An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

In FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a hull coater, which is connected to a rear portion of a tractor 2 that is a traveling vehicle, and moves forward (traveling direction) along a wrinkle of a farm field by forward travel of the tractor 2. Work on the wrinkle while moving to.

The tractor 2 is provided with a tractor body 4 having a front wheel (not shown) and a rear wheel 3, and a rear end portion of the tractor body 4 so as to be pivotable up and down and is operated by a hydraulic mechanism (not shown). The tank 52 is attached to the fixed machine frame 16 of the work machine body 10 via an attachment frame 61, for example. A tank 52 such as a water tank has a liquid supply port on the upper surface, and a lid 62 is detachably attached to the liquid supply port.

The pump 53 is attached to, for example, a lower surface portion or a lower side surface of the tank 52, the suction side of the pump 53 is communicated with the tank 52, and a piping 63 such as a flexible hose through which high-pressure liquid flows on the discharge side of the pump 53. And a switch portion (not shown) that is turned on and off in accordance with the state of the flexible member 56.

This switch part is turned off when the flexible member 56 is bent, and a pump stop signal is output. The timing of turning off the switch part can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the flexible member 56. is there. The inclination angle α of the work implement body 10 when the liquid spraying is automatically stopped can be changed by adjusting the switch-off timing.

Next, the operation and the like of the wrinkle coater 1 will be described with reference to the drawings.

When the work implement main body 10 is set to the work state shown in FIG. 2, the entire surface of the work coater 10 is moved by the traveling of the tractor 2 in the traveling direction along the straw of the field. 14, the top surface of the ridge is shaved to remove weeds, and behind the top surface cutting body 14, the paddy surface and the soil of the ridge are cultivated by the embankment body 12 of the work machine body 10 and raised to the top of the basin. Behind 12, the embankment is compacted by the ridge forming body 13 of the work machine body 10 to form a new ridge.

At this time, for example, when an operator riding on the tractor 2 operates an operation unit such as an operation button for starting spraying, the electric motor 54 of the spraying means 51 is energized to operate the pump 53 by the electric motor 54 and the tank 52 A liquid such as water from the inside flows through the pipe 63 and is sprayed and supplied from the spray port of the spray nozzle 64 toward the outer peripheral surface of the soot-forming body 13.

Here, the hulling work by the work machine main body 10 is temporarily interrupted, and the work machine main body 10 is moved upwardly based on the operation of the three-point link hitch portion 5 of the tractor 2 from the work state shown in FIG. When the non-working state shown (for example, the state where the inclination angle α is approximately 10 degrees) is reached, the spraying means 51 does not require any operation by the worker, that is, for example, the operator presses an operation button for stopping the spraying or the like. Even without operating the operating section, the spraying of the liquid toward the outer peripheral surface of the ridge forming body 13 is automatically stopped.

That is, when the work implement main body 10 enters the inclined non-working state shown in FIG. 3 (inclined non-working state having an inclination angle equal to or greater than the preset minimum inclination angle α), the tractor main body 4 and the work implement main body. The separation distance from 10 is reduced, and the reduction in the separation distance causes the flexible member 56 to change from a straight non-deflection state to a convex bending deformation state.

When the flexible member 56 is bent, the switch portion of the switch means 57 is turned off and a pump stop signal is output to the control means 55.

Then, the control means 55 determines that the work implement body 10 is in a non-working state due to the input of the pump stop signal from the switch portion of the switch means 57 based on the flexure of the flexible member 56, and energizes the electric motor 54. By blocking the electric motor 54, the pump 53 in operation is automatically stopped. As a result, the spraying of the liquid from the spray nozzle 64 of the spray means 51 is automatically interrupted.

Note that when the work implement main body 10 is returned to the working state for resuming the wrinkling work by the work implement main body 10, the flexible member 56 returns to the non-deflection state, and the switch portion of the switch means 57 is turned on. The pump operating signal is output to the control means 55. Then, the control means 55 determines that the work implement main body 10 is in a working state by the input of the pump operation signal from the switch portion of the switch means 57, and controls the electric motor 54 by energizing the electric motor 54 to control the pump 53. Is activated. As a result, the jetting and spraying of the liquid from the spray nozzle 64 of the spraying means 51 is automatically restarted.

