of the pipe 19 and flows toward the steam generation mechanism 26.

Here, the steam generation mechanism 26 is a mechanism for heating the temperature of water, and a sheathed heater is mainly used. The water heated by the steam generation mechanism 26 passes through the pipe 18 and is supplied to the steam generation tray 29 in the heating chamber 2. Here, the steam generating tray 29 performs a function of raising the temperature by bringing the back surface on the heating chamber side into contact with or approaching the steam generating mechanism 26 and changing the water into steam when water is supplied.

The steam generated in this way can provide moisture to the dried object to be heated and steamed dishes. However, the steam in the heating chamber 2 also condenses on the door 1 during cooking. As described above, the condensed water is installed below the door 1 so that the condensed water does not drop on the floor. The steam in the heating chamber 2 also condenses on the bottom of the heating chamber during cooking. In this case, when the door 1 is opened, water droplets are dropped from the opening of the heating chamber 2 onto the top plate 32 and the water receiving portion 23 below the door 1, particularly on the inclined surface that is lowered forward.

Here, the structure of the top plate 32 and the water droplet receiver 23 arranged on the top surface of the water tank 21 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4, 5, 6 and 7.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the water tank 21, the top plate 32, and the water droplet receiver 23 installed in the heating cooker 4 with a steam generating function. The water tank 21 is supported by a water tank receiving portion 30 installed on the bottom plate 27, and the top plate 32 is installed by being fitted on the top surface of the water tank 21 as described above. On the top surface of the top plate 32, there is provided a dew condensation water drain port 33 that condenses on the bottom surfaces of the door 1 and the heating chamber 2 and receives water droplets flowing below the door 1. A prevention wall 34 is provided.

FIG. 5 shows a cross-sectional view of the dew condensation water outlet 33. The surface of the condensed water drainage port 33 is formed with slopes from substantially the center toward both ends (water drop receiving portion 23), and water injection ports 35 are provided at both ends.

FIG. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of the top plate 32 at a location where the condensed water drain 33 is not formed. In locations where the condensed water drainage port 33 is not formed, a water leakage prevention wall 34 is provided at the periphery to prevent water leakage. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the water drop receiving portion 23 is fitted on and removed from the bottom surface of the cooking device 4 with a steam generating function with a water receiving portion 28 constituted by a bottom plate 27 for receiving a machine room or the like. By configuring the shape that enables the water drop receiving portion 23, the water drop receiving portion 23 can be attached to and detached from the heating cooker 4 with a steam generating function.

In the heating cooker 4 with a steam generating function in which the water tank 21 is installed below the heating cooker body, water drops (condensation water) flowing downward from the bottom surfaces of the door 1 and the heating chamber 2 during cooking and after cooking are heated. The water drops on the dew condensation water discharge port 33 and the water droplet receiver 23 on the top surface of the top plate 32 installed below the chamber 2. The water droplets dropped on the condensed water drain port 33 flow on the slope of the condensed water drain port 33, reach the water inlet 35, and flow into the water droplet receiver 23. Since the water droplet receiver 23 is detachable, it is possible to easily remove the water droplet receiver 23 and clean the condensed water that has accumulated.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, in the heating cooker 4 with the steam generating function in which the water tank 21 is installed below the heating cooker body, the door 1 and the heating chamber 2 during cooking and after cooking. Of the water droplets (condensation water) that flow downward from the bottom, the water droplets that drip onto the dew condensation water outlet 33 on the top surface 32 of the top plate 32 flow through the slope of the dew condensation water drain port 33 and reach the water injection port 35, where the water droplet receiver Since the water flowing into the door 1 and the heating chamber 2 is prevented from dropping onto the floor, it is not necessary to provide a water droplet receiving part above the top plate 32. It becomes possible to realize space saving of the water tank installation part of the cooker with function.

In addition, according to the present embodiment, the water leakage prevention wall 34 can solve the insufficient strength of the top plate 32, so that the resin strength of the top plate is insufficient, and the water spills from the contact surface with the water tank 21 due to resin deformation. Can be prevented.

In addition, in the said embodiment, although described as a heating cooker with the steam generation function by high frequency heating, it is not limited to a high frequency heating cooker, In the cooking device which has a steam generation means, it is the same An effect is obtained.

As described above, the cooking device with a steam generating function according to the present invention is a space-saving drainage mechanism that uses a water tank, and therefore has a water tank and has a structure that requires post-treatment of water. It can also be applied to applications.
