Description
Claims (27)
- 生物学的弁輪内で受容されるための寸法を有する環状部材と、
前記環状部材の近傍に配置されるレールリングと、
前記レールリングにより画定される平面に対して横向きに延長する複数のガイドレールと、
前記環状部材およびレールリングと、ファブリックカバーにおけるそれぞれの開口部を通して前記レールリングから延長する前記ガイドレールと、を実質的に覆う前記ファブリックカバーと、
を備える、既存の天然心臓弁または人工心臓弁を生物学的弁輪内で交換するための人工弁を受容するプロテーゼ。 - 前記ガイドレールのそれぞれが、前記プロテーゼに対して人工弁を固定するための、1つまたは複数の保持要素を備える、請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記レールリングの近傍において前記環状部材と対向して配置され、且つ、前記環状部材から外向きに延長するソーイングカフを少なくとも部分的に画定するための前記ファブリックカバーに実質的に覆われた、可撓性コア部をさらに備える請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記環状部材、レールリング、および可撓性コア部は、前記ファブリックカバーにより覆われたとき、流体流通路が前記プロテーゼを通して画定されるよう、互いに同心円状に整列する、請求項3に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 生物学的弁輪内で受容されるための寸法を有する環状部材と、
前記環状部材の平面の上方で前記環状部材から外向きに延長するソーイングカフと、
前記環状部材の下方で、前記環状部材から外向きに延長する環状スカート部と、
ほぼ平面内で、前記ソーイングカフと前記環状部材との間に配置されたレールリングと、
前記平面に対して横向きに前記レールリングから延長する、複数のガイドレールと、
を備える、既存の天然心臓弁または人工心臓弁を生物学的弁輪内で交換するための人工弁を受容するプロテーゼ。 - 前記プロテーゼに対して人工弁を固定するために、前記ガイドレールのそれぞれに配置された、1つまたは複数の保持要素をさらに備える、請求項5に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記保持要素は、実質的に平らな下部表面と、テーパした上部表面とを備える、請求項6に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記ソーイングカフ内に可撓性コア部をさらに備える、請求項6に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記ガイドレールのそれぞれは、前記ガイドレールの下位部分から上位部分を取り外すために、前記1つまたは複数の保持要素の上方に弱化部分を備える、請求項6に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記ガイドレールは、前記レールリングの円周の周りで、互いに離間する、請求項5に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記ガイドレールは、前記レールリングの前記平面から実質的に垂直に延長する、請求項5に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記レールリングは、タブと前記環状部材との間の縫合糸により、前記レールリングを前記環状部材に連結する前記タブを備える、請求項11に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記レールリングは前記可撓性コア部の下方に配置され、前記ガイドレールの第2端部は、前記ガイドレールの前記第2端部が前記レールリングの前記平面の上方に延長するよう、前記可撓性コア部のそれぞれの開口部を通過する、請求項8に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 生物学的弁輪内に移植可能な環状部材と、前記環状部材から径方向外向きに延長する可撓性コア部を備えるソーイングカフと、前記環状部材と前記可撓性コア部との間に配置されたレールリングと、前記レールリングから延長する複数のガイドレールと、を備える第1プロテーゼと、
環状フレームと、それぞれのガイドレールを受容するための受容部とを備える第2弁プロテーゼであって、前記第2プロテーゼが、前記ガイドレールに沿って、前記第1プロテーゼに向かって導かれ得る、第2プロテーゼと、
前記第2プロテーゼを前記第1プロテーゼに対して固定するために、前記受容部と係合する、前記ガイドレール上の保持要素と、
を備える、生物学的弁輪内に移植可能な心臓弁アセンブリ。 - 前記保持要素は、実質的に平らな下部表面と、テーパした上部表面とを備える、請求項14に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記受容部は、前記第2プロテーゼを前記第1プロテーゼに対して固定するために、前記保持要素と係合するための、ばね要素上のデテントを含む、請求項15に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記デテントは、実質的に平らな上部表面と、テーパした下部表面とを備える、請求項16に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記環状部材の下部端部から径方向外向きに延長するヒゲ要素をさらに備える、請求項14に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記複数のガイドレールは、前記レールリングから上向きに延長する、請求項14に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ガイドレールのそれぞれは、前記ガイドレールの上位部分を下位部分から取り外すために、前記保持要素の上方に弱化部分を備える、請求項14に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ガイドレールは、前記レールリングの円周の周りにおいて互いに離間する、請求項14に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ガイドレールは、自立構造を有するよう十分に剛性である、請求項14に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ガイドレールは、ユーザによりガイドレールの第2自由端部を、互いに向かうようまたは互いから離れるよう、導くために、操作できるよう十分に柔軟である、請求項22に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ガイドレールは前記レールリングの平面から実質的に垂直に延長する、請求項14に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記レールリングは、前記レールリングを前記環状部材に連結するためのタブを備える、請求項24に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 前記受容部の前記デテントは、それぞれのガイドレールを受容するためのトラックを備える、請求項16に記載の心臓弁アセンブリ。
- 生物学的弁輪内に移植可能な環状部材と、レールリングと、前記環状部材の下部端部に沿って、半径外向きに延長するヒゲ要素と、前記環状部材、前記レールリング、および前記ヒゲ要素を実質的に覆うファブリックカバーと、を備える第1プロテーゼと、
前記ファブリックカバーのそれぞれの開口部を通って前記レールリングから延長する複数のガイドレールと、
第2プロテーゼが、前記ガイドレールに沿って、前記第1プロテーゼに向かって導かれ得るように、環状フレームと、それぞれのガイドレールを受容するための受容部とを備える前記第2プロテーゼと、
一旦前記第2プロテーゼが前記ガイドレールに沿って前記第1プロテーゼに向かって導かれると、前記第2プロテーゼを前記第1プロテーゼに対して固定するための手段と、
を備える、生物学的弁輪内に移植可能な心臓弁アセンブリ。
