Description
Claims (15)
- キャップ組立体と前記キャップ組立体に対応する位置に底面を備えた多数のベアセルと、
前記ベアセルに備えられた保護回路モジュールと、
前記ベアセル及び保護回路モジュールを覆い、第1フレームと2つの第2フレームで構成されるカバーフレームと、
前記ベアセルを覆う外装部材と
を含むバッテリパックであって、
前記カバーフレームの第2フレームは、第1フレームの両端側から延在して形成され、
前記第1フレームはベアセルの一側面を覆い、前記第2フレームは前記ベアセルのキャップ組立体と底面を覆い、
前記第2フレームは前記第1フレームと線で連結されて前記第1フレームの長手方向を基準に左右にそれぞれ90゜回転され、
前記外装部材と第1フレームと垂直に会合する面が平行するように前記ベアセルと外装部材との間の空間にスペーサを更に含む、
ノートブックに用いられるバッテリパック。 - 前記第1フレームにはベアセルの一側面と接するように前記ベアセルの一側面に対応する形状を有する安着部が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第1フレームにはベアセルに備えられた保護回路モジュールに対応する位置に前記保護回路モジュールを収納する溝である収納部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第2フレームにはベアセルのキャップ組立体と底面に対応する形状を有し、前記ベアセルのキャップ組立体と底面を固定する固定部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記カバーフレームは、熱可塑性樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記カバーフレームはガラス繊維又は繊維強化プラスチック(FRP)のいずれか1つ以上を用いて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記外装部材は、ポリカーボネート(Polycarbonate;PC)で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記外装部材は、ベアセルと接する部分に接着層を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記外装部材は、ベアセルと、前記ベアセルの一側面と接するカバーフレームの一部を
更に含んで覆うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記スペーサは絶縁物質であって、有機材料又は無機材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記スペーサは、ポリエチレン(polypropylene;PE)、ポリプロピレン(polypropylene;PP)、ポリエーテルスルホン(polyethersulfone;PES)、ポリフェニレンオキシド(polyphenyleneoxide;PPO)、ポリフェニレンスルフィド(polyphenylene sulfide;PSS)、ポリイミド(polyimide;PI)又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate;PET)のいずれか1つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記カバーフレームは、外側に保護回路モジュールを覆う部分に対応して突出した構造を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記保護回路モジュールには外部端子が備えられており、前記外部端子はカバーフレームの外側に突出した構造に備えられている端子引出部を通じて外部と連結されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記カバーフレームの両側面には前記バッテリパックが採用される外部電子機器との結合のための締結構造が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記ベアセルは、円筒形又は角形ベアセルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