And, according to such a scissor coater 1, the spraying means 51 automatically stops spraying the liquid toward the wrinkle forming body 13 when the work implement main body 10 is in a non-working state. It is possible to appropriately prevent the spraying means 51 from continuously spraying the liquid toward the ridge forming body 13 in the ten non-working states. Therefore, for example, by simply raising the position of the work machine main body 10 to the non-working state by the three-point link hitch portion 5 of the tractor 2, the water spray is automatically stopped, so that water can be saved easily, and the tank during the painting operation The number of water injections to 52 can be reduced.

Further, since the switch means 57 of the spraying means 51 outputs a pump stop signal to the control means 55 when the flexible member 56 is bent, the spraying means 51 forms a ridge when the work machine body 10 is not in a working state. It is possible to more appropriately prevent the liquid 13 from being continuously sprayed unnecessarily toward the body 13.

Next, a wrinkle coater according to the related art of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The spraying means 51 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is centered on a shaft 71 in the left-right direction with respect to the work implement main body 10 when the work implement main body 10 is turned up and down based on the operation of the three-point link hitch portion 5 of the tractor 2. As a pendulum member 72 such as a weight pendulum that relatively rotates up and down, and when the work implement main body 10 is in a non-working state, the control means 55 is pumped based on the rotation of the pendulum member 72 relative to the work implement main body 10 Switch means 73 for outputting a stop signal.

The pendulum member 72 is configured by, for example, a vertically long bar that is always positioned along the vertical direction. The upper end portion of the pendulum member 72 is attached to, for example, the switch means 73 via a left / right shaft 71. A portion other than the upper end portion of the pendulum member 72 protrudes downward from the switch means 73, and the lower end portion of the pendulum member 72 is a free end portion.

スイッチ手段73は、例えばリミットスイッチ或いは角度センサ等にて構成されている。スイッチ手段73は、作業機本体10の固定機枠16の側面部に固定的に取り付けられたケース部73aと、このケース部73a内に配設され内蔵マイクロスイッチにて構成され振子部材72の作業機本体10に対する回動に応じてオンオフするスイッチ部(図示せず)とを有している。   The switch means 73 is constituted by, for example, a limit switch or an angle sensor. The switch means 73 is composed of a case portion 73a fixedly attached to the side surface portion of the stationary machine frame 16 of the work machine body 10, and a pendulum member 72 configured by a built-in microswitch disposed in the case portion 73a. A switch unit (not shown) that is turned on and off according to the rotation of the machine main body 10;

The switch unit is turned off when the pendulum member 72 is separated from the switch unit when the work machine body 10 is in a non-working state, and the pump stop signal is output. It can be adjusted by adjusting the mounting position of the switch part. The inclination angle α of the work implement body 10 when the liquid spraying is automatically stopped can be changed by adjusting the switch-off timing.

4 and 5 is basically the same as that of the coater 1 shown in FIG. 1 or the like.

4 and 5, the paintering work by the work machine main body 10 is temporarily interrupted, and the work machine main body 10 operates the three-point link hitch portion 5 of the tractor 2. When the working state shown in FIG. 4 is changed to the non-working state shown in FIG. 5 (for example, the state where the inclination angle α is approximately 10 degrees) due to the upward rotation based on this, the spraying means 51 requires any operation by the operator. In other words, for example, even if the operator does not operate an operation unit such as an operation button for stopping spraying, the spraying of the liquid toward the outer peripheral surface of the ridge forming body 13 is automatically stopped.

That is, when the work implement main body 10 enters the inclined non-working state shown in FIG. 5, the pendulum member 72 rotates downward relative to the work implement main body 10, and the pendulum member 72 rotates downward to cause the pendulum member 72 to rotate. The member 72 moves away from the switch unit, and as a result, the switch unit of the switch unit 73 is turned off and a pump stop signal is output to the control unit 55.

Then, the control means 55 determines that the work implement body 10 is in a non-working state due to the input of the pump stop signal from the switch portion of the switch means 73 based on the downward rotation of the pendulum member 72, and energizes the electric motor 54. By blocking the electric motor 54, the pump 53 in operation is automatically stopped. As a result, the spraying of the liquid from the spray nozzle 64 of the spray means 51 is automatically interrupted.

When the work implement main body 10 is returned to the working state for resuming the hulling work by the work implement main body 10, the pendulum member 72 rotates upward relative to the work implement main body 10, and this pendulum member The pendulum member 72 comes into contact with the switch portion by the upward rotation of 72, and as a result, the switch portion of the switch means 73 is turned on to output a pump operation signal to the control means 55. Then, the control means 55 determines that the work implement main body 10 is in a working state by the input of the pump operation signal from the switch portion of the switch means 73, and controls the electric motor 54 by energizing the electric motor 54 to control the pump 53. Is activated. As a result, the jetting and spraying of the liquid from the spray nozzle 64 of the spraying means 51 is automatically restarted.

