Description
燃焼により消火用のエアロゾルを発生する固形消火剤と、
固形消火剤を収納する、一端を開口した筒状の収納容器と、
収納容器の開口部を密閉し、固形消火剤の燃焼で発生したエアロゾルによる圧力増加で開口部に相対した部分を分離飛散して開口部を開放する封止構造と、
を備え、
封止構造は、収納容器の開口フランジ部に、分離用の切り込み溝を形成した封止板を固定し、
封止板の切り込み溝は、
開口部の開口縁に沿って形成した外側リング溝と、
開口部の中心部分に形成した内側リング溝と、
外側リング溝と内側リング溝を連結するように径方向に形成された複数本の直線溝と、
を備えたことを特徴とする。
更に空気を巻き込むことで燃焼時に発生する未燃性ガスも拡散させるため、外部への火炎の発生を充分に抑制できる。

Claims (5)
- 燃焼により消火用のエアロゾルを発生する固形消火剤と、
前記固形消火剤を収納する、一端を開口した筒状の収納容器と、
前記収納容器の開口部を密閉し、前記固形消火剤の燃焼で発生したエアロゾルによる圧力増加で前記開口部に相対した部分を分離飛散して前記開口部を開放する封止構造と、
を備え、
前記封止構造は、前記収納容器の開口フランジ部に、分離用の切り込み溝を形成した封止板を固定し、
前記封止板の切り込み溝は、
前記開口部の開口縁に沿って形成した外側リング溝と、
前記開口部の中心部分に形成した内側リング溝と、
前記外側リング溝と内側リング溝を連結するように径方向に形成された複数本の直線溝と、
を備えたことを特徴とするエアロゾル消火装置。
- 請求項1記載のエアロゾル消火装置に於いて、前記封止板は、難燃樹脂製であることを特徴とするエアロゾル消火装置。
- 請求項1記載のエアロゾル消火装置に於いて、前記封止構造は、前記封止板の外側に、内縁部が前記外側リング溝に相対する金属製の押えリングを配置して固定したことを特徴とするエアロゾル消火装置。
- 請求項1記載のエアロゾル消火装置に於いて、前記封止構造は、前記封止板の内側と前記開口フランジ部の間にシールパッキンを配置して密閉固定したことを特徴とするエアロゾル消火装置。
- 請求項1記載のエアロゾル消火装置に於いて、
前記収納容器は、前記固形消火剤を収納した内容器と、前記内容器の外側に断熱空気層を介して配置された外容器とを備えた2重容器構造であり、
前記外容器に前記開口フランジ部を形成して前記封止板により密閉固定したことを特徴とするエアロゾル消火装置。
