Description
The present invention relates to a fabric that does not have a wet feeling (stickiness) on a surface that contacts the skin side even if a large amount of sweat is applied, and a textile product using the fabric.
In general, clothes such as sportswear absorb unpleasant feeling such as a sticky feeling and a feeling of cooling after exercise because the clothes absorb sweat caused by exercise when worn.
As a method for preventing such discomfort, it is effective to transfer sweat from the skin side to the front side of the clothes and not leave moisture on the skin side. Accordingly, many fabrics have been proposed in which the yarn type to be used, the single yarn fineness, cross-sectional shape, fabric density, and the like of the yarn are different on the knitted fabric front side and the back side (see
However, each of the fabrics disclosed in
Although the surface of the fabric that is in contact with the skin surface has been proposed to be water repellent on the entire surface, this does not improve the feeling of stickiness because sweat is not absorbed from the skin surface.
On the other hand, Patent Document 6 proposes that a water repellent process in which an unprocessed part is partially provided on the skin side surface is performed by post-processing, and sweat is absorbed through the unprocessed part.
However, since the unprocessed portion is too narrow and the absorption capacity by the hydrophilic fiber is not sufficient, satisfactory stickiness reduction has not been achieved.
In view of the above, the problem to be solved by the present invention is that when used on the skin surface, it quickly absorbs even if a large amount of sweat perspires, and moves the sweat perspiration to the side opposite to the skin surface, It is to provide a fabric without a sticky feeling and a fiber product using the fabric by suppressing rewetting to the skin surface.
As a result of earnestly researching and repeating experiments to achieve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have found that the above-mentioned problems can be achieved by giving the following characteristics to the surface of the fabric, and the present invention has been completed. It came to do.
That is, the present invention is as follows.

More selected textile products.
According to the present invention, there are provided a fabric that does not feel sticky even when a large amount of perspiration occurs when worn, and a fiber product using the fabric.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
In the fabric of the present invention, one surface constituting the fabric has a plurality of island-like portions having water absorption in a sea-like portion having water repellency, and the area per one of the island-like portions is 0.00. a 5~5.0Mm 2, and the total area ratio of the island-shaped region in said surface, characterized in that less than 20%.
Such a surface having a plurality of island-like portions (hereinafter also referred to as water-absorbing portions) having water absorption in a sea-like portion having water-repellent properties (hereinafter also referred to as water-repellent portions) is used as a skin in a textile product. By using it on the surface that contacts the skin (hereinafter also referred to as the skin surface), sweating during wearing can be quickly moved from the water-absorbing part to the surface opposite to the skin surface, and wetting back to the skin surface can be suppressed. In addition, an excellent effect is exhibited in eliminating the sticky feeling.
If the area per island part is less than 0.5 mm 2 , the water absorption capacity is insufficient, and the sticky feeling cannot be eliminated. On the other hand, if the area is larger than 5.0 mm 2 , the total area ratio of island parts is 20 If it exceeds 50%, the water absorption capacity is sufficient, but the water absorption part becomes large, and the sticky feeling due to rewetting is not eliminated. Area per the island shaped portion one place, preferably 0.78~3.14Mm 2, total area ratio of the island-shaped portions in the surface is preferably less than 15%.
The shape and size of the island portion are not particularly limited, and various shapes such as a polygon such as a circle, an ellipse, a triangle, and a rectangle, a star shape, an H shape, a W shape, and an X shape are applicable. However, in order to exhibit the maximum water absorption effect in a limited area, a circular shape, for example, a circular shape having a diameter of 1.0 to 2.5 mm is preferable.
The interval between the island-shaped parts and the arrangement method are not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the island-shaped parts are arranged as uniformly as possible within a range that satisfies the area per one island-like part and the total area ratio. Although there may be a portion where a plurality of island-like parts are arranged without being spaced apart, it is preferable that the island-like part is surrounded by a sea-like part.
In order to form such a partial water absorption site, for example, one side surface of a fabric composed of fibers having water absorption may be water-repellent processed into a pattern lacking a portion corresponding to an island-shaped site. .