4 and 5 as well as the above-described spreader 1 shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the spraying means 51 is formed when the working machine body 10 is in a non-working state. Since the spraying of the liquid toward the body 13 is automatically stopped, it is possible to appropriately prevent the spraying means 51 from continuously spraying the liquid toward the wrinkle forming body 13 when the work machine body 10 is not in a working state.

Further, the switch means 73 of the spraying means 51 outputs a pump stop signal to the control means 55 based on the relative rotation of the pendulum member 72 with respect to the work machine body 10 when the work machine body 10 is in a non-working state. Therefore, it is possible to more appropriately prevent the spraying means 51 from continuously spraying the liquid toward the heel-forming body 13 when the work machine body 10 is not in a working state.

Next, a wrinkle coater according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

The spraying means 51 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 has a detection means 81 for detecting an inclination angle α with respect to the front-rear horizontal direction of the work machine body 10, and a control means 55 electrically connected to the detection means 81 is provided. The pump 53 is automatically stopped by controlling the electric motor 54 in accordance with the inclination angle α detected by the detecting means 81.

The detection means 81 is configured by, for example, an inclination sensor or a potentiometer, and is fixedly attached to a side surface portion of the fixed machine frame 16 of the work machine body 10. 6 and 7 is basically the same as that of the coater 1 shown in FIG. 1 or the like.

6 and 7, the paintering work by the work machine main body 10 is temporarily interrupted, and the work machine main body 10 operates the three-point link hitch portion 5 of the tractor 2. When the working state shown in FIG. 6 is changed to the non-working state shown in FIG. 7 (for example, the state where the inclination angle α is approximately 10 degrees) by the upward rotation based on the spraying means 51, the spraying means 51 needs to be operated by the operator. In other words, for example, even if the operator does not operate an operation unit such as an operation button for stopping spraying, the spraying of the liquid toward the outer peripheral surface of the ridge forming body 13 is automatically stopped.

That is, when the work implement body 10 is in the inclined non-working state shown in FIG. 7, the control means 55 sets the preset inclination angle that the inclination angle α detected by the detection means 81 is set in advance, that is, for example, approximately 10 degrees. By determining that the working machine main body 10 is in a non-working state, the electric motor 54 is controlled by energizing the electric motor 54 to automatically stop the operating pump 53. As a result, the spraying of the liquid from the spray nozzle 64 of the spray means 51 is automatically interrupted. The set inclination angle can be changed by operating an operation unit such as an operation dial for changing the inclination angle provided in the control means 55, for example.

Note that when the work implement main body 10 is returned to the working state for resuming the hulling work by the work implement main body 10, the control means 55 determines that the inclination angle α detected by the detection means 81 is less than the set inclination angle. If it is determined that the work implement main body 10 is in a working state, the electric motor 54 is controlled to operate the pump 53. As a result, the jetting and spraying of the liquid from the spray nozzle 64 of the spraying means 51 is automatically restarted.

6 and 7, the spraying means 51 is used when the work machine main body 10 is in a non-working state, like the coater 1 shown in FIG. 1 and the like. In order to automatically stop the spraying of the liquid toward the cocoon forming body 13, it is necessary that the spraying means 51 continues to spray the liquid wastefully toward the heel forming body 13 when the work machine body 10 is not in operation. Can be prevented.

In addition, since the control means 55 controls the electric motor 54 in accordance with the inclination angle α detected by the detection means 81 and automatically stops the pump 53, the spraying means 51 forms ridges when the work machine body 10 is not in a working state. It is possible to more appropriately prevent the liquid 13 from being continuously sprayed unnecessarily toward the body 13.

The attachment position of the detection means 81 is arbitrary as long as it does not hinder the vertical rotation of the work implement main body 10. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the mast portion of the fixed machine frame 16 of the work implement main body 10 is used. A configuration in which the detection means 81 is attached to 60 may be used, or a configuration in which the detection means 81 is attached to the attachment frame 61 that supports the tank 52 may be used.

Similarly, the mounting position of the switch means 73 is arbitrary as long as it does not hinder the vertical rotation of the work implement body 10. Note that the mounting position of the switch means 57 is limited by the flexible member 56.

Furthermore, the wrinkle coater 1 is not limited to the one capable of return work, and may be one not capable of return work .
