Claims (8)
- 燃焼システムのスリーブ内にライナを保持するためのライナ止め具であって、
サドルを含みかつ前記ライナ及びスリーブの一方に結合する雌部品と、
前記サドル内に挿入するためのタブを含みかつ前記ライナ及びスリーブの他方に結合する雄部品と、
前記タブに取付けられかつ該タブが前記サドル内に配置された時に振動を減衰するのを保証するインサートと、
を含み、
前記インサートは、第1のばね壁と、該第1のばね壁に直交して配置された底部部材と、該底部部材に直交して配置された第2のばね壁とを備え、
前記サドルが、第1の側壁、直交配置床、第2の直交配置側壁及び直交配置背壁を含み、前記第1の側壁及び第2の側壁が、互いにほぼ平行である、
ライナ止め具。 - 前記タブが、上面、第1の直交配置側壁、直交配置底面及び第2の直交配置側壁を含み、前記第2の直交配置側壁が、前記上面と直交配置される、請求項1に記載のライナ止め具。
- 前記雌部品及び雄部品の少なくとも1つが、コバルト超合金、ニッケル超合金、鉄超合金、ステンレス鋼及び炭素鋼の少なくとも1つで製作される、請求項1に記載のライナ止め具。
- 前記インサートが、第1のばね壁、直交配置底部部材及び第2の直交配置ばね壁を含む、請求項1に記載のライナ止め具。
- 前記インサートが、少なくとも1つの材料層を含む、請求項1に記載のライナ止め具。
- 前記インサートが、その上に耐摩耗皮膜をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のライナ止め具。
- 燃焼システムのスリーブ内にライナを挿入する方法であって、
前記ライナの外表面上に雄部品及び雌部品の一方を取付けるステップと、
前記スリーブの内表面上に前記雄部品及び雌部品の他方を取付けるステップと、
前記雄部品のタブ上にインサートを取付けるステップと、
前記タブが前記雌部品のサドル内に配置された状態になるように、前記スリーブ内に前記ライナを挿入するステップと、
を含み、
前記インサートは、第1のばね壁と、該第1のばね壁に直交して配置された底部部材と、該底部部材に直交して配置された第2のばね壁とを備え、
前記サドルが、第1の側壁、直交配置床、第2の直交配置側壁及び直交配置背壁を含み、前記第1の側壁及び第2の側壁が、互いにほぼ平行である、
方法。 - 前記インサートの外表面上に耐摩耗皮膜を配置するステップをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