The water absorption performance of the other surface is not particularly limited, but the other surface preferably has water absorption so that moisture can move quickly from the water absorption portion of the surface having the water repellent portion and the water absorption portion. It is more preferable that has water absorption.
The portion having water absorption in the fabric may be composed of fibers having a water absorption function, and may be subjected to water absorption during post-processing. Although the water absorption / water repellency standard in the present invention is not particularly limited, it is preferable that the water absorption rate by the water absorption measurement method described later is 3 minutes or more at the water repellent site and within 1 minute at the water absorbent site.
Fabric of the present invention, the surface having the water-repellent portion and the water absorption unit, it is preferable that cool contact sensitive at 200 g / m 2 moistening is not more than 300W / m 2 · ℃, more preferably 260 W / m 2 · It is below ℃. When the contact cooling sensation exceeds 300 W / m 2 · ° C., the feeling of stickiness is remarkably felt.
A thermolab II manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd. is used to measure the contact cooling sensation at the time of applying 200 g / m 2 moisture. This apparatus measures the amount of heat transferred when a heated hot plate is placed on a sample. As a specific measurement method, a sample used for measurement is conditioned at 20 ° C. and 65% RH for 24 hours, and then sampled to 8 cm × 8 cm, with the surface corresponding to the skin side of the knitted fabric facing upward. Put. The maximum heat transfer at the moment when water corresponding to 200 g / m 2 was sprayed on this sample and a hot plate preheated to 30 ° C. in an environment of 20 ° C. and 65% RH was placed within about 10 seconds. Measure the amount.
The state in which 200 g / m 2 of moisture is applied is a condition that assumes the amount of moisture when exercised to sweat gently. If moisture remains on the skin side of the knitted fabric, the thermal conductivity of water is high, so a lot of heat is taken away from the hot plate, and the feeling of contact cooling increases. That is, a sample having a large contact cooling sensation has a large stickiness. According to our knowledge, the contact cooling sensation that particularly gives a sticky feeling is higher than 300 W / m 2 · ° C. by the above measurement method. In the prior art, it was difficult to improve the contact cooling sensation when a large amount of moisture was applied as in this measurement, but in the present invention, it is possible to obtain a fabric with improved stickiness even in the above measurement. it can.
The method for forming the water-repellent part in the fabric of the present invention is not particularly limited, and a fluorine-based or silicon-based water-repellent agent such as a rotary screen printing method, a flat screen printing method, a roller printing method, an ink jet printing method, etc. The pattern may be printed using a method that lacks a portion corresponding to the island-shaped portion.
At that time, it is necessary to adjust the components, viscosity, pressure, and speed of the paste containing the water repellent so that the water repellent does not penetrate to the other surface and does not penetrate so as to block the island portion.
The penetration in the thickness direction is preferably adjusted to about ½ of the thickness of the entire fabric.
Although the fiber which comprises the fabric of this invention is not specifically limited, From the point of a fabric performance or the effect of a water-repellent process and a water absorption process, it is preferable that it is a chemical fiber. Examples of chemical fibers include polyester fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers, nylon fibers, polyurethane fibers, and the like, and a plurality of these may be used in combination. Further, if necessary, it may include a fiber having a see-through effect and a fiber having other functionality, but it includes a polyester-based fiber having a W-shaped cross section on the surface constituting the island-shaped portion having water absorption, The effect of sucking and transporting moisture at the island-like site is particularly preferable because of its large effect.
The knitted fabric made of the above-mentioned chemical fiber is not particularly limited in terms of structure, basis weight, thickness and the like, and any knitted fabric may be used as long as it can be used for clothing.
The fabric of the present invention has a sticky feeling by using the surface side having a plurality of island-like parts having water absorption in the sea-like part having water repellency as described above for the surface (skin surface) in contact with the skin. A favorable effect can be exhibited as a non-textile product. Examples of the textile product of the present invention include sports clothing, inner clothing, and bedding.
