Description
Claims (5)
- 流体アクチュエータ組立体であって、
入力ポートを有するシリンダと、
少なくとも一部が前記シリンダの内側に配置されたピストンであって、該ピストンは直径を有し、かつ該ピストンの外周の周りにピストンリング溝を含み、該ピストンリング溝は、前記アクチュエータの低圧側に位置する低圧面と高圧側に位置する高圧面とを有する、該ピストンと、
その内径と前記ピストンリング溝との間に空間が存在するように、前記ピストンリング溝の前記低圧面に当接するピストンリングであって、該ピストンリングは前記ピストンの前記直径よりも大きな外径を有して、前記アクチュエータが加圧された際に前記ピストンリングと前記シリンダとの間をシールする、該ピストンリングと、
その内径と前記ピストンリング溝との間に空隙が存在するように、前記ピストンリング溝内に前記ピストンリングに隣接して位置し、かつ前記ピストンリング溝の前記高圧面に当接するばねと、
を備え、
前記ばねは、前記ピストンリングと前記ピストンリング溝の前記低圧面との間をシールするために前記ピストンリングに予荷重を与えて、前記アクチュエータの高圧側と低圧側との間の漏れを防ぎ、
前記アクチュエータが加圧された際に、前記ばねと前記ピストンリング溝との前記空隙および前記ピストンリングと前記ピストンリング溝との前記空間を作動流体で満たして、前記ピストンリングに半径方向外側の力が加えることにより、前記ピストンリングと前記シリンダとの間のシールを強化し、
前記ピストンリングは、前記ピストンリングを前記ピストンリング溝に挿入し易くなるように、前記内径から前記外径まで分割され、
複数のピストンリングが前記ピストンリング溝内に挿入され、該複数のピストンリングのうちの少なくとも1つは、隣り合うピストンリングと前記分割の角度位置が異なるように、前記ピストンリング溝内に組付けられる、
流体アクチュエータ組立体。 - 前記ばねは板ばねである、請求項1に記載の流体アクチュエータ組立体。
- 前記ばねはコイルばねである、請求項1に記載の流体アクチュエータ組立体。
- 前記ばねは1つ以上の板ばねセグメントである、請求項1に記載の流体アクチュエータ組立体。
- 前記シリンダは前記ピストンリングより耐磨耗性に優れた材料からなる、請求項1に記載の流体アクチュエータ組立体。
